From TMZ comes the following hideous story where uber-lib comedian Kathy Griffin did a photo shoot with a mask of President Donald Trump’s head, severed and detached from his body. ARE YOU FRIGGING KIDDING ME!!! This is supposed to be humor? Good luck discussing that with the Secret Service. If I didn’t know better, this looks similar to ISIS videos, doesn’t it? As one of the better tweets from Twitchy apply opined, “When they go low, we go ISIS video.” Welcome to the moonbat Left and what is driving it.

Talk about a double standard and hypocrisy. Can you imagine if anyone did this to former President Barack Obama? They would lose their job and be hounded into hiding. According to the poll at TMZ, 23% of individuals actually think this is fair game. Welcome to today’s Democrat party. But of course it would be different if Trump’s head was replaced with Obama’s.

Kathy Griffin wants Donald Trump’s head … but she wants it bloody and detached from his body.

The comedian posed for the gory shot during a photo session with famed photog Tyler Shields, who’s known for edgy, shocking pics. We got the pic before the release.

During the photo shoot, Kathy joked that she and Tyler would need to move to Mexico once the pics got released, for fear they’d be thrown in prison.

Apology not accepted. You knew damn well what you were doing as seen in the TMZ video. This fool should get the same treatment as the rodeo clown. Screw you and your apology. You now need to lose your job and your endorsements. You made your bed. CNN needs to cut ties with her now and do so vocally.

An apologetic Kathy Griffin took to Instagram to issue a mea culpa for participating in a photo shoot that featured her holding up a bloody head resembling President Donald Trump.

“I’m a comic,” she said. “I cross the line. I move the line, then I cross it. I went way too far. The image is too disturbing. I understand how it offends people. It wasn’t funny. I get it.”

She said she is asking celebrity photographer Tyler Shields to take down the photo.

“I beg for your forgiveness. I went too far,” she said in the post on Tuesday. “I made a mistake and I was wrong.”

Earlier Tuesday, Shields, who is known for his provocative images, released photos he did with Griffin that immediately came under fire from people on Twitter.
The president’s son, Donald Trump Jr, called the imagery “disgusting but not surprising.”

Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Trump’s one-time campaign rival Hillary Clinton, called the photo “vile and wrong.”
“It is never funny to joke about killing a president,” she wrote on Twitter.

According to a Harvard University study, the MSM bias against President Donald Trump is huge and unprecedented. If it seems like the MSM has it out for President Trump and reports pretty much every thing he does as negative, that is because they do. Just look at the charts below and see how the MSM reports on topics in a positive or negative slant and then take a look at how Trump compares to other presidents, especially Obama.

A major new study out of Harvard University has revealed the true extent of the mainstream media’s bias against Donald Trump.

Academics at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy analyzed coverage from Trump’s first 100 days in office across 10 major TV and print outlets.

It found that the tone of some outlets was negative in as many as 98% of reports, significantly more hostile than the first 100 days of the three previous administrations:

In America they analyzed CNN, NBC, CBS, Fox News, the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.

They also took into account the BBC, the UK’s Financial Times and the German public broadcaster ARD.

Every outlet was negative more often than positive.

Only Fox News, which features some of Trump’s most enthusiastic supporters and is often given special access to the President, even came close to positivity.

DOJ Appoints Special Counsel Former FBI Director Robert Mueller for Russia Probe

After a death by a thousand Democrat, MSM and anti-Trump cuts, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as the special counsel to investigate the allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and so-called rumors of collusion with the Trump campaign. Mueller is considered an impartial and fair choice as he was appointed FBI Director by President George W. Bush in 2001 and served an extra two years past his ten year term during the Obama administration. Rosenstein said in a statement, that his decision to go forth with an Independent counsel was not that there was a finding that crimes have been committed or that any prosecution is warranted, but because of the unique circumstances and the public interest requires me to place this investigation under the authority of a person who exercises a degree of independence from the normal chain of command. Hmm, something you never heard the politicized DOJ say under Obama.

The United States Department of Justice has announced that a special counsel has been appointed to investigate Russian interference into last year’s presidential election and links or coordination with the campaign of President Donald Trump.

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was assigned by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to “oversee the previously-confirmed FBI investigation of Russian government efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election, and related matters.”

In a statement, Rosenstein said, “My decision is not a finding that crimes have been committed or that any prosecution is warranted. I have made no such determination. What I have determined is that based upon the unique circumstances, the public interest requires me to place this investigation under the authority of a person who exercises a degree of independence from the normal chain of command.”

“I accept this responsibility and will discharge it to the best of my ability,” said Mueller in a statement.

Mueller will have 60 days to put together a budget for resources to conduct the investigation and that budget must be approved by Rosenstein. Attorney General Jeff Sessions previously recused himself from all matters related to the presidential campaign.

“Special Counsel Mueller will have all appropriate resources to conduct a thorough and complete investigation, and I am confident that he will follow the facts, apply the law and reach a just result,” said Rosenstein in the statement.

Just curious, will this mean the the LEFT will stop their Trump witch hunt now that they got what they wanted in an independent counsel? Not a chance. But what will Democrats and the LEFT do when the investigation turns up nothing? And say right before an election?

Gregg Jarrett on Comey Memo: “Comey has put Himself in a Box,” … Why Didn’t Comey Present This Immediately as Required by Law?

 ISN’T IT IRONIC THAT COMEY AND THE ELEMENT OF INTENT WOULD ARISE AGAIN AND DID COMEY COMMIT A CRIME BY NOT SAYING THAT TRUMP COMMITTED OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE …

Okay common sense thinking people, let’s take a look at what former FBI Director James Comey really did here without the sensationalism and gotcha of the liberal MSM. The latest attempt to bring President Donald Trump down comes from a so-called memo from Comey that was leaked to the NY Times. As Fox News Anchor Gregg Jarrett stated in his well thought out commentary below, “Comey has put himself in a box.” Why did James Comey not present this obstruction with justice claims when they happened as he is required to by law? Good question. Maybe because it either never happened or he felt that the comments did not rise to such a level, not was their any intent. So why now then? Well that’s obvious, sour grapes. This is Comey’s revenge. In the end, some one broke a law in all of this and it appears to be James Comey.

This leaked memo speaks volumes of what was in charge of the FBI

Under the law, Comey is required to immediately inform the Department of Justice of any attempt to obstruct justice by any person, even the President of the United States.  Failure to do so would result in criminal charges against Comey.  (18 USC 4 and 28 USC 1361)  He would also, upon sufficient proof, lose his license to practice law.

So, if Comey believed Trump attempted to obstruct justice, did he comply with the law by reporting it to the DOJ?  If not, it calls into question whether the events occurred as the Times reported it.

Obstruction requires what’s called “specific intent” to interfere with a criminal case.  If Comey concluded, however, that Trump’s language was vague, ambiguous or elliptical, then he has no duty under the law to report it because it does not rise to the level of specific intent.  Thus, no crime.

There is no evidence Comey ever alerted officials at the Justice Department, as he is duty-bound to do.  Surely if he had, that incriminating information would have made its way to the public either by an indictment or, more likely, an investigation that could hardly be kept confidential in the intervening months.

But by writing a memo, Comey has put himself in a box.  If he now accuses the President of obstruction, he places himself in legal jeopardy for failing to promptly and properly report it.  If he says it was merely an uncomfortable conversation, he clears the president of wrongdoing and sullies his own image as a guy who attempted to smear the man who fired him.

Either way, James Comey comes out a loser.  No matter.  The media will hail him a hero.

Forget what the MSM says, James Comey is in a no win situation. He was duty bound by law to report such an obstruction of justice that the MSM is running with, yet he didn’t. He comes off looking small and smarmy trying to get his revenge for being fired. So we have an FBI Director who didn’t follow the law? The only thing we can surmise from all of this is that Comey thought anything Trump said was insignificant and that Trump broke no laws. Otherwise, why didn’t he act upon the so-called obstruction of justice when it occurred?
