Anne Romney Says Woman Being Eyed for Mitt’s Vice President Pick … Could they be Ayotte, Haley and Martinez?
I guess this will be called more of the GOP’s war on woman.
Anne Romney, the wife of presumptive GOP Presidential nominee Mitt Romney, stated that women are being eyed and vetted for Mitt’s pick as who will be on the 2012 Republican ticket.Wouldn’t that be something if the very party who has been continuously accused by Obama as having a war on women actually had a women on the ticket? Last time I checked, Joe Biden was an old, white dude.
Mitt Romney’s wife says her husband is thinking about picking a woman to be on his ticket this fall.
Ann Romney says in an interview, “We’ve been looking at that and I love that option as well.”
She tells CBS News she thinks the person selected for the No. 2 spot should be “someone that obviously can do the job but will be able to carry through with some of the other responsibilities.”
US Senator Kelly Ayotte (New Hampshire)
South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley
New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez
Who could Mitt Romney being eying as his VP? The obvious three choices that come to mind are New Hampshire Senator Kelly Ayotte, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley and New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez. Ayotte probably does not bring enough to the table being a new Senator and from a fellow New England state. Nikki Haley is from a safe “red” GOP state of South Carolina. If it were my pick I would go with Martinez and I might actually chose Susana Martinez over everyone’s choice Marco Rubio. Hard for Democrats to play the women and Mexican card when Susana Martinez is the successful governor of NM, female and Hispanic.

Turbo Tax Cheat Timmy Geithner Praises Obamanomics … President Obama’s Economic Policies “Were Incredibly Effective”
WHAT ALTERNATE UNIVERSE DO THESE PEOPLE LIVE IN … OBAMA’S ECONOMIC POLICIES EFFECTIVE, BUT ROMNEY IS RIDICULOUS …
WOW, talk about an Obama White House with some balls and complete disdain for “We the People”. Was it lost on anyone today that the Obama WH trotted out a tax cheat like Treasury Secretary “Turbo Tax” Tim Geithner to be the mouth piece for Obama on April 15th, tax day?
Really, “Obama’s economic policies have been incredibly effective” & I blame all my ills n Turbo Tax
It gets better, or worse as the case may be. In an interview on ABC’s ‘This Week’ with George Stephanopoulos, Tim Geithner called Romney’s argument that women have been disproportionately hurt during the recession “a ridiculous argument”. Really? The numbers are accurate, yet the Obamaites continue the spin. What is even more unbelievable is that the Obama WH is continuing the failed “war on women” meme. But, as also stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, when one has nothing else to run on but failed polices, a distraction is all Obama has.
“It’s a ridiculous argument. Ridiculous. It’s been largely debunked this week by the people who have looked at it,” Geithner told George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s This Week. “It’s a ridiculous way to look at the problem. And this is a political moment and you’re going to be seeing — just to borrow a line from Mario Cuomo — ‘you’re going to see a lot of politicians choose to campaign in fiction, but we have to govern in fact.’”
While “Turbo Tax” Timmy is on the subject of ridiculous, what would anyone call it when some one says that Barack Obama’s economic polices have been incredibly effective? Seriously Mr. Treasury Secretary, one has to wonder how you kept a straight face when making such a false and foolish comment.

Obama’s War on Women … Democrat Political Advier Hilary Rosen Attacks Mitt Romney’s Wife for being a Stay at Home Mom … “his wife has actually never worked a day in her life”
OBAMA’S WAR ON WOMEN …
Attention Women of America … Who is it that has a “War on Women”? It was the Barack Obama campaign that went on a full frontal assault on women and attacked Mitt Romney’s wife last night on CNN. Democratic strategist and DNC adviser Hilary Rosen stated that, “his wife [Ann] never worked a day in her life. So what do Democrats have against “stay at home” moms who raise their children?
Ann Romney’s debut on Twitter couldn’t have come at a more opportune time.
Ann’s first tweet came just moments after Democratic strategist and DNC adviser Hilary Rosen lobbed an insult at Ann Romney, suggesting that the 64-year-old mother of five and grandmother of 16 had never held a job.
“Guess what, his wife has actually never worked a day in her life,” said Rosen, who was being interviewed by CNN’s Anderson Cooper about the “war on women.”
And then, just like that, a familiar name popped up on Twitter: @AnnDRomney.
“I made a choice to stay home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work,” Ann tweeted.
More from the Daily Caller.
Think Obama and his minions do not think that Ann Romney is a great asset to her husband Mitt in the upcoming Presidential election? Why else would Obama’s attack dogs go after her and try and minimize her as a women? How pathetic and low is the Obama campaign for doing such a thong?
Top Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod also tweeted his disapproval: “Also Disappointed in Hilary Rosen’s comments about Ann Romney. They were inappropriate and offensive.”
Following the interview, Rosen herself tweeted, “I’ve nothing against @AnnRomney. I just don’t want Mitt using her as an expert on women struggling $ to support their family. She isn’t.”
Rosen kept tweeting, not appearing to back off of her comments.
“@AnnDRomney Please know, I admire you. But your husband shouldn’t say you are his expert on women and the economy,” said Rosen.
The War on Republican Women … The Double Standard in the War Against Women … Bristol Palin Asks Where Her Phone Call is Barack Obama?
Some times politicians might want to rethink their comments and pandering. Don’t ask for things they might come true …
Democrats have long been known for their attacks on Republicans and comments stating that the GOP has a war on women. Really? Thanks to Rush Limbaugh and the “slutgate” scandal that Democrat politicians, the MSM and the Far LEFT latched onto, it also exposed the hypocrisy and double standard of the LEFT. President Barack Obama called Sandra Fluke; however, Bristol Palin is still waiting for her phone call.
You don’t know my telephone number, but I hope your staff is busy trying to find it. Ever since you called Sandra Fluke after Rush Limbaugh called her a slut, I figured I might be next. You explained to reporters you called her because you were thinking of your two daughters, Malia and Sasha. After all, you didn’t want them to think it was okay for men to treat them that way:
“One of the things I want them to do as they get older is engage in issues they care about, even ones I may not agree with them on,” you said. “I want them to be able to speak their mind in a civil and thoughtful way. And I don’t want them attacked or called horrible names because they’re being good citizens.”
But here’s why I’m a little surprised my phone hasn’t rung. Your $1,000,000 donor Bill Maher has said reprehensible things about my family. He’s made fun of my brother because of his Down’s Syndrome. He’s said I was “f—-d so hard a baby fell out.” (In a classy move, he did this while his producers put up the cover of my book, which tells about the forgiveness and redemption I’ve found in God after my past – very public — mistakes.) (Read the full letter here)
The RNC has released the VIDEO below that is reminding voters of the Obama administration’s track record when it comes to women. Of course the MSM would never really press Obama or his minions on it.
The Lonely Conservative asks whether the Democrats really want to pursue this topic of a war on woman? Not when there are so many examples of Democrat men behaving badly. Also, the glaring double standard that there is an open season on Republican and Conservative woman, but anyone who agrees with Obama is off limits.
Honestly, how can President Barack Obama actually make comments about his daughter Sasha and Malia. Obama has never lead by example and would not know a “teachable” moment if it bit him in the butt. Sorry, but how does a President with two daughters that he is supposed to be setting an example for take money from an individual who makes a living off of a “war on certain woman”? So Obama’s message to his daughters and the female population of America is, I will defend you only if you agree with me. NICE.
WOMEN OF AMERICA, TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT OBAMA LEADING BY EXAMPLE
The Daily Caller answers the question as to why Palin will continue to wait for the phone to ring … “Well, that was different, because he [Obama] didn’t see any short-term political advantage in it.
