Above the Law: IRS Ignores Deadline to Hand Over Lerner Emails to Judicial Watch
THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE IRS, THEY FEAR NO ONE, EVERYONE FEARS THEM AND THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW.
Okay America, just try on your own defying a court order and not handing over documents to the IRS that you have been compelled to do so and see what happens. That is exactly what the IRS is doing. As reported at FOX Business, the IRS is ignoring a court-imposed deadline to turn over newly found Lois Lerner email documents essential to investigations of the IRS tax-exempt scandal. According to Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, they have received no emails and the deadline has passed. The IRS continues to drag their feet because no one has has kept their feet to the fire and punished anyone. Poeple should be going to jail, not just being fired or resigning.
This is what happens when a government agency is above the law. I am pretty certain Our Founding Fathers never intended for any such agency to ever have this type of power against ‘We the People”.
The Internal Revenue Service is ignoring a court-imposed deadline to turn over newly found Lois Lerner email documents essential to investigations of the IRS tax-exempt scandal.
U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan last week ordered the agency to turn over 1,800 new emails from Lerner, who ran the tax exempt unit which decided which organizations could receive tax exempt status. The government watchdog group Judicial Watch has sought the emails in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Monday, a spokesperson told FOXBusiness.com that the group would not oppose the IRS producing something this Wednesday and every 2 weeks thereafter, assuming the Court agrees. At the time of publication there was no word from the IRS on this development or an amended order from the court.
So why does the Internal Revenue Service not hand over the emails as they have been ordered by a court to do … its not like they have anything to hide. Um, like maybe some of the docs implicating the Justice Department in IRS Conservative-targeting scandal. Never!

Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker Makes It Official: ‘I’m Running for President’
Add another to the Republican primary field … Scott Walker makes it official, ‘I’m Running for President’
Its official, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has entered the 2016 presidential race. Walker enters the crowded GOP race; however, he is already polling with solid numbers. With what Walker has done in Wisconsin, including winning 3 elections in 4 years in a blue state. Walker has battling the special interest groups and won, including a recall election. Walker is a strong and viable candidate for the GOP.
Scott Walker made it official today, breaking the news that he is a Republican candidate in the 2016 presidential race first in a Facebook post this morning before a formal announcement event in Wisconsin later today.
“I’m in. I’m running for President of the United States because Americans deserve a leader who will fight and win for them,” the two-term Wisconsin governor says in the Facebook post, which includes a video in which he argues that his track record as governor sets him apart from the rest of the Republican field as a proven leader who has succeeded in winning elections and taking on big policy battles.
“I am running for president to fight and win for the American people,” he says in the video. “Without sacrificing our principles, we won three elections in four years in a blue state. We did it by leading.”
Walker, 47, joins a crowded field of Republican contenders vying for the presidency, bringing the tally of declared candidates to 15. But despite his late entry into the race, Walker is already considered the front-runner in Iowa, polling ahead of the rest of the GOP field in the all-important first-in-the nation caucus state where he made a strong first impression on likely caucus-goers earlier this year with a breakout speech at the Iowa Freedom Summit in January.

Gallup Poll: Smaller Majority “Extremely Proud” to Be an American
On the eve of the 4th of July, America’s Independence Day … The LEFT is ruining this country.
According to a recent Gallup poll, only 54% of people say that they are “extremely proud” to be an American. This is down sharply following the 911 terror attacks in 2001 and the 70% who stated that they were extremely proud to be an American in 2003. The poll also showed that 27% say they are “very proud,” 14% say they are “moderately proud,” 4% are “only a little proud” and 1% state that they are “not at all proud.” The South is the most proud at 61%, then comes the Midwest, East and West at 55%, 50% and 46%, respectively.
Remember what Michelle Obama said in 2008, “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country …”
So what is the reason why so many Americans are no longer extremely proud to be Americans? One would think that it could be a result of Barack Obama being President and his efforts to change America. But in looking at what parties say they are extremely proud to be an American. it is the Republicans at 68%, Independents at 53% and the Democrats bringing up the rear at 47%. So why are Democrats not proud? Is it because the Democrat party now resembles more socialism that the Democrat party of JFK?
As Independence Day approaches, most in the U.S. say they are proud to be an American, including a slight majority, 54%, who are “extremely proud.” The percentage saying they are “extremely proud” is slightly lower than in recent years and down from peaks at and around 70% between 2002 and 2004, after 9/11.
In addition to the 54% who are extremely proud to be an American, 27% say they are “very proud,” 14% say they are “moderately proud,” 4% are “only a little proud” and 1% state that they are “not at all proud.”
What is most telling of this Gallup poll is the age breakdown of those who say they are most proud to be an American. The younger the age demographic of this poll, the lower the level of being proud to be an American. With those who are 65 years of age and older, they are 64% “extremely proud” to be American, while the 18-29 crowd is at 43%. What else should we expect when they have been continually told be the LEFT, the liberal MSM, politicians, race-baitors and liberal politicians and educators that America is bad?
Once again we should send a shout out and a sarcastic thank you to the public schools and the liberal indoctrination that has passed for the education of children over the years. The liberals have successfully made the young not be proud of the country that provided them liberty and freedoms that they could never comprehend.

Jeb Bush to Launch His 2016 Presidential Bid Today
Jeb Bush to make his 2016 presidential bid announcement today … Yawn.
Jeb Bush will make his formal announcement today, Monday June 15, 2015, to enter the 2016 crowded Republican Presidential field. I find it hard to believe that the GOP base will come out for Jeb as he has too many positions that do not follow the GOP platform. His positions on immigration and common core are 180 degrees opposite from the base and we do not need to be lectured that we are wrong. Sorry, he is in no way a conservative.
Jeb Bush, a scion of the most recognizable family in Republican politics who fashioned an image as a sober-minded conservative truth-teller while governor of Florida, is poised to run for president.
Bush will make his formal announcement Monday afternoon here in his adopted hometown during an appearance at Miami Dade College. His candidacy comes after a week-long European tour and months of intensive behind-the-scenes political maneuvering that erased long-standing doubts about his White House ambitions.
The launch will set John Ellis Bush, 62, the second son of former President George H.W. Bush and younger brother of former President George W. Bush, on a potentially historic course that would confirm his family’s standing as America’s pre-eminent political dynasty, rivaled only by the Kennedys in their fame and cross-generational power.
But for all his name recognition, Bush isn’t entering the race as a clear front-runner. A national CNN/ORC Poll released earlier this month found him virtually tied at the top of the field with Sen. Marco Rubio, a fellow Floridian. Behind them, 10% of those polled said they planned to support Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
When matched against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Bush trails 51% to 43%.
Sorry, but the GOP does not need to nominate another RINO to fail in the general election. Also, the United States of America is a Republic, not a Monarchy. I held the same position for the Kennedy clan, who just assumed it was their birth right to hold office. I am certain that of the 325 million and counting people in the US, Republicans can find and nominate another individual with the last name of Bush. At least not now, it’s been far too soon since the presidency of GHWB and GWB. The same also holds true with Democrats, if they cannot find another candidate whose name is not Clinton, then they have a failed cabinet of talent. The US needs fresh talent and fresh ideas for the people, not establishment candidates of crony capitalism.
