Al Qaeda Magazine Suggesting Target List for Attacks Including The US Tennis Open

Who finds it a little bizarre that Al Qaeda has a magazine that would announce their terror intentions?

In a briefing for New York City’s private security community, Rebecca Weiner, the NYPD’s director of intelligence analysis, warned that Inspire magazine, Al Qaeda magazine, is instructing terrorists on how to make bombs and where to set them off. It would appear that the US Tennis Open in Flushing Meadows, Queens, NY has made the list. Will Al Qaeda now start targeting sporting events where infidels are just having a good time and bothering no one? Was the Boston Marathon just the beginning?

The US Open Tennis Championship appears on a wish list of terror targets in an al Qaeda magazine, an NYPD official said Wednesday.

In a briefing for New York City’s private security community, Rebecca Weiner, the NYPD’s director of intelligence analysis, warned that Inspire magazine is instructing would-be terrorists on how to make bombs and where to set them off, WCBS 880?s Marla Diamond reported.

The magazine lists targets in Washington, D.C.; Virginia; and New York — including the US Open, which begins Aug. 25 in Flushing Meadows, Queens.

My persona belief is that contained sporting events like The US Open are less susceptible to attack because they are contained and easier to defend. One would think these cowards would attack more open events like a marathon that is really impossible to control.

I wonder if any of these would be Al Qaeda terrorists have come through that secure Southern border?

Barack Obama Receives ‘Icy Reception’ from Cadets at West Point Visit … It was Not a Commander in Chief Speaking to his Troops

Maybe Barack Obama should have sat down and be made to listen to the graduating US Military cadets on foreign policy … Obama receives icy reception.

The cadets at West Point  gave Barack Obama an “icy reception” yesterday at their commencement ceremonies as he rambled on with a meandering,  nonsensical foreign policy speech that has drawn bi-partisan criticism.  Even the NY Times questioned his big moment on foreign policy speech. The Washington Times reports that less than 25% of the cadets gave him a standing ovation upon his introduction. OUCH. According to a recent poll, Obama’s approval rating among the military is at 32%, look for that to go down further. During his speech Obama said, “I believe in American exceptionalism with every fiber of my being.” The problem is that this is the same man who said, if you like your healthcare plan and doctor, you can keep them, PERIOD. No one believes Obama anymore because his actions do not follow his words.

President Obama was welcomed by the Black Knight of the Hudson for his speech at West Point on Wednesday, but less than 25 percent of the cadets gave him a standing ovation upon his introduction, the Daily Mail reported.

“Receiving tepid applause and a short standing ovation from less than one-quarter of the audience upon his introduction, Obama argued for a contradictory foreign policy that relies on NATO and the United Nations while insisting that ‘America must always lead on the world stage,’ the paper reported.

From The Washington Free Beacon:

CNN’s international correspondent Jim Clancy called the West Point response to President Obama’s meandering foreign policy address “pretty icy” Wednesday.

Clancy said it was “not really a great speech to give at the U.S. Military Academy,” and the address has drawn bipartisan criticism.

“It was a philosophical speech,” he said. “It was not a Commander-in-Chief speaking to his troops. And you heard the reception. I mean, it was pretty icy.”

UPDATE I: Just how bad was this Obama speech? From The Politico … Editorial boards at three major U.S. newspapers are criticizing President Barack Obama’s foreign policy speech at West Point as incomplete and failing to recognize America’s international standing.

  1. New York Times: President Obama Misses a Chance on Foreign Affairs
  2. Wall Street Journal: The President skipped a few world events in his big foreign policy speech
  3. Washington Post: At West Point, President Obama binds America’s hands on foreign affairs

Sarah Palin Says at the NRA at the ‘Stand and Fight Rally, “If I Were in Charge They Would Know that Waterboarding Is How We’d Baptize Terrorists’

Sarah Palin says, what most people think. She told the NRA at the ‘Stand and Fight Rally’ in Indianapolis, IN the following this weekend when it comes to how terrorists should be treated who want to destroy American:

Oh, but you can’t offend them. Can’t make them feel unforgettable. Not even a smidgen. Well if I were in charge, they would know that Water-boarding is how we baptize terrorists.

Video Shows Large al Qaeda Meeting in Yemen and Some How No Obama Drones Could Be Found … Hmm, I Thought al Qaeda was On the Run?

Don’t worry America … Barack Obama told us that al Qaeda is on the run.

Exactly how is it that al Qaeda can have a meeting of so many individuals, including al Qaeda’s crown prince Nasir al-Wuhayshi, out in the open and there was no knowledge of this by the CIA or the Pentagon? Where was the drone strike that would have decimated al Qaeda? How is it that the NSA can spy on all law abiding American’s emails, phone calls, tweets, etc. but no one knew about this very public open meeting? UNREAL!!! Instead, Obama goes after a cowboy in an over-reach of force.

As reported at The Politico, Rep. Mike Rogers said Tuesday that Al Qaeda is stronger than ever, and that they are doing all the things necessary to prepare a strike.

“The less pressure you put on them, the more they take that as a victory,” Rogers said. “The more that they believe they can get away with plotting, planning, organizing, as you saw there, finance training, all of the things that they would need to do to strike a Western target, they’re going through that process, including, by the way, bringing very sophisticated people to devise new devices that would try to get around security protocols at airports and other places.”

In a speech to the group, al-Wuhayshi makes it clear that he’s going after the United States, saying “We must eliminate the cross. … The bearer of the cross is America!”

CNN:

A new video shows what looks like the largest and most dangerous gathering of al Qaeda in years. And the CIA and the Pentagon either didn’t know about it or couldn’t get a drone there in time to strike.

U.S. officials won’t comment on that, but every frame of the video is now being analyzed by the United States.

In the middle of the clip, the man known as al Qaeda’s crown prince, Nasir al-Wuhayshi, appears brazenly out in the open, greeting followers in Yemen. Al-Wuhayshi, the No. 2 leader of al Qaeda globally and the head of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, has said he wants to attack the United States. But in the video, he looks unconcerned that he could be hit by an American drone.

Another Obama lie that got him reelected … al Qaeda is on the path to defeat

Smith was going through Terminal 1 as LAX screeneing when he was randomly selected for secondary screening. Smith then became belligerent and uncooperative with the process and then made the cardinal sins of all sins at an airport and said, he was in possession of a bomb. Smith was then detained and taken into custody by airport police. Aldon Smith was transported to the Los Angeles Police Department where he was booked for felony false report of a bomb threat. The arrest was the latest in a string of arrests including the most recent on September  20 on a charge of driving under the influence. He was arrested on the same charge in January 2012.

It has been quite the busy week for the San Francisco 49ers and none of it has to do with football. First the allegations regarding QB Colin Kaepernick and now this.
