Hmm, do you think those that would abduct and abuse a child the right to vote? Do you think child rapists should have the right to vote? Do you think that child murderers should have the right to vote? Do you think individuals who would partake in the human and sex trafficking of minors and adults should have the right to vote? Do you think an individual that would physically assault a woman, rape and molest a woman and murder a woman the right to vote? Barack Obama’s AG Eric Holder does. So who really has a war on woman and children?

Why would anyone want a man like convicted child rapist Eric Bradley  or anyone like him who had the ability to be paroled, a commuted sentence or serving time the right yo vote ever!!!

Imagine this, Attorney General Eric Holder is urging states to lift bans on laws that make it illegal for felons to vote. Of course this has nothing to do with the studies that show that felons who have been denied the right to vote were far more likely to have voted for Democrats than for Republicans. Of course Holder has no authority to change such law as this is a State’s right to pass their own voting laws, but far be it from the Obama administration to over-extend their Constitutional authority. This request by Holder is most likely a non-starter and going nowhere, but that will not stop Holder and the Obama administration to use another issue to be divisive along racial lines. This is just more gutter politics from the Obama administration looking to scrape up any vote they can from the bottom of the barrel.

Really? We do not have voter ID laws in the United States to make sure that there is not voter fraud going on in elections, but instead Eric Holder wants to allow felons to vote after they have served their sentence. Truth be told, he probably would not care if they had the right to vote while they were serving time in prison. Its an Obama world.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. called Tuesday for the repeal of laws that prohibit millions of felons from voting, underscoring the Obama administration’s determination to elevate issues of criminal justice and race in the president’s second term and create a lasting civil rights legacy.

In a speech at Georgetown University, Mr. Holder described today’s prohibitions — which in some cases bar those convicted from voting for life — as a vestige of the racist policies of the South after the Civil War, when states used the criminal justice system to keep blacks from fully participating in society.

“Those swept up in this system too often had their rights rescinded, their dignity diminished, and the full measure of their citizenship revoked for the rest of their lives,” Mr. Holder said. “They could not vote.”

Mr. Holder has no authority to enact the changes he called for, given that states establish the rules under which people can vote. And state Republican leaders made clear that Mr. Holder’s remarks, made to a receptive audience at a civil rights conference, would not move them.

These laws deserve to be not only reconsidered, but repealed.”

African-Americans represent more than a third of the estimated 5.8 million people who are prohibited from voting, according to the Sentencing Project, a research group that favors more liberal sentencing policies. And in Florida, Kentucky, and Virginia, more than one in five African-Americans has lost the right to vote.

Well, he just made another unlawful change in a law passed by Congress delaying certain employers of the employer mandate until 2016. Is some one going to remind Obama that the federal government of United States of America is composed of three distinct branches: legislative, executive and judicial, whose powers are vested by the U.S. Constitution in the Congress, the President, and the federal courts, including the Supreme Court, respectively. The powers and duties of these branches are further defined by acts of Congress, including the creation of executive departments and courts inferior to the Supreme Court. Just asking?

Looking at a terrace she said that Jefferson loved to admire the landscape from there. POTUS said that he’d like to take a look and seemed delighted to “break the protocol”.

“That’s the good thing as a President, I can do whatever I want” he quipped, walking to the terrace with his guest and Ms. Bowman. Pool now in the mansion as the leaders will come and visit Jefferson’s study.

Barack Obama Unlawfully Rewrites Obamacare Again … Obama Delays Employer Health Insurance Mandate Until 2016, After Elections

Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of their Democrat minions were so quick to ram Obamacare down the throats of Americans with a 100& partisan Democrat vote, now they want to do everything to delay this disastrous healthcare law.

First President Barack Obama unlawfully delayed the employee mandate one year until 2014. However, Obama did not think that his signature piece of legislation would be such a fiasco and disastrously unpopular with the American people. So much so that Democrats are finding it impossible to run for reelection in the 2014 midterm elections with this anchor around their neck. So what does Obama do with the so-called Affordable Healthcare act that is not so affordable that was supposed to be for We the People … why delay the employer mandate until 2016, after the elections of course for political purposes. As reported at The Daily Caller, the Obama administration won’t enforce the rule until 2016 for business with between 50 and 99 employees. All companies with 100 employees or more will be subject to the employer mandate beginning in 2015, after an initial delay was announced before the Independence Day holiday in 2013.

Just curious … why did Congress even vote on Obamacare?

For the second time in a year, the Obama administration is giving certain employers extra time before they must offer health insurance to almost all their full-time workers.

Under new rules announced Monday by Treasury Department officials, employers with 50 to 99 workers will be given until 2016 — two years longer than originally envisioned under the Affordable Care Act — before they risk a federal penalty for not complying.

Companies with 100 workers or more are getting a different kind of one-year grace period. Instead of being required in 2015 to offer coverage to 95 percent of full-time workers, these bigger employers can avoid a fine by offering insurance to 70 percent of them next year.

How the administration would define employer requirements has been one of the biggest remaining questions about the way the 2010 health-care law will work in practice — and has sparked considerable lobbying. By providing the dual phase-ins for employers of different sizes, administration officials have sought to lighten the burden on the small share of affected employers that have not offered insurance in the past.

WSJ: Obama Rewrites ObamaCare – Another day, another lawless exemption, once again for business.

‘ObamaCare” is useful shorthand for the Affordable Care Act not least because the law increasingly means whatever President Obama says it does on any given day. His latest lawless rewrite arrived on Monday as the White House decided to delay the law’s employer mandate for another year and in some cases maybe forever.

ObamaCare requires businesses with 50 or more workers to offer health insurance to their workers or pay a penalty, but last summer the Treasury offered a year-long delay until 2015 despite having no statutory authorization. Like the individual mandate, the employer decree is central to ObamaCare’s claim of universal coverage, but employers said the new labor costs—and the onerous reporting and tax-enforcement rules—would damage job creation and the economy.

Remember in the past when the MSM had reported that the GOP was just an obstructionist party, but the Republicans response was that it was impossible to work with a president who kept moving the goal post? Use your own brain and decide for yourself. Once again we see Obama changing things that is supposed to be “the law of the land”. Obama keeps changing the goal post and as Ed Driscoll says, the Obamacare law is whatever Barack Obama says it is.

Explosive testimony lit up a House hearing on the IRS targeting scandal Thursday, as GOP super lawyer Cleta Mitchell told representatives that the systematic effort to delay the processing of grass-roots groups’ applications for nonprofit status continues to occur.

Mitchell represents several grass-roots conservative organizations whose applications under sections 501c3 and 501c4 of the internal revenue code were delayed for years in the run-up to the 2012 election. She said that targeting had not stopped.

Barack Obama Campaign Bundler Noah Bryson Mamet Nominated as Ambassador to Argentina Even Though Has Never Been to the Country or Speak Spanish

What a joke, Don’t Cry for Me Argentina … Obama Style. What else would you expect from a community organizer and a “Campaigner in Chief”?

Remember when Barack Obama campaigned that he was going to change the way things were done inside the Belt Way? Well you can forget that as Barack Obama is rewarding one of his campaign blunders with an ambassadorship to Argentina. Noah Bryson Mamet bundled more than $500,000 for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign and is now being rewarded for his fundraising. There is just one problem, the man who is supposed to represent the United states in Argentina has never been to the country. UNBELIEVABLE. One would think, as echoed at Slate, with the current state of affairs in Argentina, “delicate times, probably opportune times for a diplomat with years logged in South America”.

The Buenos Aires Herald reports, Mamet, who would be replacing Vilma Martínez after her term ended on July 4, is a veteran Democratic fund-raiser and consultant who has no evident experience with Latin American issues.

Sen. Marco Rubio shows his disbelief that the nominee for Ambassador to Argentina has never been there

Presidents often award diplomatic posts to campaign donors and fundraisers, but Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., suspects that Obama’s choice of ambassador to Argentina — a man who bundled more than $500,000 for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, but who has never been to the country — is in over his head.

“Have you been to Argentina?” Rubio asked Noah Mamet during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing Thursday.

“I haven’t had the opportunity yet to be there,” Mamet replied. “I’ve traveled pretty extensively around the world, but I haven’t yet had a chance [to visit Argentina].”

Rubio implied that Argentina is too important a country to be entrusted to a campaign donor rather than a professional, as is the case with some other diplomatic posts. “I don’t view this appointment as one — I think this is a very significant post,” he said.

UPDATE I: This nomination by Barack Obama gets worse, if possible. In the VIDEO below the US State Department spokesperson does not even know if the nominee for the position to be an Ambassador in a Latin American country speaks Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!  How could you not know this? Is it any wonder how the Hillary Clinton lead State Department botched Benghazi?
