President Barack Obama Just Hit New All-Time Job Approval Low of 36%
The wheels have completely come off the bus … Barack Obama has Fallen and he can’t get up.
President Barack Obama has hit a new all-time low jobs approval of 36%, while 56% disapprove, according to a new poll from Economist/YouGov. The American public has lost complete confidence in Obama. Only 30% strongly or some what approve of how he is handling the economy. In fact, as stated at The Hill, 56% believe that Obama’s policies have hurt the middle class. So much for Obama, the middle class warrior.
As has been the case in previous polls showing the president’s slipping approval, Americans seem frustrated primarily in a souring economy. Only 30 percent of Americans strongly or somewhat approve of the president’s handling of the issue. Fifity percent of Americans believe that the policies of the Obama Administration have hurt the economy, and 53 percent say that they have hurt the middle class.
In poll after poll after poll, Barack Obama’s approval numbers are crashing to earth as if we were watching a reenactment of the Hindenburg disaster. Or is Obama looking to make a sequel of Titanic? Following Obama’s jobs speech in front of a joint session of Congress and his subsequent sell job, Obama’s polling numbers have continued to fall.
Great question from Doug Powers at Michelle Malkin and asking whether Wolf Blitzer and CNN will trumpet the Obama 36% new low like they did that of President George W. Bush? We should not gold our breath from the Obama run media, who if did not continue to prop up this failure of a President, his approval ratings would be in the 20′s, if not the teens. Oh the hypocrisy.
Is it 2012 yet?

Chicago Tribune Editor Opines … Why Barack Obama Should Withdraw from the 2012 Presidential Election
How bad has it got for Barack Obama and Democrats when the Presidents own home town newspaper is discussing the idea that Obama should step down and withdraw from the 2012 Presidential election? Obama said just last week that he thought that his elections chances for victory were better in 2012 than 2008 … the Chicago Tribune thinks otherwise. Steve Chapman ponders, with an unemployment rate over 9%, no jobs being created, on the verge of a double dip recession and the fact that second terms usually lead to more problems for presidents, why doesn’t Obama just leave now instead of getting the axe in 2012?
When Ronald Reagan ran for re-election in 1984, his slogan was “Morning in America.” For Barack Obama, it’s more like midnight in a coal mine.
The sputtering economy is about to stall out, unemployment is high, his jobs program may not pass, foreclosures are rampant and the poor guy can’t even sneak a cigarette.
His approval rating is at its lowest level ever. His party just lost two House elections — one in a district it had held for 88 consecutive years. He’s staked his future on the jobs bill, which most Americans don’t think would work.
The vultures are starting to circle. Former White House spokesman Bill Burton said that unless Obama can rally the Democratic base, which is disillusioned with him, “it’s going to be impossible for the president to win.” Democratic consultant James Carville had one word of advice for Obama: “Panic.”
What does this mean when Obama’s home town newspaper contemplates The One bowing out of the 2012 Presidential election? Why would anyone of the LEFT or the MSM think of the unthinkable if Obama was going to win? Of course they mention the problems with a Presidential second term, especially since it looks like the GOP will control the House and the US Senate. There is a reference of scandals that might arise. Did some one say scandals … you mean like the ones that already exist like “Fast & Furious” and Solyndra-gate”?
However, does one really think that some with an ego like Obama would step down for the sake of his party and have some like say, Hillary Clinton run? There is no love loss between the Obama and the Clinton’s. Obama has felt with the Clinton’s like something out of The Godfather, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Now suddenly Obama would give up running for a second term and have Hillary ride in on the white horse, complete with white hat … NEVER. After all, Obama thinks he is going to win. Of course he is ignoring the fact that he is polling lower with pretty much every voting demographic including Whites, Blacks and Hispanics … add Jews to the list as well.
Just as Obama refuses to admit that Obamacare is a night more, his $787 billion stimulus plan was a disaster and his presidency has been an epic failure … Obama stepping down will be an admission that the last 4 years have been something that no one would want to repeat. It is beyond comprehension that Obama would not run in 2012, after all how will he give up weekend golfing and trips to Martha’s Vineyard without a fight.

Barack Obama Falling to New Job Lows in Liberal Media Polls … 43% Job Approval in CBS News Poll
Play the latest “Where’s Waldo” game … Where is there an Obama jobs approval poll even close to 50%?
President Barack Obama now has a new job approval lows in a CBS News poll. Obama has sunk to a 43% approval rating while 50% disapprove. Making matters worse for President Obama, only 37% of Independents approve of Obama’s job as President. The Obama Presidency is a political death by a thousand cuts. Job cuts that is.
As concerns about the struggling U.S. economy grow, a new CBS News/New York poll finds that President Obama’s overall approval rating has dropped to 43 percent, the lowest so far of his presidency in CBS News polling. In addition, his disapproval rating has reached an all-time high of 50 percent.
Views of the president’s job performance are marked by a striking degree of polarization along party lines — the vast majority of Democrats approve (78 percent), while even more Republicans disapprove (89 percent) of how he’s handling his job. But only 37 percent of independents approve, with 54 percent disapproving.
It gets worse for Obama, 72% polled believe the country is headed in the wrong direction. Only 34% approve of Obama’s handling of the economy, 40% approval on job creation and only 25% think that Obama has done anything to fix the economy. Just curious … how does Obama get approval ratings in the 30′s and in the 70′s that the country is headed in the wrong direction,. yet Obama has a 43% approval? Me thinks those on the LEFT are not being consistent in their polling.
In poll after poll after poll, President Barack Obama is sinking fast. However, as pointed out by the Left Coast Liberal, now the Obama backed state run media outlets are turning on Obama was well. When Obama loses CBS and the NY Times, what else is “LEFT”?

President Barack Obama … 5 Times Worse on Economy than Jimmy Carter
WOW, WHO WOULD EVER HAVE THOUGHT THERE WOULD EVER BE A PRESIDENT WORSE THAN JIMMY CARTER … ENTER BARACK OBAMA.
Say hello to Barack “Jimmy Carter” Obama or is it Barack “Hoover” Obama? President Obama has been a complete failure and he knows it. According to Washington Whispers, Obama is 5 x’s worse than former President Jimmy Carter on the economy. YIKES!!! Every policy he has attempted has been one miserable failure after another. Whether it was the $787 billion stimulus that funded not so shovel ready jobs, cash for clunkers for what his first term can be dubbed nothing short of a clunker.
Two new polls today find that just one third of the public feels President Obama deserves re-election while five times more Americans think Obama has done a worse job fixing the economy than Jimmy Carter, the modern era’s Herbert Hoover.
Washington Whispers contributor John Zogby tells us that his new polling is spirit-crushing for the depressed White House. “It was a very bad week for Barack Obama. Our polling shows his job approval at 39 percent and the percentage saying he deserves re-election at 33 percent, both the lowest of his term, while the percentage of voters saying the nation is on the wrong track reached a high since he took office at 75 percent,” he said.
Enough of the excuses Barack Obama. No one forced you to run for the Presidency and if you did not know how bad the economy really was, why were you saying it was that bad during the 2008 election? After all you were in the US Senate for 2 years.
We posed the question this way: “Many recent presidents up for reelection have struggled with troubled economies and growing unemployment like the current situation. Which of the following was the worst at fixing the economy?”
President Obama – 47 percent.
George H.W. Bush – 40 percent.
Jimmy Carter – 8 percent.
Ronald Reagan – 5 percent.
What a shock that only 18% of Americans think the country is headed in the right direction , only 18% say that today’s children will be better off than their parents and in poll after poll Barack Obama is falling faster than an ACME anvil targeting Wiley W. Coyote.
EXIT QUESTION: 5 times worse than Jimmy carter, does that mean the 2012 landslide will be 5 x’s worse as well? One can only hope.

President Obama Sinks to All-Time Polling Lows With Whites, Blacks and Hispanics
My what a difference an Obama first term makes …
Obama is in serious polling trouble, The One is even having polling issues with Blacks and Hispanics. President Obama is at all-time lows in job approval lows with Whites, Blacks and Hispanics. Yikes, Blacks and Hispanics again souring on Obama, would they be considered racists too? According to the most recent Gallup poll, Obama only garners 33% of Whites, 48% of Hispanics and 84% of Blacks. The 2012 Presidential reelection just got more difficult for President Zero.
President Barack Obama earned the lowest monthly job approval rating of his presidency to date in August, with 41% of U.S. adults approving of his overall job performance, down from 44% in July. He also received term-low monthly job approval ratings from both Hispanics (48%) and whites (33%) and tied his lowest rating from blacks (84%).
Blacks have remained solidly approving of Obama throughout his presidency; however, 2011 is the first year this group’s monthly job approval has routinely registered below 90%, indicating a decline in blacks’ support, albeit a fairly minor one.
The president’s current standing with Hispanics reflects a rather steep decline since January, when 60% approved of him. This follows Hispanics’ less-pronounced drops in their support in each of the first two years of his presidency. As a result, the gap between blacks and whites in Obama’s job approval has been widening while the gap between Hispanics’ and whites’ approval has been narrowing.
How bad is it for Obama when he can only get 84% of Blacks and a paltry 48% of the Hispanic vote? In the 2008 Presidential election, Barack Obama got 95% of the Black vote, 67% of the Latino vote and 43% of the White vote. Does anyone wonder why the President has had a complete poll collapse and would be hard pressed to get a second term. Obama is down 11% with Blacks and 19% with Hispanics. Just curious, does that make them racist for opposing Obama? The Democrats and Obama may not have to worry about the Tea Party, they may find their biggest problem is getting Blacks and Hispanics out to vote and if they do vote, actually cast a ballot for Obama. Presently in the Gallup poll, Obama has a 42% approval and 50% disapproval rating.
With Barack Obama sinking in the polls with Hispanics as compared to the 2008 vote, imagine how Hispanics would vote if the GOP put US Senator Marco Rubio or another candidate attractive to the Latino vote on the ticket as VP?

WH Spokesman Jay Carney Says Obama’s Low Poll Numbers Not Obama’s Fault … Its Frustration Toward Washington
This time the buck stops with the American public and not Barack Obama, What Barack, its not Bush’s Fault?
Today, White House spokesman Jay Carney said that President Barack Obama was not responsible for his low poll numbers, it is the public’s frustration toward Washington, DC. Denial is not just a river in Egypt, it is alive and well in the Obama Administration. Way to take responsibility for your poor poll numbers Barack. Sorry, but when a President has a 53% job disapproval rating and a 62% disapproval rating in handling the economy and creating jobs … that is not dissatisfaction of Washington, that is a complete dissatisfaction with Barack Obama handling his job as President.
White House officials said Tuesday that President Obama’s approval ratings are dropping because Americans are furious with Washington in general.
But even as White House press secretary Jay Carney blasted political obstruction and game-playing, he declined to disavow comments Teamsters President James Hoffa made at a rally Monday, calling Tea Party members “sons of bitches.”
Carney, like the rest of the White House, kept his focus on Thursday’s jobs speech instead, saying that Obama did not hear Hoffa’s remarks and that Hoffa speaks for himself.
How gutless is Barack Obama? Not only can’t he take responsibility for his poor job of fixing the economy, Obama can’t just make the same comments that he has made in the past that over the top political rhetoric is damaging. Seriously, how does a President not make a comment about such hateful and inflammatory comments at an event that the President spoke at? Has Obama no shame or does he just make such comments toward Republicans.
It is exactly this kind of immature behavior on the part of Obama and lack of leadership that has got Obama to such a poor approval rating. He does not lead and he does not show any responsibility for his actions. However, as Weasel Zippers stated, “We should know by now, it’s never Obama’s fault.”

President Barack Obama Sinks to All-Time Job Approval Low in Washington Post-ABC News Poll
Obama’s “Hope & Change” has turned to threats & fear and has resulted in all time polling lows …
According to the most recent WAPO-ABC News poll, President Barack Obama has sunk to an all-time low, or high, disapproval rating of 53%. On handling the economy Obama has a 62% disapproval rating, creating jobs, 62% disapproval and handling the federal budget, 60% disapproval. Only 36% of Americans polled approve of Obama’s handling of the economy. Is it any wonder why Obama and his union minions have been set out to attack the GOP and Tea Party to divert attention from the President’s failed policies.
Full polling data can be seen HERE.
Public pessimism about the direction of the country has jumped to its highest level in nearly three years, erasing the sense of hope that followed President Obama’s inauguration and pushing his approval ratings to a record low, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.
More than 60 percent of those surveyed say they disapprove of the way the president is handling the economy and, what has become issue No. 1, the stagnant jobs situation. Just 43 percent now approve of the job he is doing overall, a new career low; 53 percent disapprove, a new high.
Nearly 2/3′s of America disapproves of the job that President Obama has done in handling the economy. Americans disagree with the direction of the country and how Obama has handled his job. So that begs the questions, why should Republicans do more of the same of what Obama’s wants in fixing the economy? They answer is, they should not. There might be a few issues that they can agree on, but trillion $ stimulus or even 100′s of billions is out of the question.
How does Obama win in 2012 with a 53% job disapproval rating in the WAPO?

Barack Obama – President Zero: Charles Krauthammer Say on FOX News that “Obama Is President Zero – zero economic expansion, zero jobs, zero ideas on how to cure the economy.”
“He doesn’t understand that his administration has stopped the recovery in its tracks.”
We at Scared Monkeys have called Obama President Zero for quite some time, its nice to see those in the media, even at FOX News saying the same. Charles Krauthammer said on FOX News that Obama is the reason for the poor economy, not the GOP, the Tea Party. It has been Obama’s partisan ideology, policies and politics.
Obama, not a Super Hero, but a Super Zero
Obama’s economic policies have been nothing more than an Epic Failure. Last summer Obama promised a “Summer of Recovery”. Hell, Americans are still waiting for the job recovery this summer. Americans are fed up with Obama’s promises, speeches and excuses. There is a reason why 8 in 10 Americans think we are in a recession, the Obama recession, economic growth is diminishing, job growth is nonexistent and that only 19% of Americans think the country is headed in the right direction.
Watch the VIDEO at the Gateway Pundit.
VIDEO transcript from Newsbusters.
CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER, SYNDICATED COLUMNIST: That assumes the speech he thinks will turn the economy around. This is not that speech. This is to frame the debate for his reelection. This is not a serious jobs proposal. It will include things he knows Republicans will reject. And thus he sets up the premise, because his own White House has now said we are going to be nine percent up employment next year as well. The premise will be we are at nine percent on election date because the obstinate Republicans who care only about reelection and not about the country have rejected the great ideas he is proposing.

Holy Cow Batman!!! Barack Obama Daily Presidential Index at -26 … Gallup Poll: Obama 38% Job Approval Rating
President Barack Obama’s polling numbers continue to get worse, if possible.
According to the most recent Rasmussen Daily Presidential Index, Barack Obama’s rating has plunged to an all-time low of 26. As per today’s data, only 19% strongly approve of Obama’s handling of his job, while 45% strongly disapprove. For the 15th day in a row, Obama has had a negative 20 or greater Presidential index. Frankly, I am still trying to figure out who the 19% are, did they poll that many of Barack’s family?
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 19% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -26 (see trends).
This is the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for President Obama. The previous low was -24 reached yesterday and also in September 2010. Additionally, the level of Strong Approval matches the lowest yet recorded. By way of comparison, President Bush had ratings near the end of his second term in the minus 30s.
Its gets worse … Barack Obama has a 38% job approval rating in the latest Gallup poll. Can you say, that’s going to leave a mark? A whopping 54% disapprove of The One’s handing of his job. Looks like it is not just the housing market that is underwater, so is Obama’s job approval at an amazing -16%. The average polling data at Real Clear Politics has Obama at -7.5; however, it seems as if the bottom support has dropped out of Obama’s numbers and look for other polls that are generally favorable to Obama like the WAPO and Marist to follow.
Some one on the LEFT want to tell us how Obama wins in 2012? Barack might as well stay on vacation in Martha’s Vineyard as his presidency is toast. Remember just recently when Obama said, “I understand that and I expect to be judged on the economy in 2012?. YA THINK!!!

More Obama Hope & Change: US Consumer Confidence Drops to Lowest Since Carter
Oh Yeah, He’s re-electable …
Once again we are witness to more “Hope & Change” from President Barack Obama … How many voters have buyer’s remorse? Obama and his minions try and compare him to Reagan and Lincoln … SORRY, OBAMA IS CARTERESQUE!
Move over Jimmy Carter … American has Barack Obama, the worst President in modern American history. What more damage can Obama do to America? I am guessing he contemplates that while golfing. The fact of the matter is that confidence in Obama is gone and is in no sign of ever coming back. Obama has done out of his way to implement policies that have failed and continues down the same path of failed polices and agendas. Obama has never been a leader, he was a talker and a campaigner. All of America is finally figuring it out. HAS A COUNTRY EVER HAD MORE BUYER’S REMORSE IN A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION?
The unemployment rate continues to be over 9% and the underemployment is at 18.1%. Barack Obama is the first US President to reside over an economy that has had a downgrade of its credit rating. Add one more notch to Obama’s belt … consumer confidence has dropped to the lowest level in three decades. Not since the Presidency and “MISERY” of Jimmy Carter has the consumer confidence been so low.
Confidence among U.S. consumers plunged in August to the lowest level since May 1980, adding to concern that weak employment gains and volatility in the stock market will prompt households to retrench.
The Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan preliminary index of consumer sentiment slumped to 54.9 from 63.7 the prior month. The gauge was projected to decline to 62, according to the median forecast in a Bloomberg News survey.
The biggest one-week slump in stocks since 2008 and the threat of default on the nation’s debt may have exacerbated consumers’ concerns as unemployment hovers above 9 percent and companies are hesitant to hire. Rising pessimism poses a risk household spending will cool further, hindering a recovery that Federal Reserve policy makers said this week was already advancing “considerably slower” than projected.
According to a recent Gallup poll, only 8% of Americans think that the economy is good or excellent, while 55% believe its poor. It gets worse, or better if you are Barack Obama … 80% believe the US economy is getting worse, only 16% believe its getting better. That 16% either need their heads examined or root for the total destruction of America.
The numbers on the consumer sentiment index fell to 54.9 in early August, down from 63.7 in July, and the index has fallen for three straight months. Gallup has economic confidence at -56. Thanks Barack Obama.
Unemployment at 9.1 percent of the workforce, low wage rises, and the protracted debate in Congress over raising the U.S. government debt ceiling spooked consumers, survey director Richard Curtin said in a statement.
“Never before in the history of the surveys have so many consumers spontaneously mentioned negative aspects of the government’s role,” Curtin said.
“This was more than the simple recognition that traditional monetary and fiscal policy measures were largely spent. It was the realization that the government was unable or unwilling to act,” Curtin added.
Bad economic times were expected by 75 percent of all consumers in early August, just below the all-time peak of 82 percent in 1980. Buying plans for household durables and vehicles declined in early August, falling back to their recession level lows.
Barack Obama and his policies have crushed the spirit of Americans. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, only 32% say America’s best days are in the future. What inspiration Barack has given us. Is it any wonder why Obama has a -22% Rasmussen Presidential Index and an overall job approval rating of -6.3%.
As the Gateway Pundit states, its Barack Obama’s “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED”. 2012 can not get here fast enough. “We the People” need to take our country and future back in 2012 and throw this clown out of office in resounding and “landslideable” fashion.
