Hmm, Watch Mojo actually has one of their Top 10′s for Hillary not guaranteed the presidency.

This was created prior to the Democrat and Republican nominees were picked. However, what isn’t included in this was all the lies and obvious crimes Hillary has been caught in with regards to the use of her private emails and the use of a private email server. Which makes her even more unelectable.

MOJO needs to update their VIDEO with the following:

1. The fact that Hillary cannot stay upright and has an obvious neurological issue.
2. She can’t seem to tell the truth.
3. Private email and private server scandal while Secretary of State.
4. Secretary of State and Clinton Foundation conflict of interest.

And that provided me access with materials and information highly sensitive to our war fighting capabilities. CNN is reporting that top Hillary Clinton State Department aide, Cheryl Mills, a U.S. government employee was operated as an employee of the Clinton Foundation at the same time. After months of stonewalling, CNN has learned the truth. America, what more do you need for proof that Hillary Clinton is unethical and committed crimes as Secretary of State? The Clinton State department and Clinton Foundation has been nothing for that an unethical, incestuous relationship that has practiced in unethical and corrupt behavior that monetarily benefited Hillary Clinton.

A top aide to Hillary Clinton at the State Department traveled to New York to interview job candidates for a top job at the Clinton Foundation, a CNN investigation has found.

The fact that the aide, Cheryl Mills, was taking part in such a high level task for the Clinton foundation while also working as chief of staff for the secretary of state raises new questions about the blurred lines that have dogged the Clintons in recent years.

Upon entering office as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation agreed to a set of rules to ensure any activities by the foundation would not “create conflicts or the appearance of conflicts for Senator Clinton as Secretary of State.”

On June 19, 2012, Mills, then the chief of staff for Clinton at the State Department, boarded a New York City-bound Amtrak train in Washington’s Union station.

Charles Krauthammer: Clinton Foundation’s Access to State Department a ‘Form of Corruption’.

Krauthammer was asked by Sandra Smith if he thought that there would be an “October surprise” related to more emails being released related to the Clinton Foundation and the State Department while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.

“Well, no one knows, but if it is, if it does happen, it won’t be a surprise because we’ve seen a small sample, a small number of emails that were not declared,” Krauthammer said. “We know that even within that small sample, there were at least two examples of self-dealing between the Clinton Foundation, which is a sort of a machine for siphoning money from rich, foreign, sometimes unsavory sources into an organization whose one purpose is to create a network self-funded for Clinton cronies and hangers-onners, the administration in waiting and that it was dealing getting favors for the people who are contributing to it from the State Department.

“Now, that is so obviously, it may not be illegal, you may not be able to prove a quid pro quo, but this sort of use of the Foundation and then working with the State Department, whether it was Hillary personally or not, does not matter, to get favors is a form of corruption at the least.”

Can you tell us why the State Department redacted that name, and whether or not this person wound up getting a job or not?

MS TRUDEAU: Okay. Well, I can’t speak to specific case – cases. I’m also not going to speak to specific redactions. I will note though, broadly, the department regularly hires political appointees with a range of skill sets for a broad variety of jobs. It’s not unusual for candidates to be recommended to the department through a variety of avenues.

QUESTION: Would it be wrong to assume that, then, that this is a case simply of nepotism or something like that? I mean, what – how are we then supposed to interpret what –

Judicial Watch Uncovers New Batch of Hillary Clinton Emails That Hillary Didn’t Turn Over … Clinton Foundation Pay for Play Scheme as Secretary of State

Judicial Watch releases more emails that Hillary Clinton did not … At what point do all of these scandals become an obvious pattern of corruption and intent?

The Hillary Clinton emails scandal will not go away. Why, because it was never a scandal, it was a crime and now we see that it was political corruption at the highest level. As Powerline reports, the emails, in the words of Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, “show the Clinton Foundation, Clinton donors, and operatives worked with Hillary Clinton [while she was Secretary of State] in potential violation of the law.” No wonder Clinton and Huma Abedin hid emails from the American people, the courts, and Congress. Hillary Clinton used her position as Secretary of State as a pay for play scheme to line the coffers of the Clinton Foundation. How this woman is not in prison is a crime unto itself.

Judicial Watch today released 296 pages of State Department records, of which 44 email exchanges were not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to 171 of new Clinton emails (not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department).  These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department.

The new documents reveal that in April 2009 controversial Clinton Foundation official Doug Band pushed for a job for an associate. In the email Band tells Hillary Clinton’s former aides at the State Department Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin that it is “important to take care of [Redacted]. Band is reassured by Abedin that “Personnel has been sending him options.” Band was co-founder of Teneo Strategy with Bill Clinton and a top official of the Clinton Foundation, including its Clinton Global Initiative.

Included in the new document production is a 2009 email in which Band, directs Abedin and Mills to put Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor Gilbert Chagoury in touch with the State Department’s “substance person” on Lebanon.  Band notes that Chagoury is “key guy there [Lebanon] and to us,” and insists that Abedin call Amb. Jeffrey Feltman to connect him to Chagoury.

Chagoury is a close friend of former President Bill Clinton and a top donor to the Clinton Foundation. He has appeared near the top of the Foundation’s donor list as a $1 million to $5 million contributor, according to foundation documents. He also pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative.  According to a 2010 investigation by PBS Frontline, Chagoury was convicted in 2000 in Switzerland for laundering money from Nigeria, but agreed to a plea deal and repaid $66 million to the Nigerian government.

Clinton’s top aides’ favors for and interactions with the Clinton Foundation seem in violation of the ethics agreements that Hillary Clinton agreed to in order to be appointed and confirmed as Secretary of State.  For example, Secretary of State-designate Hillary Clinton on January 5, 2009, in a letter to State Department Designated Agency Ethics Official James H. Thessin:

“For the duration of my appointment as Secretary if I am confirmed, I will not participate personally and substantially in any particular matter involving specific parties in which The William J. Clinton Foundation (or the Clinton Global Initiative) is a party or represents a party….”

The evident effort at job placement may add to criticism that the State Department was too close to the foundation during Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013, despite her pledge not to take actions benefiting her family’s charitable organization. The Republican Party has said that Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, sought to help contributors to the foundation in a “pay-for-play” scheme.

In 2011, Band became co-founder of Teneo Holdings, a consulting firm with international clients. Abedin at times held overlapping jobs with the State Department, Teneo and the Clinton Foundation, an arrangement that Judicial Watch has questioned through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

In another 2009 exchange released Tuesday, Band asked Abedin and Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff, to put Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire Gilbert Chagoury in touch with a State Department “substance person” on Lebanon. The Chagoury Group co-founder has given between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, according to a list of donors posted online.
