Donald Trump Signs Executive Orders to Advance Dakota Access and Keystone XL Pipelines After Years of Delays Under Obama

Dakota Access and Keystone XL Pipelines back on the table after Trump’s executive orders …

After years of unreasonable delays during the Obama administrative, on Tuesday, day two of the Donald Trump presidency, he signed signed executive actions to advance the approval of the stalled pipelines. Trump said he considered himself and environmentalist; however, the stated the process was far too slow and  he wanted to speed up the process. Trump stated that these projects will create 28,000 great construction jobs. Trump also signed an executive order directing if pipelines are built in the United States, the pipes will be built in the United States.

Trump has hit the ground running and the business out of the White House has been astounding. It’s only been two days and Trump has been like the EverReady bunny.

With one swipe of the presidential pen, the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines were back on the agenda, marking the realization of protesters’ worst fears about what Donald Trump presidency means for the environment and the controversial energy projects.

Trump on Tuesday signed executive actions to advance the approval of the stalled pipelines.

The proposed $3.7 billion Dakota Access pipeline was slated to stretch 1,172 miles through four states — from North Dakota into South Dakota, winding through Iowa and ending in southern Illinois — and move 470,000 barrels of crude oil a day across the Midwest. It is completed except for a contested portion under Lake Oahe in North Dakota, which is half a mile upstream from the Standing Rock Sioux tribe’s reservation.

The $8 billion Keystone XL pipeline was proposed to stretch nearly 1,200 miles across six states — Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas — and carry more than 800,000 barrels of carbon-heavy petroleum daily from Canada’s oil sands through Nebraska to refineries on the Gulf Coast.

Note to Polling Folks … No Ones Cares About Your BS Bias Numbers & Ancient Model Polling!!!

SORRY POLLING FOLKS … A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TRUMPS POLLING!!!

When will the polling folks finally understand or come to grips with the facts that they have no idea what they are doing and more importantly, no one cares what their polls say? From the Politico comes the following Gallup poll that states that says that President Donald J. Trump is starting his presidency with the lowest initial rating in modern polling era. This following polls prior to the 2016 Presidential election that said Donald Trump had no chance of winning. Also, you know why Gallup no longer does horse race election polling? Because their polls were so wrong in the past. Of course we live in divided times, however, Trump looks at this as an opportunity. The poll praises the opening ratings of Barack Obama’s opening approval rating in January 2009 was 67%, hmm, how did Obama do as a president? Even with a BS ending approval rating of 59%, Americans, many of who were Democrats, could not wait to vote for Donald Trump and dismantle the disastrous Obama years.

You can come up with all the contrived, bias polls you want to drive the news cycle, Trump will be evaluated by the people on the job he does, not your selective models.

The first measurement of President Donald Trump’s job-approval rating shows Americans divided over his performance in his three days in the Oval Office.

Trump’s approval rating in the Gallup survey, conducted last Friday through Sunday, opens at 45 percent — the same percentage of Americans that said they disapprove of Trump’s first weekend on the job.

In fact, Trump is beginning his presidency with the lowest initial approval rating in the modern polling era, according to Gallup.

But while Trump’s first approval rating is improved from the poor reviews Americans gave to his presidential transition, it is also lower than previous presidents — a sign Trump has entered the White House without the same support from Americans that others have enjoyed. Barack Obama’s opening approval rating in January 2009 was 67 percent, George W. Bush’s was 57 percent in 2001, Bill Clinton’s was 58 percent in 1993, George H.W. Bush’s was 51 percent in 1989 and Ronald Reagan’s was also 51 percent in 1981.

Jimmy Carter’s first approval rating in 1977 was 66 percent, Richard Nixon’s was 59 percent in 1969, John Kennedy began his presidency in 1961 with a 72-percent approval rating and Dwight Eisenhower’s first approval rating in 1953 was 68 percent.

Trump’s initial approval rating is also lower than the scores for Gerald Ford (71 percent) and Lyndon Johnson (78 percent), who entered the Oval Office following – respectively – the resignation and assassination of their predecessors.

Trump’s initial approval rating also stands in contrast to Obama’s final score before his presidency ended last week: 59 percent of Americans surveyed from last Tuesday through Thursday said they approved of Obama’s job performance, though Obama’s average approval rating over his eight years averaged to just under 48 percent.

As I continue to ask, what the hell are the liberals, Democrats and MSM going to do when Donald Trump is successful and does make America great again?

Mike Pompeo Confirmed by Senate and Sworn in as Head of CIA

Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate and has been sworn in as the Director of the CIA.  Pompeo is the third person appointed by President Donald Trump to be confirmed to his cabinet position, as Senate Democrats and Chuck Schumer play petty party politics in delaying Trump’s choices. The vote was 66-32. Pompeo was sworn in Monday evening by Vice President Pence.

The Senate on Monday confirmed Rep. Mike Pompeo to be director of the CIA, following a spirited debate in which Democrats expressed concern about his stances on domestic surveillance, data collection and torture.

The vote was 66 to 32, with a majority of Democrats voting no — as well as Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky.

Pompeo was subsequently sworn in.

“The president and I are confident in your abilities and know you will rise to the challenge to lead the Central Intelligence Agency,” Vice President Mike Pence said at the swearing-in.

Donald Trump Brings Winston Churchill Bust Back to Oval Office

Churchill Bust returned back to the Oval Office …

MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN AND TREATING OUR FRIENDS WITH RESPECT … President Donald J. Trump has returned the bust of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in the Oval Office. The era of insulting American allies is over, Obama is gone. The agitator in Chief Obama had removed the bust from the office in 2009 which sparked outrage on both sides of the Atlantic. But that is was a community agitator does and thankfully those days are now over. Is it any wonder why, from the quote below from Churchill why Obama would have removed the bust. Thankfully, the days of Obama are over and its back to the United States treating their allies with respect and their enemies with disdain.

Just one of the many things that Trump will have to undo of the 8 horrible years of Obama.

Winston Churchill

President Trump has reinstalled a bust of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in the Oval Office.

The bust was removed from the office in 2009 under former President Barack Obama, a move that sparked conservative ire early in his administration.

The bust was spotted by reporters in the Oval Office while Trump signed a series of executive orders, some of his first official acts as president.

Obama moved the bust out of the office up to the White House residence.

The Obama White House said the bust was removed to make room for one of former President Abraham Lincoln and another of Martin Luther King Jr.

Some Republicans and conservatives interpreted Obama’s move as a snub to the United Kingdom, one of the U.S.’s closest allies.
