Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee Announced Saturday Night He Would be Ending His Fox News Talk Show To Consider Run for President in 2016

GOV. MIKE HUCKABEE ENDS FOX NEWS SHOW TO CONSIDER 2016 PRESIDENTIAL RUN …

Tonight, former Gov. Mike Huckabee announced that he would be ending his Fox News TV show, ‘Huckabee‘ to explore a 2016 presidential run. As reported at The Daily Caller, Mike Huckabee said at the shows end that, “There has been a great deal of speculation as to whether I would run for president. If I were willing to absolutely rule that out, I could keep doing this show.” Huckabee went on to say,“But I can’t make such a declaration. I won’t make a decision about running until late in the spring of 2015, but the continued chatter has put Fox News into a position that is not fair to them nor is it possible for me to openly determine political and financial support to justify a race. The honorable thing to do at this point is to end my tenure here at Fox.”

“I feel compelled to ascertain if the support exists strongly enough for another Presidential run. So as we say in television, stay tuned!” he added.

The front page of Friday’s Wall Street Journal was a story about White House officials indicating that President Obama was planning on doing less by executive order in the coming year and instead working through the normal process of negotiating with Congress. What a novel idea: a president, after six years in office, suddenly discovering the constitutional process of legislation that involves all three branches of government. Look, I hope it is true, but if past performance is an indicator of future performance I got no reason to be overly optimistic.

“My own frustration with President Obama is not merely the dramatic point of view that I have with him, between his liberal views and my conservative ones. It’s as much with his squandering the opportunity that he had that he do he said he would do … back in 2008. …

CNN/ORC Poll Has Jeb Bush as 2016 Presidential GOP Frontrunner at 23% … Please, This RINO Wins and the GOP is Finished

DON’T GET TOO GIDDY CNN, THERE IS A LONG WAY TO GO AND MOST POLLS NOW ARE JUST NAME RECOGNITION.

CNN has released their most recent CNN/ORC poll that shows former Florida Governor Jeb Bush leads the long list of potential GOP candidates for the Republican nominee for president in 2016. Bush came in at 23%, a 10 point lead over his next closest competitor, fellow RINO, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. Physician Ben Carson comes in third, with 7% support, and Sen. Rand Paul and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee are both tied for fourth with 6%. Honestly, the last thing the GOP needs is another Bush to run for president. Sorry, but the United States is not a monarchy, no one family gets to monopolize the White House. That same sentiment goes to the Clinton’s as well.

Sorry, since when did the GOP need just one family to get presidential nominees?

Jeb Bush is the clear Republican presidential frontrunner, surging to the front of the potential GOP pack following his announcement that he’s “actively exploring” a bid, a new CNN/ORC poll found.

He takes nearly one-quarter — 23% — of Republicans surveyed in the new nationwide poll, putting him 10 points ahead of his closest competitor, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who tallied 13%.

Physician Ben Carson comes in third, with 7% support, and Sen. Rand Paul and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee are both tied for fourth with 6%.

That marks a drop in support for all but Christie and Bush from the last CNN/ORC survey of the field, conducted in November. That poll showed Bush in the lead, but only taking 14% of the vote, while Carson came in second with 11% and Christie tied Rep. Paul Ryan for fourth with 9% support.

Bush’s 10-point lead is a milestone for the potential GOP field — it marks the first time any prospective candidate has reached a lead beyond a poll’s margin of error in the past two years.

Sorry, but it is hard to imagine that Jeb Bush will win the GOP nomination when the very policies he is for make him less likely to be voted for. Each of the 5 issues below of core Republican ones, amnesty for illegals, common core, tax pledge and increased spending. He might as well run for the Democrat nomination with his position on these policies. Oh yeah, and don’t forget Jeb just quit the for-profit hospital chain Tenet Healthcare that  has benefited greatly from the Affordable Care Act. You know that Obama thing that Republicans claim they want to repeal.

CNN’s Gloria Borger Acknowldges Benghazi Talking Points “Were Edited to the Point of Inaccuracy” … Chris Cuomo: “Safe to Say this Goes Beyond Partisan Picking”

Add another Left-leaning main stream media outlet to those that are questioning the Barack Obama administration and the edited Benghazi terror attack talking points.

First MSNBC and now CNN is coming out against the Obama administration for editing the Benghazi talking points, in the aftermath of the terror attack that left four Americans dead, to the point where the events that took place were untrue. In a CNN interview between Chris Cuomo and  Chief political analyst Gloria Borger, neither had anything good to say about the 12 edited versions of the Benghazi talking points using such words as “cover-up” and “whitewash”. Gloria Borger said, the Obama Administration’s Benghazi talking points were “edited to the point of inaccuracy” and the question is “was it a cover-up or whitewash”. She would later say that the talking points were so edited that by the end, they did not even resemble the truth. The most amazing comment may have come from Chris Cuomo when he stated, “it’s safe  to say that this goes beyond partisan picking.” Did the LEFT just hear that? One of your own is saying that the GOP is not acting in a partisan manner. CNN is basically saying that the Obama administration played partisan politics for his reelection bid when four Americans died. Are you kidding, Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods were killed by terrorist and the Obama WH edited what occurred to the point it was a false narrative. We lost lives and needed to know what happened and Team Obama was more interested in talking points that fit his reelection. Cuomo called it unforgivable.

Maybe former Arkansas Governor Mike Hukabee was correct when he said during his radio show, President Obama “will not fill out his full term” because he was complicit in a “cover-up” surrounding the attack that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi, Libya.

GLORIA BORGER: What we see in this process is that these talking points were edited to the point of inaccuracy. The question is, is it a cover-up? Is it a whitewash? We don’t know the answer to that.

CHRIS CUOMO: I know. And you took my question. That’s exactly what I was going to ask you. Right? Because that’s what this gets to, 12. What’s the context? It sounds like a lot, but we have to know the nature and purpose of what those changes were.

GLORIA BORGER: So here’s the context. Over at the CIA they’re looking at some of these points, which include mention of Al Qaeda. And there’s a sense from some at the CIA, you know what, we don’t want to tip anybody that we’re investigating Al Qaeda on this, so let’s take out some of the references to Al Qaeda. What the CIA left in, apparently, was this sort of broader context of Al Qaeda in Benghazi in that part of the world. Those were eventually edited out. And there is an e-mail obtained by ABC news from someone at the State Department which asks, why should we leave that in because “it could be abused by members of Congress to beat up the State Department for not paying attention to warnings.” So clearly from a State Department official asking the question, why are we going to give members of Congress information, don’t forget in an election year, which they could turn around and beat us up with. And that’s how you see in evolving. Everybody’s got a different reason for editing it. And they edit it down to something that’s totally, turns out to be in fact untrue.

Former Democrat Congressman Artur Davis & Man Who Seconded Obama’s Nomination in 2008 Speaks at the 2012 RNC Supporting Mitt Romney

WHAT A DIFFERENCE 4 YEARS MAKES …

In 2008 Rep. Artur Davis (AL-D), the four term Democrat Congressman, seconded the nomination of Barack Obama at the Democratic National Convention and served as an Obama campaign co-chairman. However, four years later and too many extreme and far Left policies,Artur Davis has left the Democrat part and is speaking at the 2012 Republican National Convention. Artur Davis asked for a second chance that was the parallel to the theme of his speech, asking to “Let’s Take This Country Back”. The only thing missing was The Who’s music playing in the background, ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’.

There are Americans who voted for the president, but who are searching right now, because they know that their votes didn’t build the country they wanted.

To those Democrats and independents whose minds are open to argument: listen closely to the Democratic Party that will gather in Charlotte and ask yourself if you ever hear your voice in the clamor.

Ask yourself if these Democrats still speak for you.

When they say we have a duty to grow government even when we can’t afford it, does it sound like compassion to you — or recklessness?

Maybe we should have known that night in Denver that things that begin with plywood Greek columns and artificial smoke typically don’t end well.

Maybe the Hollywood stars and the glamour blinded us a little: you thought it was the glare, some of us thought it was a halo.

But in all seriousness, do you know why so many of us believed? We led with our hearts and our dreams that we could be more inclusive than America had ever been, and no candidate had ever spoken so beautifully.

Prior to his speech at the RNC, Former Democrat Rep. Artur Davis, one of Barack Obama’s former 2008 campaign co-chairs, explained why he switched parties to CNN’s Wolf Biltzer. For his epiphany, Davis was attacked by the Black Congressional Caucus for leaving the Democrat plantation.

Mike Huckabee Says Donald Trump Should Replace Treasury Secretary Geithner as US Credit Downgraded

Calls for Treasury Secretary Geithner to resign, but who should replace him?

As the US economy flounders, continues to be an abysmal failure and the US credit rating for the first time ever was downgraded by S&P, there are calls by many for the Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner to resign. GOP Presidential candidate and House Rep. Michele Bachmann has demanded that Barack Obama ask for Geithner’s resignation. Bachmann had voted against the debt limit bill that virtually did nothing to control spending and deal with the paying down the debt. Add US Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) to the list as well.

“This president has destroyed the credit rating of the United States through failed economic policies and his inability to control government spending… President Obama is destroying the foundation’s of our economy one beam at a time. I call on the president to seek the immediate resignation of Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and to submit a plan with his list of cuts to balance the budget this year, turn the economy around and put our people back to work.”

It is obvious that Barack Obama, Tim Geithner and the rest of “The One’s” economic teams policies, philosophies and agendas have failed in a major way. So much that most all of Obama’s economic team has left office. Even Obama’s former economic adviser Christine Roemer has stated that we are “pretty darn F*CKED”. Geithner is one of the few original economic advisers that remain from Obama’s original clan, it is time for his misguided ways to go. Remember back in April 2011 when Geithner said, as reported at The Hill, “there is no chance that the U.S. will lose its top credit rating.” He could never have been more wrong.
