Clinton Mole & FBI Agent Peter Strzok Dismissed from Mueller Probe Changed Comey’s Description of Clinton to ‘Extremely Careless’

WHAT A SHOCK, A DOUBLE STANDARD FOR HILLARY CLINTON

Just how much corruption was there in the Hillary Clinton email investigation? How does the pro-Hillary FBI agent Peter Strzok find his way on both the Hillary Clinton email server investigation and Robert Mueller’s witch hunt? Does anyone really wonder? And why didn’t Mueller inform everyone that one of the key investigators had such a conflict of interest? Mueller has a HUGE credibility problem. Mueller already had conflicts of interest in this investigation. Now it would seem impossible how this investigation could ever be impartial or credible. It was a witch hunt from the outset.

VIA CNN:

A former top counterintelligence expert at the FBI, now at the center of a political uproar for exchanging private messages that appeared to mock President Donald Trump, changed a key phrase in former FBI Director James Comey’s description of how former secretary of state Hillary Clinton handled classified information, according to US officials familiar with the matter.

Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server as the No. 2 official in the counterintelligence division, changed Comey’s earlier draft language describing Clinton’s actions as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” the sources said.
The drafting process was a team effort, CNN is told, with a handful of people reviewing the language as edits were made, according to another US official familiar with the matter.

The shift from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” which may appear pedestrian at first glance, reflected a decision by the FBI that could have had potentially significant legal implications, as the federal law governing the mishandling of classified material establishes criminal penalties for “gross negligence.”

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, raised questions over why the change was made after receiving documents from the FBI last month, but the identity of who was behind the edit has not been reported until now.

CNN has also learned that Strzok was the FBI official who signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to sources familiar with the matter. As the No. 2 official in counterintelligence, Strzok was considered to be one of the bureau’s top experts on Russia.
But the news of Strzok’s direct role in the statement that ultimately cleared the former Democratic presidential candidate of criminal wrongdoing, now combined with the fact that he was dismissed from special counsel Robert Mueller’s team after exchanging private messages with an FBI lawyer that could be seen as favoring Clinton politically, may give ammunition to those seeking ways to discredit Mueller’s Russia investigation.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions Considering Second Special Counsel to investigate wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial Sale of a Uranium Company to Russia

WHATS GOOD FOR INVESTIGATIONS OF DONALD TRUMP AND THE RUSSIANS SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THE GANDER AND THE CLINTON’S AND THE RUSSIANS AS WELL

Fox News is reporting that Attorney Jeff Sessions directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate “certain issues” requested by congressional Republicans, involving the sale of Uranium One and alleged unlawful dealings related to the Clinton Foundation, leaving the door open for an appointment of another special counsel. The Democrats can whine all they want, the questions is, why wouldn’t he? Why are the Clinton’s, Democrats and the Obama administration exempt from scrutiny? The questions is, who colluded with who? After a year of special counsel investigations by Mueller, there is nothing that ties the Trump campaign with Russia in some type of collusion during the election. But what if the Trump Foundation received $150 million form the Russian or one of Donald trump’s sons got speaking fees of $150,000 from the Russians? Think that would be big news? But that’s right, that was the Clinton’s who received such things from the Russians.

In a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Justice Department responded to July 27 and September 26 requests from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and other committee members, who called for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the matters in question.

The letter comes on the eve of Sessions’ testimony before the same committee, scheduled for Tuesday.

“The Attorney General has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,” Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote.

“These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General [Rod Rosenstein], as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel,” Boyd wrote.

The Justice Department does not ordinarily confirm or deny investigations, and Boyd wrote that “this letter should not be construed to do so.”

The Justice Department’s letter specifically said that some of the topics requested by Goodlatte and other committee members were already being investigated by the department’s Inspector General’s office.

The letter specifically mentioned allegations related to the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email probe, including allegations that DOJ and FBI “policies or procedures” were “not followed in connection with, or in actions leading up to or related to” then-FBI Director James Comey’s public announcement to close the Clinton email “matter” on July 5, 2016, or the letter he sent lawmakers on October 28, 2016, about newly discovered Clinton emails, and that those “investigative decisions were based on improper considerations.”

WAPO:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is entertaining the idea of appointing a second special counsel to investigate a host of Republican concerns — including alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial sale of a uranium company to Russia — and has directed senior federal prosecutors to explore at least some of the matters and report back to him and his top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post.

The revelation came in a response by the Justice Department to an inquiry from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who in July and again in September called for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate concerns he had related to the 2016 election and its aftermath.

The list of matters he wanted probed was wide ranging but included the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, various dealings of the Clinton Foundation and several matters connected to the purchase of the Canadian mining company Uranium One by Russia’s nuclear energy agency. Goodlatte took particular aim at former FBI director James B. Comey, asking for the second special counsel to evaluate the leaks he directed about his conversations with President Trump, among other things.

Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Mark Levin Discusses the Allegations Against Judge Roy Moore and Asks, “Why Now?”

MARK LEVIN ASKS, WHY NOW?

Take a good listen to Mark Levin laying out the facts of the case that have been leveled against Judge Roy Moore. Before we jump to conclusions, let’s analyze the accusations at hand. What is up with the timing of this story? Are we really supposed to believe that the WAPO just learned of this news or were they holding on to it for an October surprise? Or in this case because of a special election for Senate in December, a November surprise.

Listen to Levin’s analytical approach. No one knows the truth, these are accusations that are 40 years old. This is not a dirty little secret like the Harvey Weinstein sexual assaults that the MSM helped cover up. This is a shocking event.

We are a victim’s right site; however, I learned a long tome ago during the Duke Lacrosse Rape allegations to not jump to conclusions. How do we find out the truth before the special election? The truth is, we can’t.

From Mark Levin:

Whether innocent or guilty the problem with the Roy Moore accusation is that there is no way to resolve the issue one month before the election. The timing of this makes it impossible to sort through the facts and find the truth. Also, the Washington Post reported that the 4 women didn’t come forward, the Washington Post found them. This whole thing doesn’t smell right. This story was planted and perfectly timed in their hopes to doom Moore’s campaign. We don’t know anything more than what the Washington Post has told us. How did the Post even know there were 4 women, who they were, and how to contact them? You don’t just hear that, especially since the women didn’t know each other. The Post was fed this information by someone or some group. Also, Mitch McConnell is asking Roy Moore to step aside if he is guilty of the accusations against him. You have Bob Menendez a sitting U.S. Senator who is on trial for corruption charges. Why is it that Republicans don’t demand his resignation? Isn’t it amazing that Republicans knew what to say right on cue? They are ready to recruit Luther Strange as a write-in guy.

Liberal Media Accuses AL Republican Senate Candidate Roy Moore of Illicit Advances on 14 Year Old Girl in 1979 … Moore Denies Charges

HMM, IF TRUE, IT IS HORRENDOUS, SORRY, BUT THE TIMING ON THIS STINKS … SO WHY DOES THIS STORY COME OUT NOW?

roy moore-sex-accusations

From the liberal WAPO comes the following bombshell, accusations that Alabama HOP Senate candidate Judge Moore of dating a 14 year-old girl in 1979. Judge Moore served on the Alabama Supreme court. The Alabama judge won the Republican senate primary to replace Jeff Sessions in September by defeating the GOP’s establishment candidate. Roy Moore is hardly a new comer and has been controversial for years. Now, just one one before a special election to elect the Alabama senator to replace Jeff Sessions comes this bombshell. A story that is 4 decades old. If the accusations are true, I will ask, why now? If they are not, I will ask the same question, why now?

Leigh Corfman says she was 14 years old when an older man approached her outside a courtroom in Etowah County, Ala. She was sitting on a wooden bench with her mother, they both recall, when the man introduced himself as Roy Moore.

It was early 1979 and Moore — now the Republican nominee in Alabama for a U.S. Senate seat — was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney. He struck up a conversation, Corfman and her mother say, and offered to watch the girl while her mother went inside for a child custody hearing.

“He said, ‘Oh, you don’t want her to go in there and hear all that. I’ll stay out here with her,’ ” says Corfman’s mother, Nancy Wells, 71. “I thought, how nice for him to want to take care of my little girl.”

UPDATE I: Judge Moore denied the accusations and blamed the seedy Democrat Party in Alabama and has called this story fake new. Judge Roy Moore released the following statement:

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Today, the Judge Roy Moore Campaign for U.S. Senate issued a statement responding to yet another baseless political attack by the Washington Post, a paper that has endorsed Judge Moore’s opponent. Moore campaign chair Bill Armistead released the following statement on Thursday afternoon:

“Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena, but this story in today’s Washington Post alleging sexual impropriety takes the cake. National liberal organizations know their chosen candidate Doug Jones is in a death spiral, and this is their last ditch Hail Mary.

“The Washington Post has already endorsed the Judge’s opponent, and for months, they have engaged in a systematic campaign to distort the truth about the Judge’s record and career and derail his campaign. In fact, just two days ago, the Foundation for Moral Law sent a retraction demand to the Post for the false stories they wrote about the Judge’s work and compensation. But apparently, there is no end to what the Post will allege.

“The Judge has been married to Kayla for nearly 33 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren. He has been a candidate in four hotly-contested statewide political contests, twice as a gubernatorial candidate and twice as a candidate for chief justice. He has been a three-time candidate for local office, and he has been a national figure in two ground-breaking, judicial fights over religious liberty and traditional marriage. After over 40 years of public service, if any of these allegations were true, they would have been made public long before now.

“Judge Roy Moore is winning with a double-digit lead. So it is no surprise, with just over four weeks remaining, in a race for the U.S. Senate with national implications, that the Democratic Party and the country’s most liberal newspaper would come up with a fabrication of this kind.

“This garbage is the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation.”

On Thursday, Judge Moore called the allegations by the Post “completely false and a desperate political attack.”

UPDATE II: Roy Moore calls allegations against him ‘completely false.’

Moore denied knowing Leigh Corfman, who alleged she had a sexual encounter with Moore when she was 14 years old, according to The Washington Post.

“Allegations of sexual misconduct with her (Corfman) are completely false.” Moore said. “I believe they are politically motivated. I believe they are brought only to stop a very successful campaign, and that’s what they’re doing.”

Moore backer and former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon compared the allegations against the Republican Senate candidate to the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape that was released during the 2016 election.

If this story turns out not to be true, then stories like this should never be believed again.
