Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, Suspected Killer in Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s Murder Arrested

SUSPECTED MURDERER OF BORDER PATROL AGENT BRIAN TERRY ARRESTED

As reported at FOX News, Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, the drug cartel member suspected of shooting and murdering U.S.  Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010 has been arrested. The low-life was apprehended at a ranch on the border of the Mexican states of Sinaloa and Chihuahua by a joint U.S.-Mexico law enforcement task force that included the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Marshals and the Border Patrol Tactical Unit. The murder of Brian Terry on December 14, 2010 in a gunfight between Border Patrol agents and members of a five-man cartel “rip crew,” is what exposed “Operation Fast and Furious,” a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) operation under the Barack Obama administration in which the federal government allowed criminals to buy guns in Phoenix-area shops.

BRIAN-TERRY

The cartel member suspected of shooting and killing Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010 with a gun supplied by the U.S. government was arrested in Mexico Wednesday, senior law enforcement, Border Patrol, and congressional sources told Fox News.

The suspect, Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, was apprehended by a joint U.S.-Mexico law enforcement task force that included the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Marshals and the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC).

A $250,000 reward had been sought for information leading to the arrest of Osorio-Arellanes, who was captured at a ranch on the border of the Mexican states of Sinaloa and Chihuahua. U.S. authorities have said they will seek his extradition.

Terry was killed on Dec. 14, 2010 in a gunfight between Border Patrol agents and members of a five-man cartel “rip crew,” which regularly patrolled the desert along the U.S.-Mexico border looking for drug dealers to rob.

But of course as the liberal MSM and the Obama mouthpieces will tell you, there were no scandals during the Barack Hussein Obama presidency. As Legal Insurrection states, “FINALLY. After seven long years, authorities have arrested the man suspected of pulling the trigger and murdering Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December 2010″.

The agent’s death exposed Operation Fast and Furious, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) operation in which the federal government allowed criminals to buy guns in Phoenix-area shops with the intention of tracking them once they made their way into Mexico. But the agency lost track of more than 1,400 of the 2,000 guns they allowed smugglers to buy. Two of those guns were found at the scene of Terry’s killing.

The operation set off a political firestorm, and then-Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress after he refused to divulge documents for a congressional investigation.

18 Year Old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada Who Decapitated His Mother in the USA Illegally

TEEN IN US ILLEGALLY DECAPITATES HIS MOTHER …

18 year old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after Franklin County deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive in Franklin County, North Carolina. Deputies said they found 35-year-old Yesenia Funez Beatriz Machado dead inside the home, two young girls found in the home were unharmed and a fourth child was at school when the incident happened. According to accounts, the first deputy on scene “observed a male exit the house carrying a knife in one hand and a severed human head in the other.” As per court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

It also appears that the Honduran national was living in the United States illegally.

The Franklin County District Attorney said Tuesday that 18-year-old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada will be moved to Central Prison because it’s “more appropriate for any special needs he may have.”

Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive just south of U.S. Highway 64 Monday afternoon. The area is east of Zebulon – near the Wake County line.

At a a preliminary hearing Tuesday, both the prosecution and defense said they expect mental health to be an issue in the case. According to court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

Federal officials also said Tuesday that Machada is in the country illegally and they’ve issued an immigration detainer for him.

“ICE is focused on identifying, arresting and removing public safety threats, such as convicted criminal aliens and gang members, as well as individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws,” a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson told ABC11.

As per WNCN, the Zebulon 18-year-old accused of beheading his mother Monday afternoon told dispatchers he had killed her “because I felt like it,” according to an investigator’s sworn statement.

The investigator made the statement as he sought a search warrant to go through the Morgan Drive home where the 35-year-old mother was killed.

Oliver Mauricio Funes-Machado also told a dispatcher that “he stabbed her ‘like 8 times’ and left the knife in her mouth,” according to the sworn statement by Det. A.R. Roberts of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

Judge From Casey Anthony Case Says She ‘May’ Have Killed Her Daughter Caylee, Accidentally (VIDEO)

WOW, IMAGINE THAT … JUDGE FROM CASE THINKS CASEY ANTHONY KILLED HER DAUGHTER CASEY … WHO DOESN’T THINK SHE KILLED HER?

Judge Perry Belvin

In an interview with the Orlando Sentinel, former Orange-Osceola Circuit Judge Belvin Perry Jr. provided his theory where he believed that tot-mom Casey Anthony killed her daughter, Caylee Anthony, by trying to quiet the child with chloroform. According to Belvin’s theory, she accidentally used too much, resulting in the death of Caylee. With this theory, Belvin said, and if jurors had come to that conclusion, they might have found her guilty of second-degree murder or manslaughter.  During the interview Perry stated that he did not find fault with the verdict but said evidence showed that Anthony had gone online to research how to use chloroform as a sedative. Sorry, former Judge Perry may not fault the “Jury of Fools,” but I do. There is no question Casey Anthony should have been convicted of murder, the jury did a great disservice and provided no justice for Caylee. It is something that will haunt them all, the rest of their lives.

Former Circuit Judge Belvin Perry Jr. on Wednesday said he believes Casey Anthony may have killed her daughter by accident when she tried to quiet the child with chloroform and simply used too much.

It’s a theory, he said, and if jurors had come to that conclusion, they might have found her guilty of second-degree murder or manslaughter.

VIA NBC News:

The judge who presided over Casey Anthony’s murder trial says the Florida mother may have killed her 2-year-old daughter by accident.

Anthony may have been trying to quiet the child, Caylee, with chloroform and accidentally used too much, former Circuit Judge Belvin Perry Jr. said Wednesday in an interview with the Orlando Sentinel.

“There was a possibility that she may have utilized that to keep the baby quiet … and just used too much of it, and the baby died,” he said.

“As I’ve expressed, the only person that really knows what happened was Casey,” he said.

Anthony, now 30, was acquitted in a trial that was broadcast live on television and garnered worldwide attention.

Perry didn’t fault the verdict but said evidence showed Anthony had gone online to research how to use chloroform as a sedative.

Ryan Alexander Duke Arrested

UPDATE I: Tara Grinstead: Ex-student accused of murdering missing Georgia teacher.

Ryan Alexander Duke has been arrested in connection with the death of Tara Grinstead, Georgia Bureau of Investigation spokesman J.T. Ricketson said.

Authorities said Duke was arrested Wednesday evening after a tipster came forward with new information this week.

“This gentleman (Duke) never came up on our radar through the investigation,” Ricketson said. Asked if more arrests were possible, he said, “That’s a very good question. Again, we have several more interviews to do.”

Ricketson declined to say how Grinstead and Duke knew each other and would not say if authorities know what became of Grinstead’s body.

Connie Grinstead, the missing woman’s stepmother, told reporters she thanked God “for answered prayers.”

“We always believed that it would be solved,” she said, reading a statement at the courthouse news conference. “We just did not know when.”
