Obama’s 2012 SOTU Address … Same As It Ever Was … Tired Old Empty Promises & the Promise of Jobs with Awkward Cheering
Obama’s SOTU … Same as it ever was.
For those pundits who want to spin and claim that President Barack Obama’s SOTU address last night was an inspiring great speech, think again. Obama’s address sounded like many that he delivered in the past, just with a bit more class warfare. So much for the great visionary Obama … sorry, but this speech was flat and disjointed where Democrats in many places had no idea when they were supposed to stand and cheer. Often during his speech you heard a single clap or none at all when on the teleprompter it obviously told The One to pause for ovation.
The general opinion of the SOTU, Too Long, Too Partisan, Too Barren of Policy. It was amazing that Obama never mentioned America’s out of control debt and the fact that he prevented jobs from being created by nixing the XL oil pipeline, yet defended the Solyndra’s that the government wastefully handed tax payer $’s to.
Seriously, how could any President talk about the State of the Union and not reference the United States’ out of control national debt, record number of people on good stamps and high unemployment? Oh, BTW … why did not Obama praise the crown jewel of his presidency … Obamacare?

Barack Obama Job Approval Poll Averages 44% in 3rd Year of Presidency … Only Jimmy Carter Was Worse
It would appear that Barack Obama was not the one that we had been waiting for, not by a long shot.
He’s going down, down, down, down … Barack Obama. The One is was at 69% approval on Inauguration Day, 57% in his first year, 47% in his second year and now … 44%.
According to Gallup, Obama’s job approval average for his third year in office was just 44%, second worst in history. Guess who was the worst, hold it, hold it … Jimmy Carter. That is correct, three years into his presidency and “The One” ha never been lower as Obama’s 44.4% polling average only tops Carter’s 37.4%. As we have said for quite some time, Obama’s presidency has been Carter’s second term.
President Barack Obama averaged 44% job approval for his third full year in office, which ended Jan. 19. His third-year average is down slightly from his second-year average of 47% and much lower than his first-year average of 57%.
Obama’s third-year average is based on approximately 175,000 interviews with U.S. adults conducted between Jan. 20, 2011 — the second anniversary of his inauguration — and Jan. 19, 2012.
Obama’s job approval rating during his third year in office had its ups and downs, peaking at 53% in May and falling as low as 38% in August and October.
As the Lonely Conservative says regarding Obama’s continuous low polling, they must all be racists. However, when a President promises hope & change and only provided no jobs, Obamacare, out of control spending, federal debt as far as the eye can see, what else would one suspect? That does not even include the partisan party politics Obama played by nixing the Keystone XL Pipeline that would have created the tens of thousands of US jobs and the expected high gas prices we will see in 2012.

We the People are Just Too Damn Stupid … Newsweek Says, “Why Are Obama’s Critics So Dumb”
Newsweek’s latest head line, “Why Are Obama’s Critics So Dumb?” I guess the editors nixed “Why Are Obama’s Critics So Racist?” Gee America, how does it feel to be called stupid and dumb because you dare be upset and question the increased unemployment under Barack Obama, the millions on food stamps and the out of control $16.2 trillion federal deficit. As stated at Powerline,we are just too damn ignorant to understand how Obama’s policies have devastated the economy and have caused a continued lack of job recover. It is this type of MSM coverage that will further alienate Obama to We the People.
Well, sure. We who who are unhappy that unemployment has increased on Obama’s watch, that over-regulation has stymied economic growth, that our children now owe a $15 trillion debt that we can’t pay–hey, we’re just dumb! We obviously aren’t smart enough to understand how devastating our economy, unemploying millions of Americans and burdening our children with trillions of dollars in debt is really a great idea.
Yup, we stupid folks must be ignorantly still clinging to our Bibles and guns. How dare any one question King Obama. Imagine anyone considering others stupid when only 28% of Americans think the country is headed in the right direction and a majority of Americans want Obamacare repealed.
Of course this partisan BS is brought to us by the same fools who wrote, “We are all Socialists now”. As stated by the Lonely Conservatives, no wonder Newsweek went belly up and was sold for a $1. How pathetic is the liberal media that all they can do is use the “dumb” card.

What’s Another $1.2 Trillion … Obama Makes Official Request that Congress Raise the Debt Ceiling to more than $16 Trillion
And the Barack Obama spending keeps on coming … UNPATRIOTIC!
It’s official, President Barack Obama asks for the debt ceiling to be raised by another $1.2 trillion. Good grief, will the spending never stop? where is the fiscal discipline from this President, where is the leadership to take on the ridiculous National Debt and go after entitlement programs and wasteful DC spending that are bankrupting America?
The Gateway Pundit reminds us of when Barack Obama called raising the national debt irresponsible and unpatriotic when GWB raised the debt by $4 trillion in 8 years. What does Obama say about the $8 trillion he has increased it by in less than 4 years? Hmm? Talk about your Obama hypocrisy.
President Obama on Thursday made an official request that Congress raise the debt ceiling by $1.2 trillion over the objections of several House Republicans.
Obama’s formal notification gives both chambers 15 days to vote on whether to approve the hike. The House plans to vote on this request on Jan. 18, a spokeswoman for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) said.
The United States reached the $15.194 trillion debt limit on Jan. 4, according to Treasury statements. Since that time, Treasury has employed the “extraordinary measure” of tapping into its Exchange Stabilization Fund to avoid exceeding the limit.
The White House agreed not to make an official request to raise the debt ceiling until now so that Congress could vote on the matter.
The United States cannot afford another 4 years of Barack Obama … the 2012 cannot come fast enough.

Despite Obama Endorsed Occupy Protesters, Socialism Looked Upon as Negative by 60% of Americans
Occupy protesters … THEY ARE THE 31%!!!
According to the Pew Research Center, not even the Barack Obama endorsed Occupy protesters can change the fact that Americans look upon socialism as negative and capitalism positive. Even with all of Obama’s rhetoric and railing against capitalism (VIDEO), he loses the battle. Socialism was looked upon negative by 60% and favorable by only 31%. Meanwhile, capitalism had a 50% positive rating and a 40% negative one.
The recent Occupy Wall Street protests have focused public attention on what organizers see as the excesses of America’s free market system, but perceptions of capitalism – and even of socialism – have changed little since early 2010 despite the recent tumult.
The American public’s take on capitalism remains mixed, with just slightly more saying they have a positive (50%) than a negative (40%) reaction to the term. That’s largely unchanged from a 52% to 37% balance of opinion in April 2010.
Socialism is a negative for most Americans, but certainly not all. Six-in-ten (60%) say they have a negative reaction to the word; 31% have a positive reaction. Those numbers are little changed from when the question was last asked in April 2010.
As stated at Weasel Zippers, looks like Newsweek was wrong, we are all not socialist now. Imagine that, Newsweek was wrong again.
