Priceless … Even Warren Buffett Does not Support Obama’s “Buffett” Rule

IT WOULD APPEAR THAT OBAMA AND BUFFETT HAVE A DIFFERENT DEFINITION AS TO WHO IS CONSIDERED RICH AND WHO SHOULD BE PAYING MORE TAXES.

How disingenuous is President Barack Obama on jobs and the economy? Even billionaire Warren Buffett does not endorse Obama’s “Buffett Rule”. Buffett was not referring to individuals making $50 millions, he was referring to ultra-rich. As Buffett said, he was only referring to about 50,000 people … not Americans who make $250 K a year.  Heck, Buffett does not even think those that make $50 million a year are rich.

From Real Clear Politics:

CNBC: “Are you happy that the way it is being described. Is the program that the White House has presented a million dollars and over your program? ”

Warren Buffett: “Well, the precise program which will — I don’t know what their program will be. My program would be on the very high incomes that are taxed very low. Not just high incomes. Somebody making $50 million a year playing baseball, his taxes won’t change. Make $50 million a year appearing on television, his income won’t change. But, if they make a lot of money and pay a very low tax rate, like me, it would be changed by a minimum tax that would only bring them up to what other people pay.”

CNBC: “Does that mean you disagree with the president’s new jobs proposal which would be paid for by raising taxes on households with incomes of over $250,000.”

Buffett: “That’s another program that I won’t be discussing. My program is to have a tax on ultra-rich people who are very tax rates. Not just all rich people.

However, in typical fashion, Barack Obama has taken a plan form someone and “bastardized” it.  Because I always get $250,000 and $500,000,000 confused all of the time.  Buffett never intended to tax millionaires more, he was referring to a select group of ultra, ultra rich … but Obama never met a tax increase he didn’t like and looks to put indivuals who make $250 K in the same class as the uber-rich.

UPDATE I: This post was done after the Buffett fundraiser that is referenced in the above VIDEO. Needless to say the fundraiser was a bust and described as a disappointment.

Barack Obama Says He Wants His Jobs Bill Back … LOL, He’s the Only One Who Wants It, Including Democrats

PASS THE JOBS BILL, PASS THE JOBS BILL, PASS THE JOBS BILL PASS THE JOBS BILL, PASS THE JOBS BILL. A note to President Obama, they heard you the first time, no one wants to touch your toxic jobs bill or you for that matter.

President Barack Obama lectured Congress that he wanted them to pass his so-called jobs bill now, of course that was three weeks ago.  To date, not only hasn’t Obama’s “son of stimulus” jobs bill not been passed, no one really wants any part of it including Democrats.

During this weeks Presidential Address, Barack Obama whined for Congress to get their act together and pass his jobs bill. Obama stated that he wanted it back. Trust us Mr. President, no one took it. Really Mr. President you want them to pass the jobs bill? Is there an echo, or are you stuttering? You might want to take the hint that no one really wants to pass it. However, Barack Obama might want to take a complete look as to who is holding up his jobs legislation.

“It’s been almost three weeks since I sent the American Jobs Act to Congress – three weeks since I sent them a bill that would put people back to work and put money in people’s pockets,” Obama said. “And now I want it back. It is time for Congress to get its act together and pass this jobs bill so I can sign it into law.”

Obama’s nearly $450 billion jobs bill – known as the American Jobs Act – would raise taxes on the wealthy, invest in infrastructure, extend the employee payroll-tax cut and fund unemployment insurance benefits, among other things.

Barack Obama, the most devisive President ever does nothing but blame Republicans during his weekly address for not passing his jobs bill. However, it is the Democrat controlled US Senate and Dick Durbin (IL-D) that tells Obama they do not have the votes. So why isn’t Barack Obama calling out Democrats like Durbin and Chucky Schumer for not passing the jobs bill? Hmm? As stated by Jammie Wearing Fool, will Obama blame Democrats when the jobs legislation fails?

Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) said, at the moment, Democrats in Congress don’t have the votes to pass President Obama’s jobs bill, but Durbin added that that situation would change.

“Not at the moment, I don’t think we do, but, uh, we can work on it,” Durbin said, according to Chicago radio station WLS.

Durbin added that the president’s bill would need bipartisan support because there are senators both on the left and the right opposed to aspects of it.

The real story here is not Obama’s joke of a jobs bill … its the fact that Democrats who have previously walked the plank for Obamacare and the $787 billion stimulus are AWOL on this and will remain so. Sorry CNN, but this is not just an issue between Obama and the GOP, there are plenty of Democrats against Obama’s job legislation. The 2012 elections are right around the corner and Dems are already looking to distance themselves from Obama. That tends to happen when a President has an approval rating in the low 40′s and one with dealing with the economy in the low 30′s.

Obamanomics: 90% of Americans Think the Economy Stinks … VP Biden Says “We’re In Charge of Economy”

THANK YOU BARACK OBAMA … 90% OF AMERICANS THINK THE ECONOMY STINKS.

Not only do we have 9.1% unemployment, record federal deficits, and a record number of people on food stamps and in poverty … but 90% of Americans think the economy stinks.  This is up 9% since June 2011. Although those polled still blame GWB more than they do Obama, they closer we get to the 2012 elections, the more Obama will feel the brunt of the anger. As it is presently, Obama has an underwater job approval of 42.8/51.5, but what will this look like in 2012 with little to no economic improvement?

Three years after a financial crisis pushed the country deep into recession, an overwhelming number of Americans – 90% – say that economic conditions remain poor.

The number, reported Friday in a new CNN/ORC International Poll, is the highest of Barack Obama’s presidency and a significant increase from the 81% who said conditions were poor in June.

Full poll results can be seen HERE.

Even if Obama wants to blame every one else for the economy, VP Joe Biden says, “we’re  in charge of the economy”. Yikes, I guess Joe didn’t get Obama’s talking points.

Even though 50-some percent of the American people think the economy tanked because of the last administration, that’s not relevant,” Biden told a radio station in Florida.

“What’s relevant is, we’re in charge.

“And right now we are the ones in charge,” Biden added, “and it’s gotten better but it hasn’t gotten good enough … I don’t blame them (people) for being mad.”

Coming soon to a GOP 2012 Presidential add near you.

UPDATE I: Remember when DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz said, “we own the economy”?

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner Thinks Spending $200K per Job of Tax Payers Money is a Bargain

Obama Administration … simply clueless and worse, they are dangerous.

Ever wonder why government, especially the Obama Administration, is not the answer to creating jobs?  Treasury Secretary, Turbo Tax Timothy Geithner believes that Obama’s new jobs plan will cost tax payers$200,000 per job, but said the pricetag is the wrong way to measure the bill’s worth. WHAT! Who in their right mind pays $200 K for a $50,000 a yer job? How clueless can the Obama Administration get? Ever wonder why unemployment is at 9.1% and millions are out of work? There is a reason why Obama job approval on the way he has handled the economy is in the low 30′s, he has earned it.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner didn’t dispute a Harvard economist’s estimate that each job in the White House’s jobs plan would cost $200,000, but said the pricetag is the wrong way to measure the bill’s worth.

And he also pointed out, in an interview today with ABC News’ David Muir, that there is no other option on the table for getting the economy moving and putting more people back to work. [editors note: You lie].

“You’ve got to think about the costs of the alternatives,” Geithner said when asked about Harvard economist Martin Feldstein’s calculation that each job created by President Obama’s American Jobs Act would cost taxpayers about $200,000.

Obama’s $787 billion stimulus plan was a colossal failure … now they look to waste even more money. Define crazy, doing the same thing and expecting different results. Coming soon to a political ad in 2012 … “spending $200,000 per job is a bargain to the American people”.  With 14 million people looking for work, is Obama and his minions willing to pay $200K per job? Can 2012 get here fast enough.

Obama Billboard … Please Vote for Someone Else in 2012 to Prove You’re not an Idiot … Thank you

Hope & Change … Hoping to change those proving they were not racists in 2008, to those proving they are not idiots in 2012.

The following billboard in Athens, Alabama says it all. Come on America, in honor of Obama’s constant golf outing, you are being given a Mulligan in 2012. Do the right thing for America and vote Obama out of office. With a job approval average of 42.8%, Obama is in deep trouble in 2012.

Pic Hat Tip: WHNT News 19 via Gateway Pundit

The corner of Capshaw and East Limestone Road hardly qualifies as a bustling intersection, but a nearby billboard has been getting the area attention.

The billboard reads, “If you voted for our current president in 2008 to prove you weren’t a racist, please vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you’re not an idiot.  Thank you . . . Concerned Citizens of America.”

However one local resident Lee Daniels likes 9.1% unemployment, record number of Americans on food stamps and tens of millions of Americans on unemployment … “To make the statement that a vote for 2012 to prove you’re not an idiot, well that was saying, in my opinion, that whoever voted for him in ’08 was an idiot, and that’s just really inflammatory.”

Note to Lee Daniels, it’s not inflammatory … it’s a fact.
