Yet Another TSA Crotch Grabbing … This Time Two Injured US Military Veterans
Unbelievable, this is how the TSA treat injured US military vets? A note to TSA agents, military veterans are heroes, you crotch grabbing ingrates are zeros. Another assault of Americans by the “Crotch Police”.
On this Memorial Day weekend, have the TSA no shame, or no clue? The story below of how injured US military veterans were treated by the TSA is beyond shameful. It is treating America’s heroes at its worst. TSA agents responded in a “guilty until proven innocent” when two inured military vets set off metal detectors because of the shrapnel. They were accusatory asked by the TSA what they were hiding in their face and legs, but before they could answer, the TSA agent grabbed him, without notice, right in the crotch area as if trying to find something hidden.
Two injured US military veterans traveling to a ceremony to honor the lives of fallen friends who gave their lives to protect the rights enshrined in the Constitution were harassed by TSA thugs, with one of them having his crotch grabbed, according to David Bellow, an Army National Guardsman and a State Republican Executive Committeeman.
“One of the wounded warriors, a friend of mine who personally told me what happened, has bullet fragments in his leg. The other wounded warrior has shrapnel in his face,” wrote Bellow on the Texas GOP Vote website
The Texas House had previously passed a law that would forbid TSA agents from inappropriately touching men, women and children. However, when the vote came to the Texas Senate, the US federal government threatened a “no fly zone” over Texas if they dared pass the law.
TSA Says they Will Keep Feeling Up Passengers, Uses Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution as Excuse
More poor PR from the TSA …
The TSA says that it will continue to fondle and inappropriately touch in what ever way they deem necessary in Texas. This after the Texas State House passes a bill last week that would make it a criminal offense for public servants to inappropriately touch travelers during airport security pat-downs. However, the TSA is saying that Texas has no right to pass a law that tells the federal government what to do and is citing the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution.
What’s our take on the Texas House of Representatives voting to ban the current TSA pat-down? Well, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2) prevents states from regulating the federal government.
We wish we lived in a world where you could just walk on a plane with no security screening, but that just isn’t the case unfortunately. Aviation security agencies worldwide have been using pat-downs long before TSA was created to prevent dangerous items from getting onto airplanes. The pat-down is a highly effective tool to resolve certain alarms and keep these dangerous items off of planes that could cause catastrophic damage.
They are actually worng on two accounts. One, how many terrorist have TSA agents nabbed while frisking them during the pat downs? The answer would be none.
Two, as stated by the PJ Tatler, The supremacy clause says nothing of the sort. Here’s the full text:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.
How soon will it be before TSA agents are being arrested by Texas State police? Hey TSA, are you feeling lucky?

Don’t mess with Texas … Texas House Bans Offensive Security Pat-Downs
Inappropriate pat downs by TSA agents made a criminal offense by the Texas House. What will the TSA do now when they try an inappropriately touch an individual in an airport pat down. This could get interesting. Imagine a TSA agent being arrested in an airport? One thing is for certain, cell phone cameras and video will be running in all Texas airports for proof. The TSA anti-groping law would mean that not just children cannot be inappropriately touched, but also adults.
This will now be considered a criminal offense
The Texas House passed a bill that would make it a criminal offense for public servants to inappropriately touch travelers during airport security pat-downs.
Approved late Thursday night, the measure makes it illegal for anyone conducting searches to touch “the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person” including through clothing.
It also prohibits searches “that would be offensive to a reasonable person.”
We had stated in the past that the bill was gaining momentum … it has now passed.

Texas Bill Gaining Momentum to Make TSA Intentional Groping a Felony
For every action, there is a reaction … and the TSA pat downs are about to get a backlash of reaction.
A bill in the Texas legislature is gaining momentum that would make it a felony for TSA agents to intentionally grope and touch an individuals private areas without probably cause. The TSA has recently come under fire for a multitude of bad PR as they have had videos of the groping of old and young alike. What a novel concept, to have probably cause in order to perform a search, isn’t that what the 4th Amendment was supposed to address?
Does anyone not think that the above pat down of a 6 year old girl was not a felony?
The bill would make it illegal for a security officer to intentionally touch someone’s private areas — even atop clothing — unless they have probable cause to believe the person is carrying something illegal.
Bill sponsor State Rep. David Simpson says the searches are removing people’s dignity.
Recently, a former Miss USA claimed she was groped during a pat-down at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. If this bill passes into law, such a groping would be considered a felony. State Rep. David Simpson, R-Longview, who sponsored the bill made the following comment:
State Rep. David Simpson, R-Longview, who sponsored the bill, said Friday that the invasive pat-down searches at airports nationwide are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches. Last fall the Transportation Security Administration implemented a new pat-down procedure that includes a security worker running a hand up the inside of passengers’ legs and along the cheek of the buttocks, as well as making direct contact with the groin area.
“We’re taking away people’s dignity and freedom,” said Simpson.

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo Cries as She Describes the TSA Patdown as being Sexually Assaulted
Its not only little 6 year old girls that cry when being “sexually assaulted” by the TSA gropers …
More from the War on former Beauty Queens …
Former Miss USA Susie Castillo wept in the VIDEO below as she recounted the groping that she received at the hands of a TSA agent in the airport in Dallas, TX. Castillio stated that she waited in a longer line to avoid going through the full body scanner; however, the pat down she received was more than she bargained for. As Castillio stated … “that the screener touched her vagina 4 times.” What a choice, full body scan or being molested.
She said she decided to stand in a longer line to avoid going through the full body scanner because she had heard the extra radiation could be a health risk.
But after agreeing to a full body pat down, she said the screener touched her vagina four times.
‘She actually touched my vagina,’ she said, clearly distressed.
‘I am already so upset that they are making me choose to get molested – because that’s what I feel like – or go through a machine that is completely unhealthy and dangerous.
