Who Knew Real Estate Agents Needed to Own a Gun?

First there was the much publicized and tragic case of Sarah Anne Walker, The Real Estate agent who was murdered in Texas while doing an “open house. Now comes this story from Maine, “Vacationland”. A convicted rapists posing as a home buyer is trying to appeal his sentence. Who knew that being a Real Estate agent was such a high risk profession?

Oliver Hooper, who posed as a home buyer and then raped a 19 year old, is appealing his consecutive 50 to 100 year sentences.

Why You Do Not Want To Get Tenants Really Really Mad  Ã¢â‚¬” The internet is a very powerful entity to tell others when you are receiving poor customer service as one Toronto development is learning the hard way. This probably should also apply to real estate agents.

Celebrity Homes Go on the Market; Supermans Home For Sale and Aaron Spellings.

The former home of one of my favorite “Superman’s”, Christopher & Dana Reeves home in Pound Ridge, NY is up for sale. This was their primary home until both of their much too early deaths. Quite a beautiful home and completely handicap accessible if that is a necessary home qualification.  For more on the story …

The Estate of Aaron Spelling, two weeks after his death, is already on the market. The Spelling mansion is truly amazing and at a price tag of $150 million it better be. Does seem rather odd that the legendary mansion would go for sale so quickly after his death and the staff dismissed. New Freedom Tower Design Released for Ground Zero in NYC

WOW, check it out. They have finally released the plans for Ground Zero. The redesigned Freedom Tower at Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan, planned to become America’s tallest building. It certainly looks stunning, take a look.
