Sean Hannity Blasts President Barack Obama in Blistering Monologue … ‘It’s Time for a Wake-Up Call’ … “It Is Time for You to Get Engaged.”
BARACK OBAMA, ITS TIME TO LEAD, NOT DIVIDE …
Last night Sean Hannity blasted Barack Obama in a blistering monologue begging, asking and demanding that this president ‘WAKE UP” and get engaged in the turmoil in both domestic and foreign policy. Much of which Obama has no one to blame but himself. Although he will try and pass the buck. It is becoming evident that Obama is the “Bystander” in Chief and refuses to step up to the plate and lead. But instead Obama attends fundraisers, plays golf and goes on vacation to Martha’s Vineyard.
Hannity stated that our world is in an alarming state of emergency, between Israel’s ground war into Gaza to protect itself from Hamas, Malaysia flight ML17 blown out of the sky in an unspeakable act killing innocent men, women and children, ISIS on the rise, Al-Qaeda on the move, the Middle East on fire, Russia and Putin flexing its muscles, Obama administration scandals like IRS-gate and Benghazi-gate, and a US domestic policy of out of control national debt and a discouraged work force. Let us not forget the crisis we have on our Southern border caused by Obama’s lack of protecting or borders. Then there is that Obamacare thing.
Hannity said, “It is shocking to see a president of the United States, the free world, with such a lack of urgency and priorities. So I say to the president tonight: It is time for action, it’s time for urgency. It is time for you to get engaged.” Hannity went on to say, “Mr. President for you to stand up. It is time for you to lead. It’s time to skip for once your lavish million dollar Marha’s Vineyard vacation. It’s time for you to put down those golf clubs. I thing 180 rounds of gold is quite enough. It is time for you to lead by example. [...] You need to spend more time in The Oval Office. You need to be in the Situation Room. You may be surprised to learn what has actually happened in the six years since you have become the leader of the free world.”
“It is shocking to see a president of the United States, the free world, with such a lack of urgency and priorities,” Hannity said. “So I say to the president tonight: It is time for action, it’s time for urgency. It is time for you to get engaged.”
Hannity then skewered the president over his handling of domestic matters.
“Mr. President, why don’t you consider the events of these past 24 hours to be a very, very costly and deadly wake up call,” Hannity said. “And while all this was happening yesterday, you spent 40 seconds dealing with the killing of nearly 300 innocent people and for your secretary of state to tell Israel to restrain itself again and again. It’s time for a wakeup call.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie Calls Obamacare a “Failure on a Whole Number of Levels” and Should be Repealed
Cristie is a little late to the party … Tell us something we have not known for years.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie while speaking to reporters at the National Governors Association on Saturday that Obamacare is a “failure on a whole number of levels” and that it should be repealed. Wow really, like we did not know that already and have known since it was initially passed. What, is this Christie trying to suck up to the GOP base? Sorry Krispy Kreme, but you are nothing more than a RINO and the slobber-fest between you and Obama back in 2012 cannot be undone. You may be ahead in New Hampshire 2016 GOP Presidential polls, but who else would be but a RINO.
Christie will never be able to live this picture down in a GOP primary
In what could be the latest move toward a 2016 presidential bid, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) offered a wide-ranging critique of President Obama’s domestic and foreign policies.
Speaking to reporters at the National Governors Association on Saturday, Christie labeled Obamacare, the administration’s signature legislation, a “failure on a whole number of levels” and said it should be repealed.
“But has to be repeal and replace with what. It can’t just be about repeal,” Christie told the audience. “What I’ve said before is, what Republicans need to be doing is putting forth alternatives for what should be a better healthcare system.”
If the Republicans want to lose another Presidential election, then nominate another RINO like Chris Christie or Jeb Bush.

SCOTUS Decision Day on Hobby Lobby Challenging ObamaCare’s Contraception Mandate … Major Decision Just Hours Away (Update: Hobby Lobby Wins 5-4 Over Obamacare)
1st Amendment and Freedom of Religion at stake this morning at the SCOTUS …
It is decision day for The Supreme Court of the United States on the issue before them of Holly Lobby challenging the Obamacare contraception mandate. Holly Lobby, the for-profit businesses is challenging the requirement in the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) that employers cover contraception for women at no extra charge among a range of preventive benefits in employee health plans. As the National Journal reports, SCOTUS won’t strike down Obamacare’s contraception mandate completely because that is not what the two companies, Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood Specialties, have asked of the Court. They haven’t asked the justices to ax the entire policy; however, a ruling for the law’s challengers could still render the policy toothless for millions of women.

The court meets for a final time Monday to release decisions in its two remaining cases before the justices take off for the summer.
The most contentious is that brought by Oklahoma City-based Hobby Lobby and a furniture maker in Pennsylvania. The for-profit businesses have challenged the requirement in the Affordable Care Act that employers cover contraception for women at no extra charge among a range of preventive benefits in employee health plans. It is the first major challenge to ObamaCare to come before the court since the justices upheld the law’s individual requirement to buy health insurance two years ago.
Supporters of Hobby Lobby cite a few factors potentially leaning in their favor, including the tone of oral arguments in March and a unanimous decision last week finding President Obama overreached in making recess appointments to a labor board.
“Absolutely, we win — we are very confident after oral argument in March that we will prevail in this case,” Hannah Smith, senior counsel for The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which represents Hobby Lobby, told Fox News. She suggested this, too, is a case of government “overreach.”
CNN – Jonathan Turley, Professor of Law at George Washington University discusses the ramification of today’s SCOTUS decision.
I predict 6-3 in favor of Hobby Lobby. Then again, this SCOTUS has disappointed me before.
UPDATE I: Hobby Lobby wins SCOTUS decision 5-4 over Obamacare.
Justice Samuel Alito wrote the major opinion and said, it was difficult to distinguish between closely held corporations and the people who own them. The religious liberty law was not intended to discriminate “against men and women who wish to run their businesses as for-profit corporations in the manner required by their religious beliefs.”
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled that owners of private companies can object on religious grounds to a provision of President Barack Obama’s healthcare law that requires employers to provide insurance covering birth control for women.
The decision, which applies only to a small number of family or other closely-held companies, means an estimated several thousand women whose health insurance comes via such companies may have to obtain certain forms of birth control coverage elsewhere.
In a 5-4 vote along ideological lines, the justices said the companies can seek an exemption from the so-called birth control mandate of the law known as Obamacare. The companies in the case said they did not object to all birth control but certain methods they said were tantamount to abortion, which they oppose for religious reasons.
In their last decision of the nine-month term, the justices ruled for the first time that for-profit companies can make claims under a 1993 federal law called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act that was enacted to protect religious liberty.
Democrats go mental over the decision and threaten to respond to SCOTUS decision. But wait, isn’t it now law of the land? Isn’t that what Democrats, including Obama, say when the GOP tries to end Obamacare?

CNN Poll: Barack Obama Now as Unpopular as Former President George W. Bush
Guess what, Barack Obama was not “The One” that we had been waiting for …
In a recent CNN poll, Barack Obama is now as unpopular as former president George W. Bush. Both Obama and Bush now have a 51% unfavorable rating. Obama’s approval rating has dropped to 47%. However, that most likely is not the low that this president will see before he leaves office, and none too soon. With scandals abound like IRS-gate, Fast & Furious, Benghazi-gate and most recently the VA scandal and the release of 5 Taliban, GITMO detainees for an alleged deserter. Not to mention a continued poor economy, a jobless recovery, a disastrous foreign policy and last but certainly not least, Obamacare. As commented on by Hot Air, a Fox News poll out this week shows continued sharp disapproval of President Obama’s signature domestic “accomplishment,” with a sizable majority expressing the opinion that they wish the 2010 healthcare law had never passed.
Who is laughing now Barack?
In January 2009, as President George W. Bush was days away from leaving the White House, the unpopular President’s favorable rating stood at 35% in a CNN/ORC International survey. The man who was succeeding him, Barack Obama, was fresh from his historic 2008 presidential election victory and had a 78% favorable rating among Americans.
But a new CNN/ORC International poll released Thursday indicates a milestone of sorts: Obama is now as unpopular as Bush. Fifty-one percent have an unfavorable view of Bush; 51% feel the same way about Obama. Obama’s favorable rating is now at 47% – a new low for him, and virtually identical to Bush’s 46% favorable rating, a significant improvement over his 2009 numbers.
Obama started out strong, but as many predicted, the public’s love affair with Obama faded as reality set in. Obama dealt with the severe recession plaguing the nation and pushed for controversial proposals such as the federal stimulus and health care reform. By 2010, the President’s favorable rating had dropped by double digits, although his numbers generally remained in the mid-50s throughout the 2012 presidential campaign.
EXIT QUESTION: Will Barack Obama’s favorable and unfavorable ratings be worse than GWB’s by the end of his presidency … Magic 8-Ball says, “Signs point to Yes”.

It Begins, Obamacare Enrollees Info Compromised … 400 Connecticut Health-Exchange Enrollees’ Information May Be Compromised
And so it begins … 400 Connecticut Obamacare health-exchange enrollees’ information may have been compromised. A backpack was recovered in Hartford, Connecticut that held “four notepads with personal information for approximately 400 individuals. The backpack also contained Access Health CT paperwork and it appears as though some of that personal information may be associated with Access Health CT accounts. According to the New Haven Register, Hartford Police spokesman Lt. Brian Foley said an officer responded at about 2:15 p.m. to 280 Trumbull St. to meet with an Access Health CT employee regarding an employee possibly taking customer’s personal information. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services spokesman Aaron Albright said in a statement, “This situation does not involve consumers who have used HealthCare.gov.” Of course those words are about as reputable as the Obamacare, Healthcare.gov website roll-out. These are exactly the concerns many individuals warned of with the use and potential abuse by counselors for the exchanges known as “navigators.”
The personal information of around 400 health-exchange enrollees may be compromised, according to a statement issued today by Access Health CT CEO Kevin Counihan.
The statement notes that a backpack was recovered in Hartford that held “four notepads with personal information for approximately 400 individuals. The backpack also contained Access Health CT paperwork and it appears as though some of that personal information may be associated with Access Health CT accounts. It is still unclear where the backpack came from, and we are working [with] the Hartford Police Department to investigate, and contact the individuals whose information may be compromised. … Let me be clear: we are sorry this happened. This is a very serious situation and we will hold the person or persons who are responsible to account.”
Kathleen Tallarita, the government and public affairs outreach manager for Access Health CT, told National Review Online by phone that the health exchange does not know yet whether identity theft has occurred, but “we’re diligently looking into what’s happened.”
Statement from Access Health CT CEO Kevin Counihan:
“Earlier today, we received a report that an individual in Hartford discovered a backpack on Trumbull Street containing four notepads with personal information for approximately 400
individuals. The backpack also contained Access Health CT paperwork and it appears as though some of that personal information may be associated with Access Health CT accounts. It is still unclear where the backpack came from, and we are working the Hartford Police Department to investigate, and contact the individuals whose information may be compromised.
Makes you wonder how many backpacks have made it out of these health-exchanges that were not found, doesn’t it?
