Body Found in Search for Missing Oakland Investigator Sandra Coke, No Positive ID Yet (Update: Body Found ID’d as Missing Sandra Coke)

A body has been found, but has yet to be identified in the search for missing federal criminal investigator Sandra Coke. The body was found by Contra Costa County sheriff’s search and rescue teams in a woodsy area near Laguna Valley Park  in Vacaville.  Although the authorities have yet to positively identify the name of the individual they have found, they have called off searches for Coke.  Sandra Coke has been missing since August 4, 2013, who was last seen Sunday evening with a paroled, high-risk sex offender, Randy Alana, 56. Friends of Coke say she briefly dated Alana more than 20 years ago.

A female body was discovered Friday afternoon in the area where California authorities were searching for a missing federal criminal investigator.

The body, which has yet to be identified, was found at about 1 p.m. in the area where officials were looking for Sandra Coke, who was reported missing since Sunday. Coke went missing after following a tip on her stolen dog.

Based on additional information obtained by the Oakland, Calif., Police Department, detectives decided to move their search-and-rescue location from the Vallejo, Calif., area to Lagoons Valley Park, an unincorporated area just outside of the city of Vacaville, Calif., according to Solano County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Daryl Snedeker.

For now, authorities have called off any additional searches.

Earlier, registered sex offender Randy Alana, 56, was identified as a person of interest in Coke’s disappearance.

UPDATE I: Sandra Coke: Body Identified as Missing California Federal Investigator.

The body of a woman found near a Northern California park last week was identified today as a missing federal investigator, according to authorities.

An autopsy completed by the Alameda County Coroner’s office confirmed the body as Sandra Coke, 50, Oakland police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said during a news conference.

Watson declined to discuss Coke’s cause of death.

A 15 year old missing girl has been found by police dancing at a Providence, Rhode Island strip club and other 15 year old female missing teen from Brockton, MA  was also found by police at a Seekonk motel. Both were accompanied by a convicted sex offender, Troy Footman. The 15 year old teen found dancing at ‘Cheaters Gentlemens Club’  approached the undercover detectives and solicited them for sex. Good grief. Fisty one year old Troy Footman was arrested as he left the hot-pink strip club with two other women, the police stopped his white Cadillac SUV. He’s charged with sex trafficking of a minor.

A 15-year-old girl missing from Boston was found dancing at a strip club in South Providence — accompanied by a convicted sex offender who’s served time for running a teen prostitution ring, according to the Providence police.

Another 15-year-old girl, who was missing from Brockton, was also found by police at a Seekonk motel where the man has been living.

Troy Footman, 51, is now charged with sex trafficking, as police investigate him for recruiting teenage girls from Boston down to Providence to work as exotic dancers and prostitutes, said Providence police Maj. David Lapatin. The Boston girl is now in the custody of state child welfare, and the Brockton girl has been returned to her family, the police said.

After getting a tip from Boston police and agents from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, two Providence detectives found the girl and 51-year-old Troy Footman inside Cheaters on Allens Avenue late Monday night, Lapatin said.

How in the Hell is this human POS allowed to walk among us? Troy Footman has a 25 year history of sex crimes including prostitution rings of minor girls. At what point do we say enough is enough and this individual is just a threat to underage girls and should never see the light of day?

Footman has a quarter-century history of sex crimes, from a rape conviction in 1986, to being convicted of running a prostitution ring with girls as young as 14 from Massachusetts to Delaware. According to court records, Footman and another prostitute were running underage girls to prostitute themselves at various places, including a truck stop in Delaware, and taking their money.

Amber Alert Issued for 13 Year Old Kathryn Botelho Missing Since 7/24/13 in Portsmouth, RI (Update: Kathryn Botelho Found Alive) (Update: NJ Man Daniel Berger Arrested, Faces Sex Crime Charges)

An Amber Alert has been issued for 13 year old Kathryn Botelho who has been missing since Wednesday morning, July 24, 2013 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Botelho’s mother reported the girl missing Wednesday morning. According to the State police, Kathryn Botelho was last seen leaving her house at 59 Ferry Landing Circle with an unknown man driving a red Chrysler.  Police say a witness saw someone matching Botelho’s description leave the family home with a white male described as being 40-45 years old, unshaven, 5-foot 9-inches tall with a thin build. The car was described as a Chrysler Concord or Sebring, with faded paint and possible New Jersey license plates.

Kathryn Botelho, 13, of 59 Ferry Landing Circle, was described as four feet, eleven inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She wore a Alex and Ani bracelet. Her clothing was not described.

Interim police chief Jeffrey Furtado said, “These types of cases can be anything but routine when it’s a person of this age” who had been gone so long.

State troopers with K-9 dogs joined Portsmouth officers as they searched the area.

UPDATE I: An update to the description of missing Kathryn Botelho:

Police say the victim, Kathyrn Botelho is approximately 4’11” with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black skirt and a blue sapphire Alex and Ani bracelet.

UPDATE II:  Missing Teen Left With Mysterious Man, Without Cell Phone.

“According to the witness, the young female was seen leaving the area with the male in an older model red Chrysler Concord or Sebring with faded paint and possibly NJ registration,” said Interim Chief of Police Jeffrey Furtado.

“According to the witness, it appeared to be a voluntarily departure,” Furtado added during a press conference Wednesday at 4 p.m.

“She has not been seen or heard from since about 9 a.m. this morning.”

Kathryn also left without a cell phone, but with an iPod and some clothing, according to the interim police chief.

Portsmouth police issued a CodeRed and Amber Alert.

Police say they’ve found a 13-year-old girl reported missing from her home in Portsmouth.

A Portsmouth Police spokesman said early Thursday that the girl was found alive and that an Amber Alert issued for her has been canceled. He says authorities will issue a statement with additional details later in the day.

UPDATE II: 27 year old Daniel Berger from New Jersey arrested and faces sex crime charges in connection with the abduction of 13 year old Kathryn Botelho.

A Passaic County man has been arrested in the connection with a missing 13-year-old girl from Rhode Island.

Daniel Berger, 27, of the Haskell section of Wanaque, has been charged with one count of transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

The girl was found by FBI agents at 12:30 this morning after information led them to Berger’s apartment on Ringwood Avenue in Haskell, the Providence Journal reported.

She appeared disheveled and cried “Please help me,” according to the Journal.

Agents questioned the man in the apartment who told them Berger was his roommate and that he had brought the girl there.

As we are surrounded by so many who only want to cause trouble, promote vigilantism and divide us … along comes two heroes where race was irrelevant and all that mattered was the safety of a 5 year old little girl. God bless these two kids who stepped up, made a difference and saved a child from a certain peril at the hands of her abductor.

Five year old Jocelyn Rojas was kidnapped while playing in her front yard at the Lancaster Arms apartments  in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. According to police, Jocelyn Rojas was lured away from her home by a man who promised her ice cream.  The search began for the 5 year old girl as 15 year old Temar Boggs and his friend Chris Garcia took off on their bicycles trying to find her.  About two hours later and about a half mile away from her home, the two boys spotted Jocelyn in a sedan and chased after the car on their bikes. After being followed, eventually the kidnapper let the child out of the car. She ran to Temar and said that she needed her mom.

From The Raw Story, speaking to a reporter with Lancaster Online on Saturday, 15-year-old Temar Boggs said he was helping move an elderly woman’s couch at a nearby apartment complex Thursday evening when someone approached asking if he’d seen a little girl.

Two teenage boys are being hailed as heroes after they chased a car carrying a kidnapped girl — on their bicycles.

Five-year-old Jocelyn Rojas was playing in her front yard in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, when she vanished Thursday afternoon. Authorities believe she was abducted by a man who lured her by offering ice cream.

For two hours, neighbors and police scoured the area and asked if anyone had seen her.

Police are looking for the suspect, described as a white male between 50 and 70 years old. He was driving a reddish-purple or maroon car with round taillights.  The man was wearing green shoes, green pants and a red-and-white striped shirt. He walked with a limp.

As reported at US News, on Monday the Lancaster County district attorney identified a registered sex offender, Harold Herr, as a person of interest in a potential kidnapping case.

34 Year Old Edwin Charles Tobergta Arrested … 10 Year Old Girl Catches Perv Having Sex With a Rubber Pool Float

34 year old Edwin Charles Tobergta was arrested for public indecency after a 10 year old little girl caught the perv having sex with a rubber pool float. Are you kidding me? I guess that poll float is being put to the curb for the garbage men to take away.  Tobergta is being held at the Butler County Jail on $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned July 23 before Butler County Common Pleas Judge Charles Pater. With a previous history of doing the exact same thing and in one case having sex with a Halloween yard decoration, what are the authorities waiting for, this perv to attack a child?

A Hamilton man repeatedly arrested for public indecency has again been indicted after a child saw him engaging in sex with a rubber raft last month, according to police.

Edwin Charles Tobergta, 34, of Harmon Avenue, was arrested June 17 for allegedly stepping out his back door naked at about 1:20 p.m. on June 15 and having “sexual relations with a rubber pool float,” according to the Hamilton police report.

In 2011, Tobergta was accused of having sex with a neighbor’s pool float. In 2002, a woman told police he did the same thing with an inflatable Halloween decoration in her yard.

Tobergta was indicted by a Butler County grand jury Wednesday for pubic indecency, a fifth-degree felony. If convicted, he faces 12 months behind bars.

Past history of criminal issues:

• In August 2011, Tobergta, was arrested at his home after he was seen engaging in sexual conduct with a pink inflatable swimming pool raft.
• He was indicted in May 2010 for tampering with evidence and possessing criminal tools
• After a July 2008 conviction for felony public indecency, he was sentenced to five years community control after he was naked standing in a neighbor’s yard engaging in sexual activity
• In December 2006, Tobergta was charged with public indecency and aggravated menacing while being held at the Butler County Jail.
• In 2002, a woman told police he did the same thing with an inflatable Halloween decoration in her yard
