RSSWTF: Canadian Man Who Sexually Abused his 4 Year Old Daughter Live on the Internet Sentenced to Only 4 Years
THATS IT!!!
How does the following heinous and repulsive crime only get 4 years? Does anyone care about the children? How can 4 years equate to a life time that this child will endure? How can the sentence be equal to the age of the victim? 
“The victim will have this cloud over her head for the rest of her life. The images will always be out there,”
“Words cannot describe what is found in those pictures. They are of a 3- and 4-year-old girl being used by her father for his own sexual gratification.”
One really has to wonder what the deterrent is and how the punishments will ever fit the crimes when the following types of sentences are handed out to sex crimes criminals. A Canadian man was sentenced to only 4 years in prison after sexually abusing his 4 year old daughter live on the internet so that another man could view it. What is even more despicable is that his attorney actually whined in court that his client had been assaulted behind bars. An eye for an eye my friend.

Israel Mireles Arrested in Mexico for the Murder of Emily Sander/Zoey Zane
24 year old Israel Mireles was arrested in Mexico. Mireles is a suspect in the murder of Butler Community College student Emily Sanders. Israel Mireles was the number one suspect and the individual Emily left the bar with and was last known seen with. Sound familiar?
The suspect in the slaying of Butler Community College student Emily Sander was arrested in Mexico on Wednesday, federal authorities said.
U.S. Deputy Marshal Logan Kline said Israel Mireles, 24, was arrested in Melchor Muzquiz, Mexico, southwest of Texas, on a homicide warrant from Butler County. Kline said Mireles is being held in that country until he can be extradited to the U.S.
Israel Mireles was charged with capital murder:
Mireles has been charged with capital murder, rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in the death of 18-year-old Emily Sander, Butler County prosecutor Jan Satterfield said. Investigators believe Sander’s killing was planned, she said.
Back in the News: Debra Lafave Violates Probation by Talking to 17 Year Old Waitress (Update: Back to Court)
Look who is back in the news. Debra Lafave, the former teacher who is serving house arrest for having sex with a 14-year-old student was arrested on charges of violating her probation. Isn’t this ironic, she violates her probation by this time talking to a teenage girl.
According to a Department of Corrections report, Debra Lafave discussed her personal life and other subjects with a teenage waitress at a restaurant where both worked. One of the terms of her probation was that she was not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors without permission. According to a police report, Lafave spoke with her teenage co-worker numerous times about family problems, friends, high school, boyfriends and sex.
Then there is of course the typical defense attorney spin trying to down play the event by stating, “It was 
a workplace friendship — no more, no less.” No Mr. Defense attorney … its called terms of your parole … NO MORE, NO LESS!!! You BS’d the court to have your client not serve time because “she was too attractive”. No double standard here, imagine if she were male.
Defense attorney John Fitzgibbons said he was disappointed that Lafave’s probation officer ordered her arrest for what he called an “insignificant” violation. He said Lafave and the 17-year-old girl had a “typical workplace conversation that women have with their women colleagues.” “It was a workplace friendship — no more, no less,” he said.

Lafave attributed her prior mistakes to bipolar disorder, which is associated with intense and irregular mood swings, and with hypersexuality and poor judgment during manic episodes. Lafave is currently serving three years house arrest and seven years probation after pleading guilty to charges in 2004.

The stories keep getting more twisted and heinous. A Tennessee man, Wayne Burkhart, is accused of used remote-controlled shock collars to force his two eldest daughters, now ages 18 and 19, to obey him. He is also accused of abuse and rape of his two daughters from his previous marriage. According to the report, his wife, Rebecca Burkhart, was aware of the use of the dog collars on the two girls.
A rural Tennessee father is accused of raping his two teenage daughters and using electric dog collars to establish dominance over them, authorities said Tuesday.
The charges against the 37-year-old man and his 35-year-old wife were referred to a grand jury on Tuesday in Tazewell, which is in rural Claiborne County near the Kentucky border.
Tennessee husband and wife Wayne and Rebecca Burkhart were arrested in September. Wayne Burkhart faces two counts of aggravated child assault and two counts of rape. Rebecca Burkhart was charged with aggravated child neglect and failing to report child abuse.

Now here is a great excuse to use when a doctor gets nabbed trying to solicit sex from an assumed patient. Of course it usually does not work when one’s solicits sex from an undercover police officer. Dr Peter Rice at UMass Memorial Medical Center has been charged with soliciting sex from an undercover Worcester, MA police officer who was posing as a prostitute. But Dr. Peter Rice said he is not guilty and was only “gathering information” when he was arrested Saturday. He told the Telegram & Gazette that he is a specialist in infectious diseases and researches sexually transmitted diseases.
Rice offered the undercover female officer $40 for sex, police said. His arrest came as part a two-day prostitution sweep in the Main South section of the city.
