Blogger Adam Sharp Answers the #My2K Call: “Riddle Me This One, Barry … Why Should I Trust You?”
Obama and Taxes … Why should we trust The Lying King?
Blogger Adam Sharp speaks for many Americans when he responded to Barack Obama’s #My2K call. Sharp’s response in his video below, “Riddle Me this Barry, Why should we trust you. The lie was that Obama promised that he would not raise taxes on people making over $250,000 a year. As we learned this past year when the US Supreme Court and Chief Justice Benedict Arnold John Roberts ruled that Obamacare was a tax. So why should we trust the Lying King Obama when he told Americans that Obamacare was not a tax, yet allowed his attorney to argue that it was?

57% of Americans Prove to be Envious of Others … Favor Tax Hike On Those Who Make Over $250,000
America, taxing the so-called rich is not a job growth plan nor good for the economy …
According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 57% of Americans think they have a right to steel other people’s money and hard work and call it their own. Fifty-seven percent of Americans think that it is ok to increase taxes on those who make over $250,000. Sadly, this country has become a group of individuals influenced by class warfare, wrapped in ignorance and tied with a ribbon of envy. These envious people do this knowing that it is not enough to balance the federal budget. Hmm, I wonder how many of these people would be in favor of increasing taxes on all Americans no matter what they make, including the numerous one’s that pay no income taxes? Seriously, if it is as Obama and Biden say “Patriotic” and that there should be shared sacrifice, why do not all Americans have to pay taxes and have skin in the game. These greedy and envious folks are going to be in for a surprise when the bar is lowered to $200K or $100K. They will be screaming bloody murder when the taxes actually affect them.
Most voters favor raising taxes on those who earn more than $250,000 a year but recognize that that won’t be enough to balance the federal budget.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 57% of Likely U.S. Voters favor raising taxes on people who earn more than $250,000 a year. Thirty-five percent (35%) are opposed. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
BTW, who said these politicians were going to pay down the debt with the tax revenue?

President Obama Says the Rich Should Pay More in Taxes
Barack Obama said in his Saturday radio address that the rich should pay more in taxes. No one can say that he did not campaign on such a class-warfare issue. Although, I hardly believe that Obama has a mandate to raise taxes on the rich seeing that the American public voted for the status quo in sending back to Washington DC more gridlock with a Democrat President a Democrat Senate and Republican House. Also, Obama received far fewer votes than he did in 2008 and won reelection by a smaller amoint in 2018 than 2008.
President Barack Obama says he won’t accept a plan to avert the so-called fiscal cliff that doesn’t ask the wealthy to pay more in taxes. In Saturday’s radio and Internet address, Obama says the election showed support for his “balanced” approach and Congress can provide certainty by extending tax cuts for middle-class families.
The White House says Obama would veto any legislation extending tax cuts for families making $250,000 or more. Obama is expected to meet with congressional leaders next week.
For all of those people who think the rich should pay more taxes so that they can get “stuff”. I wonder how they are going to feel when Obama comes after them for raising taxes. For all those sheeple that voted for Obama knowing that he campaigned on raising taxes, wait until you lose something precious to you do to your vote, like you job.

VP Joe Biden Tells Iowans … “Yes, We Do’ Want to Raise Taxes By a Trillion Dollars”
TAX AND SPEND SOCIALISTS …
Vice President Joe Biden tells a campaign crowd in Iowa that he and Barack Obama want to raise a trillion dollar in taxes. With all the over spending that our federal government does, the president and Vice President want to tax the rich another trillion dollars. Just what we need, higher taxes on those who own small businesses and of the hiring of Americans. Unbelievable, the class warfare continues. Obama and Biden could tax the rich 100% of their income and it would not put a dent in federal spending.
“On top of the trillions of dollars of spending that we have already cut, we’re gonna ask – yes – we’re gonna ask the wealthy to pay more,” said Biden. “My heart breaks, come on man. You know the phrase they always use? Obama and Biden want to raise taxes by a trillion dollars. Guess what? Yes we do in one regard. We want to let that trillion dollar tax cut expire so the middle class doesn’t have to bear the burden of all that money going to the super wealthy. That’s not a tax raise, that’s called fairness where I come from.”
Ever wonder why there is no job recovery? With these kind of nut-job comments coming from an Administration that could win another term, no one is going to hire of any substantial amount.
UPDATE I: Looks like the Obama campaign minions are keeping the Press away from crazy Uncle Joe so that he does not make another gaffe and provide fodder for next weeks Vice Presidential debate.

It’s Official, US Federal Debt Now Exceeds $16 Trillion … And Counting
$16,000,000,000,000 and counting …
As the Democrat National Convention started their this afternoon, the US federal debt went over $16 trillion. Metaphor? In less than four years in office Barack Obama has already eclipsed President George W. Bush’s eight years. The increase in debt was bad enough under GWB; however, during the Obama presidency it has been unreal.
The Treasury Department said Tuesday that the federal government has now officially topped $16 trillion in debt.
The announcement, which came just an hour before Democrats gaveled in their convention in Charlotte, N.C., to renominate President Obama for another four-year term, immediately boosted the government’s grim fiscal picture back to the fore of the national debate.
Debt has risen at a meteoric pace under Mr. Obama — in less than four years in office he has already eclipsed President George W. Bush’s eight years. His advisors say he has a “plausible” plan to stabilize the debt, but defend his spending plans, saying to withdraw government stimulus now would hurt the economic recovery.
This has got to come to an end. The increasing federal debt has got to be stopped. This has become criminal. Any one who defends the record debt that Obama ran up knows nothing about economics and what is devastating the United States. However, if you think Obama has done damage during his first term , imagine, just imagine another one. Ramesh Ponnuru warns, “If You Think Obama’s First Term Was Bad, Imagine a Second.”
In another recent interview, Obama likened the Republican opposition to him to a “blister” that will be “popped” by the election (an image for which I will not soon forgive him).
If the president believes anything like this would happen in his second term, he is kidding himself. If Obama wins re-election, the Republican Party will react by moving right, not left. It will become less likely to compromise with Obama, not more.
If Obama wins, he will almost certainly win with a smaller majority of the vote than he got in 2008, in defiance of the usual trend: Incumbents who win re-election usually do better the second time around. Republicans will almost certainly add to their ranks in the Senate, and may take a majority. No way would they see this set of election results as a “decisive” statement of support for Obama’s views.
