UPDATE I: Beth Holloway: ‘Never give up hope’.

She hasn’t seen justice in her daughter’s death, but even that didn’t snuff Beth Holloway’s hope. She presented the stories of other families looking for missing loved ones and founded the Natalee Holloway Resource Center.

“After all I’ve been through, and all my family’s been through, I have a right to crawl in a hole and never come out — but that’s not how I want to live my life,” she said. “I found myself asking what I can do to teach others from our tragic situation.”

Beth Holloway praised Gingerbread House staff members and supporters for their role in nurturing hope. Gingerbread House serves children who have suffered physical and sexual abuse.

“You are proactively working to save these children from their abusers,” she said.

Hark! The Herald Angels Sing – Charlotte Church

Luke 2:10-16:

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.

Pastor Rick Warren Comments on Barack Obama: “Biggest Disappointment Is the Disunity… Our Nation Is More Divided Than Any Time Since Civil War” (Video)

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, THE DIVIDER IN CHIEF …

Barack Obama was supposed to be the first post partisan president. Obama was supposed to be and ran on being a unifier. Obama was supposed to be a bridge to the future. Instead we are more divided than ever before and the United States is headed off of more than just one cliff thanks to the lack of leadership, partisan politics liberal ideology from Obama.

Yesterday on FOX News Sunday, Pastor Rick Warren of the Saddleback Church weighed in on Barack Obama’s first term in office. Warren was asked what Obama biggest accomplishment and what he was most disappointed with over the past four years. Warren could not come up with one accomplishment for Obama’s first term as president; however, his biggest disappointment was the disunity in the US.  What would one expect from an individual who’s qualifications is a community agitator? I would dare say that this man of faith is none too impressed with Obama’s “Hope and Change” and the Obamamessiah.

“I don’t know what his (Obama) biggest accomplishment would be. I really don’t know that. My biggest disappointment is the disunity. President Obama ran saying “I’m going to be a unifier” and our nation is more divided than ever before. I think our nation is more divided than any time since the Civil War. That’s disheartening.”

Thanks to an uneducated voting electorate we can look forward to even more disunity and class warfare for the next four years. Let’s just hope America can survive another four years of this defensive, thin skinned, unbending, ideologically driven president.

Tis the Season to be Rotten … Louisiana Woman Allowed by Judge to Flip Middle Finger In Holiday Lights to Her Neighbors

NOT THE REASON FOR THE SEASON …

Every wonder what’s wrong with people, the country the misuse of the First Amendment, public decency and the hate that is so consumed in individuals these days? One needs to look no further than Louisiana and a Christmas light display formed in the shape of a middle finger … What would Jesus say?

A Louisiana woman has been allowed by a judge, thanks to the representation of the ACLU, to put back up her Christmas lights in the form of flipping the middle finger toward her neighbors. United States District Judge James Brady issued an order temporarily barring city officials from interfering with the display. The  two-page order stated the city’s “continued efforts” to prevent Childs from displaying her holiday lights will violate her rights to free speech and due process. So this is what passes as freedom of speech these days. The hell with others civil rights and public decency laws. This woman and the ACLU have a warped sense of understanding of the reason for the season. The ACLU is so quick to help take Christ out of Christmas, yet the are perfectly ok with defending such an appalling and classless example of free speech while using the holiday for their own self-serving and exploitive purposes.

Louisiana woman ran afoul of police when she gave her neighbors an unusual holiday greeting, hanging Christmas lights in the shape of a middle finger.

Sarah Childs was in a dispute with some of her neighbors in Denham Springs, just east of Baton Rouge, so she decided to send a message with her decorations. Neighbors complained and police threatened to arrest her, so she and the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana sued the city.

A judge ruled in her favor Thursday.

Just a quick note and reminder to  Sarah Childs, the ACLU and the rest of the misguided and hate filled individuals that make life so miserable for others and ruin what was once a glorious country with your hateful, anti-God agenda … the following is the reason for the season. Of course it is the very meaning of Christmas that the ACLU attacks on a daily basis.

Does Anyone know what Christmas is all about?

Whitney Houston Funeral Service Celebrate Houston’s Voice, Love & Faith During her Homegoing Service at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ … She is Now With Him

The funeral was held today for Whitney Houston at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ. Whitney Houston had passed away at the age of 48, tragically far too young.

Even though we are not perfect on Earth, today at Whitney Houston’s Homegoing service actor Keven Costner reminded us that she was the “perfect’ choice for him and her starring role in the 1992 movie “The Bodyguard.” For our many faults, sins and demons there are on Earth, we were also reminded today that we are all ‘perfect” in Heaven. May the grace of the Lord be with you forever Whitney, God Bless and Rest in eternal Peace.

Speaking at the service in Newark, Costner recounted his own second thoughts of putting her up for the role. She was a novice, he said, and the studio had questions of whether choosing a person of color would be good for the box office.

Doubts began to spread to the young entertainer.

In the end, Costner said, Houston nailed the tryout and went on to further fame and success.

“So off you go Whitney, off you go, escorted by an army of angels to your heavenly father,” Costner told mourners at the funeral. “And when you sing before him, don’t you worry. You’ll be good enough.”

For much more coverage and VIDEO’s of today’s services, go to CNN.

At the conclusion of the service Whitney Houston’s coffin was lead from the church was her smash recording  “I Will Always Love You” was played. What better way to finish the service than to hear Houston’s amazing voice fill up the New Hope Baptist Church one more time. What a fantastic voice, imagine that playing in Heaven for eternity?

I would be remiss if I did not mention Whitney Houston’s greatest love of all. Whitney’s amazing voice began in the church and ended there today as well. However, it was obvious today from many that even though she battled her demons of drug addiction, she never lost sight of trying to find “Him”. I am reminded by a post from the Gateway Pundit of Houston’s come back song, that I had forgotten … “I Look to You”. This might be Whitney Houston’s greatest lasting legacy in music to all of us.  Please take a moment and listen. For all those who have looked to HIM during times of loss, hardship and our human failings. Whitney, there is no more pain, only eternal Love and Peace … Rest in Peace.

I Look To You

As I lay me down
Heaven hear me now
I’m lost without a cause
After giving it my all

Winter storms have come
And darkened my sun
After all that I’ve been through
Who on earth can I turn to?

Chorus:
I look to you,
I look to you
After all my strength is gone
In you I can be strong
I look to you,
I look to you
And when melodies are gone In you I hear a song
I look to you

’bout to lose my breath
There’s no more fighting left
Sinking to rise no more
Searching for that open door

And every road that I’ve taken
Led to my regret
And I don’t know if I’m go’n make it
Nothing to do but lift my head

Chorus:

My levees are broken
My walls are coming down on me
My rain is falling
Defeat is calling
I need you to set me free
Take me far away from the battle
I need you
Shine on me!

AMEN WHITNEY HOUSTON!
