AMBER ALERT & Missing Children Not Considered Essential by Eric Holder and Barack Obama … Amber Alert Victim of Government Shutdown

WAR ON MISSING CHILDREN … So Democrats claim they care about the children, eh? Everyone might want to rethink that one.

Talk about offensive and unthinkable, the government web site AMBER ALERT. gov is down. The message on the web site reads, “”Due to the lapse in federal funding, this Office of Justice Programs (OJP) website is unavailable.”   Thanks to the government shut down and Attorney General Eric Holder not deeming the Amber Alert program to be considered essential and funded. Talk about irresponsible and despicable. But this is just another way Obama and his minions want to try and inflict as much pain as they can upon the American people. Talk about a divider and community agitator.

It is unbelievable that the Obama White House would endanger the American public to score political points. Missing children be damned … how is it possible that the Obama administration does not consider missing and abducted children and essential part of day to day life? With 87% of the federal government actually open during the so-called shut down, how is it that the Amber Alert is part of the 13% closed? Everyone might want to remember this the next time Obama claims he cares about the children.

Instead of showing critical missing children bulletins, the federal Amber Alert website on Sunday displayed a sparse, white screen with a simple message: It’s a victim of the government shutdown.

“Due to the lapse in federal funding, this Office of Justice Programs (OJP) website is unavailable,” the message reads, just below a U.S. Department of Justice seal.

The website normally displays urgent alerts from across the nation about the most at-risk missing children, helping to connect citizens and law enforcement across all participating jurisdictions.

As reported at the Gateway Pundit, the government thought it more important to keep Let’s Move Website: up and running than the Amber Alert one, UNREAL!!!

Gallup Poll: Barack Obama Approval Rating Drops to 41% … 52% Disapproval

According to the most recent Gallup poll, President Barack Obama’s job approval rating has fallen to 41% with a 52% disapproval.

Could the government shutdown, the pain that Obama is trying to inflict on Americans like WWII vets, and the absolute disastrous roll out of Obamacare he the reason why Obama is seeing extremely negative job approval numbers? The RCP average off job approval polls has 43.7% approve and 50.9% disapprove. There is a reason why they call Obama a “community” agitator … and what he is doing now during the government shutdown is simply disgusting.

It’s the Chicago way … Barack Obama and Democrats are trying to cause as much pain to Americans as humanly possible in this government shutdown and it may come back to bite them in a major way. More importantly, it better.  A Park Service ranger spoke out against what he called “disgusting” tactics.

“It’s a cheap way to deal with the situation,” an angry Park Service ranger in Washington says of the harassment. “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can. It’s disgusting.”

What a joke … 99% of Obamacare applications hit a wall.

It’s a batting average that won’t land the federal marketplace for Obamacare into the Healthcare Hall of Fame.

As few as 1 in 100 applications on the federal exchange contains enough information to enroll the applicant in a plan, several insurance industry sources told CNBC on Friday. Some of the problems involve how the exchange’s software collects and verifies an applicant’s data.

“It is extraordinary that these systems weren’t ready,” said Sumit Nijhawan, CEO of Infogix, which handles data integrity issues for major insurers including WellPoint and Cigna, as well as multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates.

What ever happened to Democrats were for the Children? Democrat Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid and Democrats let America know just how little they care about children with cancer …

Just how little do Democrats care more about playing politics than they do actually caring about the children with cancer of “We the People,” one needs to look no further than the video below of Harry Reid being asked by a CNN reporter. Reid was asked, “but if you wanted to help one child with cancer, why wouldn’t you do it?” The reporter was referring to the fact that the GOP controlled House was passing a bill to add funding for the National Institute of Health (NIH), national parks and veterans.

Harry Reid’s response … “WHY WOULD WE WANT TO DO THAT”.

Isn’t that special. So we can now see just how little Obamacare really is about patient care and more about control. If Democrats really cared about the well being of individuals, they would pass a piecemeal bill that would include aiding cancer children. But no, instead they would rather play hard ball politics and defend Obamacare, a health care law that a majority of Americans do not want and most want it repealed. But Democrats would rather protect Obamacare at all cost than help children with cancer. Hmm, and I thought Democrats were supposed to be compassionate?

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney Defended Obama for Using “Gun to the Head” Rhetoric During Government Shutdown Debate

Isn’t it President Barack Obama and Democrats who are the one’s that are so anti-guns and want gun control?

Just two weeks after the Navy Shipyard shooting, Fox News reporter Ed Henry questioned the wisdom of the Barack Obama remark using “gun to the head” rhetoric  VIDEO) throughout the shutdown debate. Of course Obama’s mouth piece, Jay Carney, defended this bosses comment by saying that the GOP and the media have done the same. Really? So welcome to an America where the President is not held to a higher standard and supposed to show leadership. Isn’t it amazing that Obama, who is for gun control and has called for the weakening of the Second Amendment feels free to make such hateful and divisive comments.

Wasn’t it Obama who called for civility following the  Tucson, AZ shootings? Yup, no double standard here.

Hours before shots were fired outside the Capitol, Jay Carney defended Obama for using “gun to the head” rhetoric throughout the shutdown debate — and pointed out that Ed Henry has used a similar metaphor.

At Thursday’s White House press briefing, Fox News reporter Ed Henry asked Press Secretary Jay Carney if President Obama’s remarks about Republicans “holding a gun to the head of the American people” by threatening a government shutdown were wise given September’s mass shooting at the Naval Yard in Washington, D.C.

But it was not the first time Barack Obama made this same irresponsible comment. Flashback … Obama held the final press conference of his first term by demanding that House Republicans raise the $16.4 trillion debt ceiling. Republicans, alleged the president, were “holding a gun at the head of the American people” by demanding Democrats cut deficit spending.

And it gets better, or worse as the case may be. The Lonely Conservative reports that Barack Obama and Harry Reid are holding seniors hostage. As LC says, who is trying to throw granny over the cliff?

BUSTED! McDonalds Employee Admits Being Paid to Protest at WWII Memorial

Have they no shame …

From the PJ Tatler comes the below exclusive video and the story that protesters at the WWII Memorial were paid to do so and one was not even a government employee as they claimed, but worked at McDonald’s instead.

After about an hour, about 20 protesters arrived on the scene chanting “Boehner, get us back to work” and claiming they were federal employees furloughed because of the shutdown.

In the video below these protesters were marching towards the press gaggle and I was asking them to show their federal IDs to prove they were in fact federal workers. No one wore their federal ID and none would provide it to prove their claim.

Then, remarkably, a guy carrying a sign passed by wearing a McDonald’s employee shirt, which I noted. I then began asking them how much they had been paid to protest, at which point the guy wearing the McDonald’s shirt came back and admitted he had been paid $15.

You can’t make this stuff up: World War II veterans come to Washington to see their monument, and the Obama administration tries to block them by putting up barricades. When that blunder starts getting media attention, the administration doubles down by paying union members $15 to march around, waving signs and protesting–as though that were a sure-fire way to generate sympathy for the nonessential federal employees who are getting the day off. Is it possible that the Democrats could be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory?
