As you have your Easter egg hunts, open your Easter baskets and enjoy Easter dinner, please remember that the resurrection of our Lord provides us with eternal hope and rebirth. As stated in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” And with the crucifixion of Jesus, we are provided with his resurrection … Christ the Lord is Risen.

Liberal Democrats, LGBT and MSM … You Do Realize that it was President Bill Clinton Who Signed into Law the Federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) in 1993, Right?

Everyone needs to watch the VIDEO below of then Vice-President of the United States Al Gore and President William Jefferson Clinton comments and their gushing over the signing of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) in 1993  (text of HR 1308)and then compare it to the reaction of the Democrat party of today. So as the LGBT crowd is losing their collective minds over the recent passage of Religious Freedom Restoration laws in Indiana and Arkansas with faux-rage, they act like there already is not a federal law that states the same thing and 19 other states that already have their own Religious Freedom Restoration laws. But instead they, Democrats and their willing accomplices in the MSM attack a small business like Memories Pizza instead.

Let’s get some facts straight here as the LGBT community, Democrats and the MSM whine about the passage of a law that was supported by Democrats. Bill Clinton said in 1993 that the federal law would do a better job of protecting Americans of all faiths in the practice of their religion.

• The bill was introduced by Congressman Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on March 11, 1993. You know, that same Chucky Schumer who is supposed to be the next Democrat Senate Minority Leader.
• A companion bill was introduced in the Senate by Ted Kennedy (D-MA) the same day. Yes, Ted Kennedy, the Liberal Lion was for freedom of religion as well.
• It passed 97-3 in the US Senate and on a voice vote in the House.
• President Bill Clinton signed it into law.

Just what one wants to listen to when they head off to church on a Sunday morning, an Obamacare sermon. That is possible, in an effort to sign up as many individuals as possible to Obamacare, the Obama administration has gone to incredible, extraordinary lengths to partner with churches and faith-based groups, to even publishing sample church bulletin inserts, flyers, and Obamacre “talking points.”  This brought to you by the same people that rail against religion, the Christian religion that is, that might have the slightest inclusion within government. When it is about 10 Commandments in a Court House … that is Seperation of Church and State. But of course it is perfectly okay to promote a federal government mandated law in Church, complete with talking points.

Isn’t this the same crew that is currently suing the Little Sisters of the Poor, trying to force Obamacare on nuns?

In an effort to sign up as many consumers as possible for insurance under the Affordable Care Act (or Obamacare), the Obama administration has gone to extraordinary lengths to partner with churches and other faith-based groups, even publishing sample church bulletin inserts, flyers, and scripts for announcements, as well as “talking points.” These materials are part of the “Second Sunday & Faith Weekend of Action Toolkit,” which is available on the website of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

From the beginning, HHS has sought to develop partnerships with faith-based organizations to promote the Obamacare. This “toolkit” has been available since 2013. However, the details of these partnerships have largely escaped the attention of the national media. The Second Sunday & Faith Weekend of Action program encourages churches to use the second Sunday of each month during open enrollment to hold informational meetings and sign-up events. The sample bulletin insert appears as follows:

The materials also include two full pages of “talking points,” which end with an admonition to churches that “[y]ou are trusted messengers in this community. We hope you share this information with those around you so they can be connected with the care they need.”

Correction: Turns Out that Barack Obama is Not the Antichrist, Instead He is the Seventh King

Is Obama the Antichrist seventh king?

In the correction Fox News 8 reports, A North Carolina newspaper clarifies that the writer does not believe that President Barack Obama is the antichrist, but instead believe he could be the seventh king. Hmm, and I thought Barack Hussein Obama was the 12th Imam.

A correction recently published by a local newspaper is catching the Internets attention.

The Lexington Dispatch published a correction involving the headline to a letter to the editor. The letter was about President Barack Obama and involved the Bible.

The letter was called “Is Obama the seventh king?” It was written by a Davidson County resident and published by the paper earlier this month.

In the correction, the paper clarifies that the writer does not believe the president is the antichrist, but does believe he could be the seventh king.
