VP Joe Biden: “If We Lose, We’re Going To Play Hell” … Obama Admin Refuses to Listen to American Voters
Who is the Party of No America? Democrats say that even if the lose in 2010, they will continue to defy the will of the American people …
“If we lose, we are going to play hell”
Hat Tip: Real Clear Politics
It is a continued, disturbing pattern coming from the Barack Obama White House. In speech after speech heading up the the 2010 midterm elections, Obama and Biden have commented that it does not matter whether Democrats win or most likely lose, they are not going to listen to the mandate of the American voters. Americans are fed up with a 9.6% national unemployment rate and 95,000 jobs being lost in a month.
Most recently, VP Joe Biden said at a campaign rally in Washington state for embattled Democrat Lib and incumbent US Senator Patty Murray, “If we lose, we are going to play hell.” Murray presently finds herself behind by 3% in the latest Rasmussen poll.
“You will play hell?” What? No Mr. Biden, if you lose it will have meant that an overwhelming groundswell of voters, Republicans, Independents and yes some Democrats have rejected the one party Democrat rule in Washington, DC. There are 37 US Senate seats in play this election cycle, for you to lose, Democrats would have to have lost 10 seats that are presently held by Democrats. Of the 37 races, according to Rasmussen, 25 are solid or leaning Republican and only 8 are solid or leaning Democrat. There are 4 races that are considered toss-ups and all are presently controlled by Democrats.
-
California- Incumbent Democrat Barbara Boxer leads GOP challenger Carly Fiorina, 49% to 45%.
-
Illinois - Republican Mark Kirk has 45% of the vote, while Democrat Alexi Giannoulias earns 41% support in the latest Rasmussen poll. This election is for the US Senate seat formally held by Barack Obama. What an embarassment that would be election eve for Democrats to lose former Senate seat held by the President. RCP has the GOP challenger ahead as well.
-
Nevada – In just one of the many recent polls, Sharon Angle leads Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid 50% to 46%. The tide is shifting toward Angle as Reid has been stuck on 46% and the undecided are presictably shifting to the challenger.
-
Washington – The latest Rasmussen poll has republican Dino Rossi ahead of Patty Murray 49% to 46%. Murray is under the 50% threshold for incumbent politicians.
If the above polling numbers hold true on election day, from the 37 seats in play, the GOP would have won 28 and Democrats 9. Republicans would have won 76% of the Senate races, had 10 pickups and control the Senate 51-49.
That would be called a mandate by the American people.
For the past two years Democrats have called Republicans the party of No. The fact of the matter is that it was GOP that was actually listening to the will of the American people. Now “WE THE PEOPLE” have a chance to vote and voice our thought, opinions and mood. Barack Obama is not on the ballot, but he might as well be. How else can anyone explain a popular Democrat Governor like Joe Manchin in west Virginia. Manchin presently trails in his US Senate race to replace the deceased Robert Byrd 50% to 46%.
Across the United States Democrats in swing states and districts that have never been competitive are in trouble. Why? Because President Barack Hussein Obama, VP Joe Biden and the rest of their minions have refused to listen to their employer, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
Now Obama and Biden say they will defy the vote of the American people if they lose in the 2010 midterm elections? Good luck folks. Democrats are on the wrong side of most every issue with “We the People”, now they appear to say to us all as they have for the past two years … we do not care what you do, say or vote … Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid know better.
If this is the case, see you in another political blood bath in 2012.
Conservative Democrats Want Ike Skelton (MO-D) to Replace Speaker Nancy Pelosi
Trouble in Paradise for Pelosi and Democrats …
According to an article by The Hill, US Representative Gene Taylor would like to see Democrat Ike Skelton of Missouri replace Nancy Pelosi as Speaker next year. Many conservative Democrats, if there is a such thing anymore in the Democrat party, would like to see a similar change occur as a move away from the far left leaning Nancy Pelosi. However, the American voters have a change in mind of their own, a switch from Democrat Speaker Pelosi to the Republicans after they take over the US House of Representatives in this years 2010 midterm election.
It was not too long ago following the 2008 elections that Democrats had an overwhelming majority in the House. Since then it has been a disaster as once presented with this majority, they went against the will of the people. Even within their own ranks, there are rumblings. Now they are faced with a midterm election where they could lose seats of epic and historic proportion.
Nancy Pelosi, too liberal for Democrats
Taylor told The Hill that he’d like to see Skelton, a Missouri Democrat and chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, succeed Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) if Democrats retain a slimmer hold on the House after the November elections.

House Democrats Distancing Themselves from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Just in Time for the Midterm Elections
How convenient, suddenly when its election time, House Democrats start to distance themselves from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Does anyone really think that if Democrats remained in power in the House that all these Democrats would not line up right behind her again?
My what a difference 19 months makes. With the midterm elections less than 50 days away, many House Democrats are trying to abandon the Good Ship Pelosito save their political careers. Could these House Democrats be doing this at the 11th hour to save their political skin? Oh, never, it is becauseof their political core belief conviction. House Democrats have blindly followed Nancy Pelosi and President Obama down the primrose pathand now its time to get your just desserts. Now at the last moments prior to the 2010 midterm elections, House Democrats are running away from President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Little more than two years after she touted him for the vice presidential nomination, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi cannot count on the support of Rep. Chet Edwards.
Edwards, a conservative Democrat trying win an 11th term representing this area southwest of Dallas, said he has not made up his mind whether he would support Pelosi (D-Calif.) for another term as speaker, as he comes under fire back home for his close ties to the Democratic leader.
Every poll that matters has the Generic Congressional ballot in favor of Republicans and in some cases a record number. Even worse for Democrats is the enthusiasm gap advantage for the GOP.
Isn’t this rather typical and gutless of House Democrats. They will talk a big game to the voters of how they are so independent of the House leadership and Nancy Pelosi, yet they will not come out and say to their constituents that they will not support herin a vote for Speaker?

Delusional: Nancy Pelosi States Democrats will Retain the US House of Representatives in 2010 Midterm Elections
Hmm, wanna bet.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has stated that Democrats will hold on to control of the majority in the US House of Representatives following the 2010 midterm elections. Well, what else would one expect her to say, we will lose and I will be out of a job as House speaker? San Fran Nan stated that Democrats would take the House in 2010 and “your little dog too”.
Nancy Pelosi to Democrats, “Remain calm, all is well …”
When asked whether she feared the political climate has changed enough that she may lose her post as Speaker of the House, Pelosi admitted the game has changed since the 2008 election, but predicted that Democrats will hold onto their majority through November’s midterm elections.

Political Ad:Nancy Pelosi, Wicked Witch of the West … So Says John Dennis
Finally, truth in advertising … Nancy Pelosi, just plain Wicked.
Nancy Pelosi, the Wicked With of the West, she is not only after your hard earned money, but your little dog to … so says her political opponent in this November’s midterm election John Dennis. Check out this political ad, it is priceless. The Congressional challenger Dennis throws a bucket of “freedom” water on Pelosi … “I am melting”
Check out his website.
John Dennis gets an “A” for creativity and comedy; however, sadly Pelosi’s district is as liberal as it gets and is it any wonder why she has pushed so many bills through the US House that have gone directly against the will of mainstream Americans. The end result, Pelosi may win her battle, but she will lose the war as the GOP is poised to take over the House in 2010 and there is rumblings that Pelosi might lose her position of power if that occurs.
