Former Clinton Aide Bryan Pagliano Expected to Plead the 5th in Response to Email Subpoena Inquiries (VIDEO)
IT JUST GETS WORSE AND WORSE FOR HILLARY CLINTON … DRIP, DRIP, DRIP.
Former State Department employee Bryan Pagliano, a State Department employee who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server has informed Congress that he will invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid testifying before the House Select Committee on Benghazi and in response to other Congressional inquiries related to the server. Pagliano would likewise supposed to “decline to produce documents that may be responsive to the subpoena.” The question that comes to mind, no different than like with Lois Lerner and the IRS scandal, what does this former Clinton staffer have to hide? In accordance with all things Hillary Clinton and her scandals, transparency is not an option and cover up means everything.
From The Washington Free Beacon, the former IT staffer planning to plead the Fifth when called to testify about Hillary Clinton’s private emails is “yet another blow” to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and “does not look good.”
A former State Department employee who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server has informed Congress that he will invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid testifying before the House Select Committee on Benghazi and in response to other Congressional inquiries related to the server.
On Monday, Mark MacDougall, the attorney for former State Department employee Bryan Pagliano, sent a letter to House Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy indicating that Pagliano would assert his Fifth Amendment right not to appear before the Select Committee for a deposition on September 10, 2015. A copy of the letter was obtained by CNN.
MacDougall also says that Pagliano would likewise “decline to produce documents that may be responsive to the subpoena.” In the letter, MacDougall defends the decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment by expressing concern about “the current political environment” surrounding Clinton’s email use.
Pagliano is a former IT staffer who worked for Clinton and assisted with her email and server. On August 11, Gowdy issued a subpoena for his deposition. A Democratic committee source says there was “no debate or vote by the select committee” about the decision to issue Pagliano subpoena.
So Hillary Clinton has a former staffer who says he does not want to testify so not to incriminate himself? ARE YOU KIDDING!!!

Quinnipiac Poll: The Words ‘Liar and Dishonest’ Most Used to Describe Hillary Clinton … Marco Rubio Says She is “An Experienced Liar”
HOW CAN ANYONE BE A PARTIES NOMINEE WHEN THE WORDS THAT BEST DESCRIBE THEM ARE “LIAR” AND “DISHONEST” …
According to a recent Quinnipiac poll, the words “liar” and “dishonest” were most frequently used when individuals were asked to describe Democrat front runner for the 2016 presidential nomination, Hillary Clinton. Well if the shrew fits, wear it. Oh wait, does that mean that the Hillary Clinton goon squad is going to descend down on those people for saying these kind of things? But quite honestly, what words are there that best describe Hillary but a liar and dishonest? Maybe serial fabricator? We might also want to add to the list of words, phony, deceiver and misleader. BUT LIAR PRETTY MUCH SAYS IT ALL.
Sorry, this woman came into the race with baggage from the past, now it appears that the email/server scandal and the lie after lie after lie is just too much for anyone to stomach.
Okay, so I am a liar, what’s it to you?
The most frequent words that come to mind when Americans think about Hillary Clinton are “liar” and “dishonest.” That’s according to a new national poll from Quinnipiac that asked more than 1500 registered voters to say the “first word” that comes to mind when they hear the Democratic presidential frontrunner’s name.
The most frequently mentioned word was “liar,” with 178 people mentioning the word. Next on the list are “dishonest” at 123 mentions and “untrustworthy” at 93 mentions. There were some positive words for Clinton mentioned frequently, including “experience” (82 mentions) and “strong” (59 mentions).
The same question was asked about Republicans Jeb Bush and Donald Trump. The most frequent word for Bush was “Bush” (136 mentions) followed far behind by “family” (70 mentions). Trump received much greater variance in the words used to describe him, with “arrogant” leading the pack with 58 mentions, followed by “blowhard” (38 mentions), idiot (35 mentions), and businessman and clown (34 mentions each).
It is almost impossible to believe that an individual could win a presidency, let alone a party nomination when the first thought in anyone’s mind to describe them is a liar.
UPDATE I: Rubio Plays Word Association Game With Hillary Clinton: ‘Desperate,’ ‘Panicked,’ ‘Experienced Liar.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) played the word association game Friday on Fox & Friends, saying the first words that came to mind when he thought of Hillary Clinton after her controversial remarks Thursday were “desperate,” “panicked” and “experienced liar.”
Clinton, under fire for comparing pro-life Republicans to terrorist groups, is also beset by the private email scandal that has dogged her since March. A Quinnipiac poll this week showed the top words voters associated her with were “liar,” “dishonest” and “untrustworthy.”
Fox host Elisabeth Hasselbeck asked Rubio, a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination and frequent target of Clinton’s rhetoric, to play the word association game as well and he didn’t mince words.
“Desperate,” he said. “Maybe panicked. Desperate. One of those words. They’re in a lot of trouble.”

Have They Had Enough .. Are Democrats Turning on Hillary Clinton … Former Dem. Presidential Candidate Dean Says, “As I was watching that tape, I was thinking to myself, this is a lawyerly answer.”
HAVE THE DEMOCRATS HAD ENOUGH OF HILLARY CLINTON AND HAS SHE GONE JUST ONE SCANDAL TOO FAR?
It is is not the GOP that Hillary Clinton needs to worry about, it is the Democrats. Hillary already came to the dance with a lot of baggage, now the current email/private server scandal has gone from a so-called partisan witch hunt to a full scale scandal being investigated by the feds. Hillary sees her poll numbers drop as no one except her true-believers this she is honest or trustworthy. So the question now is, are the Democrats turning on Hillary before its too late?
Enter Joe Biden to rescue the Democrat party, are you kidding me?
What difference does it make if I am incapable of telling the truth?
With the specter of Vice President Joe Biden jumping into the 2016 race for the White House, some prominent figures in the Democratic party seem less sure of Hillary Clinton’s chances at clinching the party’s nomination.
Notable Democrat California Gov. Jerry Brown weighed in Sunday on the possibility of Biden’s run, saying if he were in the vice president’s position, he would give “very serious consideration” to the 2016 contest.
“All I can say is, if I were Hillary, I would say [to Biden], ‘Don’t jump in,’” Brown told NBC News. “If I were Joe Biden, I’d probably give it very serious consideration.”
Joe Biden’s political star has risen in recent weeks, with his national poll numbers climbing despite his unofficial status as a potential candidate. In a move that could signal more earnest consideration of a run, Biden this weekend met privately with Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a progressive policy leader of the Democratic party.
Still, Dean questioned the way the former secretary of state has handled the controversy.
“As I was watching that tape, I was thinking to myself, this is a lawyerly answer,” Dean said, seemingly in reference to Clinton’s responses when asked by the press about classified information. “And one of the problems is that Hillary Clinton is an incredibly smart lawyer.”
A Clinton opponent for the Democratic nomination, former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, said Sunday that while he’s eager to debate the issues, he considers the GOP’s questions about Clinton’s email server to be “legitimate.”

Former State Department Officials Say Hillary’s E-mail Defense is ‘Total BS’
Hillary Clinton’s email defense is as I like to refer to … “Bovine Scatology”.
It appears that others are calling BS on Hillary Clinton and her excuses with the email/private server scandal. Former State Department security officials are calling Hillary Clinton’s email defense total bull $hit. Any secretary of state should have known better. It would appear that Hillary’s excuses are wearing thin with ex-state department insiders. This scandal is far from a right-wing conspiracy witch hunt that Ms. Clinton would have every one believe. It just will not go away. Why, because it has merit and legs. For the first time I am actually believing that this might just sink her presidential run.
Former State Department security officials don’t buy Hillary Clinton’s latest alibi that she couldn’t tell that government e-mails — which she improperly, if not illegally, kept for several years on an unsecured home server — contained top-secret information because they lacked official markings and weren’t classified until later.
Such messages contain sensitive “keywords” distinguishing them from unclassified information, even if the material didn’t bear a classified heading as she claims.
The secretary would have known better, the department officials say, because she was trained to understand the difference when she was “read in” on procedures to ID and handle classified information by diplomatic-security officials in 2009.
Clinton also went through a so-called “read-off” when she left office in 2013. In that debriefing, security officials reminded her of her duty to return all classified documents, including ones in which the classification status is “uncertain,” which would have included the e-mails stored on her private server — which she only this month turned over to authorities. The read-off would have included her signing a nondisclosure agreement.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan Says Hillary Clinton’s Private Emails Violated Policy
This is hardly a partisan political issue as Hillary Clinton would like you to believe … Federal Judge says, “We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,”
Things keep getting worse and worse for Hillary Clinton as she sinks deeper in the private email server quick sand. A federal judge has added a little fuel to the already out of control burning Hilary email/private server fire asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state. The federal judge stated, “We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy.” This took place during a FOIA hearing with Judicial Watch and Hillary’s attorneys. The federal also ordered the State Department to confer with the FBI and Department of Justice to find out if those agencies had recovered any additional Clinton emails from the server and a thumb drive that was turned over by her attorney earlier this month.
Emails, what emails?
A federal judge has added fresh fuel to the incendiary controversy over Hillary Clinton’s email, asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state.
“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” said U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, apparently referring to Clinton, during a hearing on one of the many Freedom of Information Act lawsuits seeking access to her records as secretary of state.
Sullivan’s said Clinton’s actions had complicated the State Department’s ability to respond to requests for records on various topics. He also ordered the State Department to contact the FBI to determine whether the private server Clinton used, which Clinton turned over to that law enforcement agency earlier this month, contains official records possibly responsive to the FOIA suit.
This scandal is going to dog Hillary until 2016, if she lasts that long.
