Judge Jeanine Pirro Opening Statement on Ebola In The US … “Really, Another Countries Economy is not the Criteria as to Whether We Put Our Families ar Risk”
I agree with Judge Jeanine 100% …
From ‘Justice’ with Judge Jeanine, this is a much watch VIDEO commentary. Judge Jeanine is at her best. Who at this point really trusts out government to be honest with us? When will this president understand that it is his job to protect Americans, not the world! Who trusts our government when they say the chances of an Ebola outbreak in the United States is low? As Judge Jeanine Pirro aptly states and reminds us, right, and you can keep your doctor and healthcare plan too, Al-Qaeda is on the run and ISIS is not Islamic.
Ebola, what a mess.
No one, and I mean no one should be allowed to enter the United States from any West African nation ravaged with Ebola. And any American citizen who goes there and wants to come home needs to be quarantined for 21 days until we figure out what we are doing.
WAPO: Out of control – How the world’s health organizations failed to stop the Ebola disaster.
Hmm, pretty amazing that the WAPO failes to mention that Obama was asleep at the switch. How long have we known about Ebola?
Shaken, he flew back to the United States on Aug. 31 and immediately briefed President Obama by phone. The window to act was closing, he told the president in the 15-minute call.
That conversation, nearly six months after the World Health Organization (WHO) learned of an Ebola outbreak in West Africa, was part of a mounting realization among world leaders that the battle against the virus was being lost. As of early September, with more than 1,800 confirmed Ebola deaths in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, there was still no coordinated global response. Alarmed U.S. officials realized they would need to call in the military.
Obama eventually ordered 3,000 military personnel to West Africa; about 200 had arrived by the beginning of this month. They will be joined by health workers from countries such as Britain, China and Cuba. Canada and Japan are sending protective gear and mobile laboratories. Nonprofit organizations such as the Gates Foundation also are contributing. But it’s not at all clear that this belated muscular response will be enough to quell the epidemic before it takes tens of thousands of lives.

First Diagnosed Case of Ebola in the United States
Great, first diagnosed case of Ebola in the United States, what’s next … the Bubonic plague?
The CDC, Center for Disease Control, confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that an unidentified man who traveled by plane from Liberia to Dallas, Texas has been diagnosed and has tested positive for the Ebola virus. The individual has been in “strict isolation” at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital since September 29. This is a first and hardly one to stand up and cheer about. This is the first reported diagnosed case of Ebola in the United States. The CDC director stated later in a press conference that the patient’s condition as “critically ill.”
Who thinks that maybe individuals not only need to be screened and checked for fever before they get on a plane from Liberia and countries stricken with Ebola, but when they get off as well? How about they need to be isolated and quarantined fr a period of time until the incubation period id over? Hmm?
“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free Ebola.”
Officials with the Centers for Disease Control have confirmed that a person in Dallas definitely has the Ebola virus. Tuesday’s official determination makes the patient, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, the first diagnosed Ebola case in the United States.
Officials with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Texas Department of State Health Services, Presbyterian Hospital and Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) all participated in an afternoon press conference. CDC Director Thomas Frieden related the information that the individual who tested positive had traveled to Liberia. The person left Liberia on September 19 and arrived in the United States on September 20 with no virus symptoms. Frieden said it was four or five days later that the patient, who is believed to be male, began developing symptoms and was ultimately admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas on Sunday, September 28.
“We received in our laboratory today specimens from the individual, tested them and they tested positive for Ebola. The State of Texas also operates a laboratory that found the same results,” Frieden said. After the confirmation statement Frieden went on to stress that the testing for Ebola is very accurate, saying that it’s a PCR test of blood.
A patient being treated at a Dallas hospital is the first person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States, health officials announced Tuesday.
The unidentified man left Liberia on September 19 and arrived in the United States on September 20, said Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
At that time, the individual did not have symptoms. “But four or five days later,” he began to exhibit them, Frieden said. The individual was hospitalized and isolated Sunday at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
Citing privacy concerns, health officials declined to release any details about how the patient contracted the virus or how he was being treated.
The patient is believed to have had a handful of contacts with people after showing symptoms of the virus, and before being isolated, Frieden said. A CDC team was en route to Texas to help investigate those contacts, and Texas Gov. Rick Perry will be in Dallas on Wednesday to hold a news conference.

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz Wins The 2014 Value Voters Summit Presidential Straw Poll … Mocked MSM & PC Police with Undocumented White House Visitor Joke
America, if you really want to elect a true Conservative to turn the country around, you best get serious about Ted Cruz.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) wowed them at the 2014 Values Voters Summit and won the straw poll for the second year in a row. Ted Cruz won with 25%, former Johns Hopkins University neurosurgeon and political newbie Ben Carson came in second with 20%, while former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee came in third, with 12%. Carson also came in first in the polling for vice president, winning 22% of the votes. Just a note to those at Value Voter Summit, Huckabee is not a conservative.
But Ted Cruz was the star of the show and had the crowd laughing with joke about the recent White House fence jumper, nailing the MSM, political correctness and illegal immigration all in one.
“We should hold the media to account. Because I will say in their reporting on this person who broke into the White House, they really have not used the politically correct term and we should insist that ABC, NBC, CBS, they refer to the visitor according to the term that is politically correct, an undocumented White House visitor.

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz won the Value Voters Summit presidential straw poll on Saturday.
The crowd burst onto applause on Saturday, as Family Research Council President Tony Perkins announced that Cruz won 25 percent of votes at the annual Washington conference.
The victory is a big victory to the Republican firebrand and Tea Party icon, coming just a day after he drew standing ovations with a religious and emotional speech that blasted ObamaCare, congressional Democrats and called for Republicans to take over the White House in 2016.
Cruz also won the straw poll in 2013.
Coming in second was neurosurgeon Ben Carson, a political novice who has a large following in conservative circles but said earlier this week that there is a “strong” likelihood that he would run for president. He won 20 percent of the votes.
Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) came in third, with 12 percent of the vote.
As a signal of Carson’s popularity at the summit, the former Johns Hopkins University neurosurgeon came in first in the polling for vice president, winning 22 percent of the votes.

Fed Up With Feds in Washington, DC … One in Four Americans Open to Secession
FREEEEEDOM!!!
AMERICANS ARE FED UP WITH THE FEDS … 24% of Americans polled said that they strongly supported or tended to support the idea of their state breaking away from the US. Sorry, I interpret the poll just a little differently. One in four Americans do not really want to secede, they want the United States of America to be the United States of America and what the Founders intended it to be. Our federal government was set up to be a Republic and a government of, by and for, “We the People”. That is hardly what has taken place in the past 8 years under Barack Obama, Democrats and establishment Republicans.
Some 23.9 percent of Americans polled from Aug. 23 through Sept. 16 said they strongly supported or tended to support the idea of their state breaking away, while 53.3 percent of the 8,952 respondents strongly opposed or tended to oppose the notion.
The urge to sever ties with Washington cuts across party lines and regions, though Republicans and residents of rural Western states are generally warmer to the idea than Democrats and Northeasterners, according to the poll.
Anger with President Barack Obama’s handling of issues ranging from healthcare reform to the rise of Islamic State militants drives some of the feeling, with Republican respondents citing dissatisfaction with his administration as coloring their thinking.
Developing, much more to follow.

Sec. of State John Kerry Now Says “We are at War” with ISIS
JOHN KERRY SAYS WE ARE AT WAR WITH ISIS, BEFORE WE WERE NOT AT WAR WITH THEM … HEY KERRY, WANT SOME SYRUP WITH THOSE WAFFLES?
In an interview this morning on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation’ Secretary of State Kerry backtracked on the language he had used to describe the fight against ISIS and finally said that, “we are at war” with the terrorist group. Kerry said that he thought there was a kind of tortured debate going on about terminology of war and it was a waste of time to focus on that. Of course it was John Kerry who started the tortured debate by saying that we were were not at war with ISIS. But the backlash was such that now he is forced to flip-flop on the comment. Try getting other countries to commit assets in a war on terror against ISIS if you are not even willing to say it.
Secretary of State John Kerry backtracked on the language he had used to describe the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS, also known as ISIL), saying in an interview on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday that, “we are at war” with the group.
“I think there’s frankly a kind of tortured debate going on about terminology,” said Kerry, who rejected the word “war” in an interview with CBS News State Department correspondent Margaret Brennan last week and warned that people shouldn’t get “war fever.”
“In terms of al Qaeda, which we have used the word ‘war’ with, yeah…we are at war with al Qaeda and it’s affiliates. And in the same context if you want to use it, yes, we are at war with ISIL in that sense,” Kerry said. “But I think it’s waste of time to focus on that. Frankly, lets consider what we have to do to degrade and defeat ISIL.”
