Daily Show’s Jon Stewart Rips Obama and Democrats in Post 2014 Midterm Election Analysis … ‘Chickensh*t’ Dems, Obama Played Very Cynical Midterm Politics
The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart properly names the Democrats 2014 midterm election strategy … the ‘D*ckless H. Chickensh*t’ gambit.
Ha, Ha, Ha … I don’t agree with Jon Stewart that often, but he pretty much nailed this one. Democrats ran away from issues in red states that they thought were harmful to them and could cost them the elections. In the end they lost those states anyhow.
The “Daily Show” host went on to posit that the tactic was an intentional one used by the Democrats as a means to protect themselves in the midterm elections.
“Senate Democrats wanted to avoid votes on contentious issues, so they wouldn’t have to take unpopular [stances] that might cost them reelection and they got the president to go along with it,” Stewart said. “It’s a well-known political maneuver known as the ‘chickens**t gambit.’ It’s named, of course, for Senator Dickless H. Chickens**t.”
He concluded by accusing Democrats of adopting a do-nothing strategy and avoiding acting on what voters elected them to do.

ARKANSAS SENATE ELECTION 2014 – Tom Cotton (R) – Incumbent Mark Pryor (D) … (UPDATE: ABC News Calling Race for Republican Tom Cotton … GOP+2)
+2 FOR THE GOP FOR CONTROL OF THE US SENATE …
ABC NEWS is calling the US Senate race in Arkansas for Republican challenger Tom Cotton over incumbent Democrat Sen. Mark Pryor. With less than 1% of the vote counted, the GOP now has a net gain of 2 for the night in the battle for control of the US Senate. CNN has called the race as well for Tom Cotton. The GOP is now 4 seats away from control of the Senate.
Republicans are moving closer to winning the Senate by picking up Democratic-held seats in West Virginia and Arkansas, according to CNN projections.
They GOP now needs a net gain of four seats to claim the Senate for the first time since the administration of George W. Bush. A GOP win would mark a rebuke for President Barack Obama and could set the ideological battle lines for the 2016 presidential election.
Senate-Elect Tom Cotton!!!

Incumbent Democrat Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor Says Barack Obama Has “Been a Drag” on His Campaign”
DEMOCRAT SEN. MARK PRYOR SAYS OBAMA HAS BEEN A DRAG ON HIS CAMPAIGN … NO, YOUR VOTING WITH AND AGREEMENT WITH THE OBAMA AGENDA HAS BROUGHT YOU DOWN.
Incumbent Democrat Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor tries in vain to distance himself from President Barack Obama as he finds himself well behind by 7% in the recent RCP average polling to Republican challenger Tom Cotton. Unfortunately for Pryor, it is hard to suddenly call Obama a drag on his campaign and distance one’s self when Sen. Mark Pryor had voted with Obama 93% of the time. However it has been even worse this year … Roll Call lists Pryor in their 10 Most Vulnerable Senators of 2014 and has him voting in support for Obama’s agenda 97% of the time.
In recent days, Pryor has gone farther than he ever has to put daylight between himself and the president, telling Fox News that the biggest liability in his re-election bid is Obama.
“Well, you know, he has been a drag. I mean, I am just going to be honest about that,” Pryor said. “People here know that I have had my fair share of disagreements with him. You can look at gun control issues, Keystone pipeline. I have never supported one of his budgets.”
Sorry Mark Pryor, it is not Obama that is a drag on your campaign, it is that you voted with Obama’s failed policies that the good people of Arkansas soundly reject. You do not represent the folks in Arkansas and much like Blanche Lincoln in 2010, you will be retired from the US Senate.
Isn’t that interesting that Mark Pryor considers President Barack Obama a drag on his campaign, because in2008 Pryor said that Barack Obama was “exactly the right guy for this moment in history”. REALLY? So Sen. Pryor, do you still feel the same? Challenger Tom Cotton has stated that Pryor has voted with Obama 93% of the time and it has been proved by Politifact to be a true statement. Make no mistake about it, Pryor voted to pass Obamacare. Also, he voted for the Obama illegal’s amnesty plan.
Sen. Mark Pryor cast the deciding vote on Obamacare and says he would do it all over again and vote for it, even though the people of Arkansas strongly disapproved of it and the so-called Affordable Health care law is not affordable and does not ensure you can keep your doctor or your insurance, if you liked it. Pryor does not represent Arkansas, he represents the Obama agenda.
Here’s Pryor’s presidential support rate since 2009, when Obama took office.
Year – Presidential support rate
2009 – 95 percent
2010 – 92 percent
2011 – 95 percent
2012 – 91 percent
2013 – 90 percentPryor’s votes have lined up with Obama’s stated position on that vote between 90 and 95 percent of the time for the past five years. Cotton’s figure — 93 percent — is right smack in the middle. (The average is 92.6 percent.) So it’s pretty accurate.
It was not that long ago when Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor was singing the praises of Barack Obama and stumping for him asking others to vote for him. Pryor stated that Obama had the leadership skills, the vision and the hope that America needs. Pryor went on to say in 2008 that elections have consequences. Pryor asked those in attendance to go out and work as hard as they can for Barack Obama and “let’s bring the chance to America that we need”. Flash-forward to 2014 and I guess Pryor has had a change of hear. Guess what Sen. Pryor, elections do have consequences and the change that America needs includes removing you from office.
EXIT QUESTION: Pryor says Barack Obama has been a drag … is that racist?

Gallup Poll: Barack Obama 39% Approval – 56% Disapprove … Obama Dragging Down the Democrats Ahead of the 2014 Elections
BARACK OBAMA … THE TOXIC PRESIDENT.
Democrats have more to worry about than just voter turnout for the 2014 midterm election. The Obama wave that swept the Democrats into power is also going to be the tsunami that destroys them. Don’t look for President Barack Obama to be campaigning in any of the 2014 Senate battleground states from now until election day. According to the most recent Gallup poll, 3 day rolling average, Obama’s approval rating is at 39%, disapproval stands at 56%. It is not just one poll that has Obama in the 30 percent approval range, it is one of many including Reuters and Fox News. Is it any wonder why no Democrat candidate in a close race or any red state Senate Democrats want him any where near their campaigns?
Senate Democrat candidates in Alaska, Louisiana, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Arkansas, West Virginia, and Colorado find themselves in serious trouble with Obama no where to be found. Those Democrats that were swept into office on the coattails of the BS myth of “hope & Change” now find themselves at its backlash.

Incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor Trails GOP Challenger Rep. Tom Cotton in Arkansas 48% to 41%
Democrat Senator in Serious Trouble Because of Barack Obama and Obamacare … Democrats, Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid.
According to a new poll from Citizens United Political Victory Fund by Republican pollster Kellyanne Conway of the polling company, Inc./WomanTrend, shows that incumbent Democrat Senator Mark Pryor is in serious trouble and trails Republican challenger Tom Cotton, 48% to 41%. Many Democrat politicians in “red” states are considered vulnerable because of their support of Obamacare and the disaster and lie that it has turned out to be. Pryor trails badly with Independents, 31%-52%. Also, Barack Obama and Obamacare have a favorable, unfavorable in Arkansas of 35%-61% and 29%-62%, respectively.
Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor trails his Republican challenger, Rep. Tom Cotton, by seven points among likely voters in Arkansas, 48 percent to 41 percent, according to a new poll from a conservative group that says his support of the health care reform law is costing him.
The survey, shared exclusively with POLITICO, was conducted Friday and Saturday for the Citizens United Political Victory Fund by Republican pollster Kellyanne Conway of the polling company, Inc./WomanTrend.
Cotton is ahead among independents by 21 points and among women by 4 points.
“Mark Pryor is synonymous with Obamacare and Obamacare is synonymous with making life worse for the American people,” said David N. Bossie, president of Citizens United. “That’s why Pryor is losing to Cotton in the Arkansas Senate race.”
Pryor, considered by many to be the most vulnerable of the incumbents running for reelection, is viewed favorably by 44 percent of Arkansas voters and unfavorably by 39 percent. The poll found that only one-third of independents view Pryor favorably and 52 percent see him in a negative light.
Other data from the polland from Hot Air.
I guess Barack Obama must have promised Mark Pryor and the other Democrats who voted for Obamacare against the will of the American people, you can keep your Senate and House seat, if you like your Senate and House seat. We all know how that worked for American insureds.
