27 year old Zachary Adams was been charged with aggravated kidnapping and the first degree murder of Holly Bobo. A Decatur County grand jury returned an indictment against Zachary Adams. Holly Bobo was been missing since April 13, 2011 in Parsons, TN when she was seen being lead away into the woods from her home by a man wearing camouflage. Last week, search warrants were executed at property off Highway 69 in Decatur County that was owned by Zach Adams.

Murder and kidnapping charges were filed Wednesday in the disappearance of Parsons, Tenn., nursing student Holly Bobo, marking the first major break in the case since she vanished nearly three years ago.
A Decatur County grand jury returned an indictment against Zachary Adams, 27, whose property was searched by law enforcement Friday in connection with Bobo’s disappearance.
The announcement was made during a news conference Wednesday held jointly by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, and the 24th Judicial District Attorney General’s Office.
When TBI Director Mark Gwyn read the charges against Adams — especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder — there were audible gasps and a few screams from the audience.
UPDATE I: West Tennessee DA will consider whether to pursue death penalty in Holly Bobo case.
It was simply heart-breaking watching today’s press conference when TBI Director Mark Gwyn referenced that the Decatur County grand jury returned an indictment against Zachary Adams of first degree murder. You could hear several audible gasps of grief and crying. Just simply crushing. The DA’s office will review the case to consider whether it is a death penalty case. One has to wonder whether Adams will accept a deal for life in prison if he provides where Holly Bobo’s body is located.
A West Tennessee prosecutor said his office will consider whether to pursue the death penalty against a 29-year-old man indicted on charges of especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree felony murder in the case of Holly Bobo.
A grand jury indicted Zachary Rye Adams on Wednesday. He remains in jail on a $1 million bond on an unrelated charge.
Our thought and prayers are with the family and friends of Holly Bobo. God Bless.
UPDATE II: Country music star Whitney Duncan, cousin of kidnapped and murdered Holly Bobo, tweeted after the devastating news from the TBI press conference.
Duncan tweeted shortly after the charges were announced. “Words can’t describe the heartbreak,” she wrote. “Thank u for the prayers.”

26 Year Old, Pregnant, St. Mary’s University Canadian Student, Loretta Saunders Missing Since 2/13/14 Has Been Found Dead in New Brunswick (Update: Blake Leggette & Victoria Lea Henneberry Previously Arrested, Now Charged with First Degree Murder)
Loretta Saunders – Facebook
26 year old Loretta Saunders, a Canadian student, studying at St.Mary’s University in Halifax has been missing since February 13, 2014. Saunders is a criminology major was writing her honors thesis on missing and murdered indigenous women when she vanished. Saunders, who was pregnant, went missing on Feb. 13 after she allegedly went to collect rent money from Leggette and Henneberry, who were subletting a Cowie Hill Road apartment from her. Saunders was last seen alive on Feb. 13 in Halifax; however , her car, a 2000 Toyota Celica, was recovered near Windsor, Ont. on Feb. 18 and Henneberry and Leggette were both charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
Sadly, two weeks after going missing, Loretta Saunders’ remains were found Wednesday on the median of the Trans-Canada Highway west of Salisbury, New Brunswick, according to Halifax Police.
Loretta Saunders’ body was found Wednesday afternoon in New Brunswick, not long after police ruled the missing Saint Mary’s University student’s case a homicide.
Investigators from the RCMP in New Brunswick and Halifax police located the remains just west of Salisbury, in the median off Route 2 of the Trans-Canada Highway, Halifax police said in a news release issued just after 6 p.m.

Halifax police laid first-degree murder charges Thursday against Loretta Saunders’ two roommates, saying the Saint Mary’s University student was killed at her apartment the day she went missing.
The pregnant Saunders, 26, died at the 41 Cowie Hill Rd. apartment Feb. 13, Supt. Jim Perrin of the Halifax Regional Police-RCMP integrated criminal investigation division said at a news conference.
Saunders had gone that day to collect rent money from Blake Leggette, 25, and Victoria Lea Henneberry, 28, whom Saunders’ boyfriend called subletters rather than roommates.
Charges of first-degree murder mean that police believe the crime was premeditated. Perrin said he does not foresee further charges at this point.
Henneberry and her boyfriend Leggette are due to face the charges in Halifax provincial court this morning, regional police said late Thursday afternoon.

Where Are the Black Leaders on This … 72% of the Babies Aborted in Mississippi Are Black Between 1995 and 2010 … More Black Babies Aborted Than Born in NYC in 2012
Where is the outrage from Barack Obama, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other black political and religious leaders on the genocide of black babies?
As reported at CNS News, data published by the CDC, although whites far outnumbered blacks in Mississippi by a 2 to 1 margin, 71.67% of the babies aborted are black, while only 26.6% are white during the years of 1995 and 2010. The reports shows that in some years, the percentages were even higher, in 2009, for example, the percentage of black babies killed by abortion in Mississippi in relation to the total was 76.8%. In 2007, it was 77.8%; in 2005, 77.2% Protein Wisdom makes a startling but true and valid point, “It’s like ‘Mississippi Burning’, only instead of redneck Klan members (who were Democrats, let’s remember), we now have the “pro-woman” “choice” crowd pushing its agenda on a race Margaret Sanger …”.
Where is Barack Obama saying that he could have been that aborted baby as he did when he interjected himself into the Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman murder trial? Where is the outrage of this genocide?
MISSISSIPPI BURNING ABORTING
Although whites outnumber blacks in Mississippi by nearly 2-to-1, 71.67% of the babies aborted in Mississippi are black, while 26.6% are white.
Based on data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 39,052 black babies were killed by abortions in Mississippi between 1995 and 2010. During that same time period, 14,529 white babies were aborted in the Magnolia State.
The total number of abortions between 1995 and 2010 in Mississippi was 54,484. In addition to blacks and whites, that number also includes abortions among Hispanics, “Other” (meaning Asian and Native American), and “Unknown,” as published by the CDC.
The data from the CDC should make black leaders cringe, but instead they are silent. So who profits and who loses from Planned Parenthood?
Year White Abortions Black Abortions
2010 415 1,646
2009 499 1,871
2008 611 2,079
2007 583 2,254
2006 665 2,250
2005 672 2,348
2004 837 2,650
2003 957 2,764
2002 970 2,605
2001 960 2,574
2000 1,039 2,659
1999 1,060 2,754
1998 1,215 2,702
1997 1,418 2,852
1996 1,340 2,805
1995 1,288 2,239
TOTAL: 14,529 39,052
But wait, it gets worse. Also reported by CNS News, more black babies were killed by abortion in New York City than born.
In 2012, there were more black babies killed by abortion (31,328) in New York City than were born there (24,758), and the black children killed comprised 42.4% of the total number of abortions in the Big Apple, according to a report by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
The report is entitled, Summary of Vital Statistics 2012 The City of New York, Pregnancy Outcomes, and was prepared by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Vital Statistics. (See Pregnancy Outcomes NYC Health 2012.pdf)

Finally After 25 Years, Michael Taylor Executed in Missouri for the 1989 Kidnap, Rape & Murder of 15 Year Old Ann Harrison in Kansas City
IT’S ABOUT TIME … GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!
47 year old Michael Taylor was finally put to death and pronounced dead Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 12: 10 a.m. at the state prison in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Taylor was executed for the 1989 rape and murder of 15 year old Ann Harrison, as the Kansas City teen waited for the school bus. 1989!!! Are you kidding that it took 25 years for the appeals process to run their course before this rapist/murder was given the death penalty? UNREAL! There is some thing serious wrong with a legal system that takes a quarter of a century to provide justice. Isn’t it amazing, sickening, that we have a system that is more concerned with how the convicted murderers die than the victim?
Om March 22, 1989 Michael Taylor and Roderick Nunley abducted Ann Harrison as she waited for the school bus in her driveway, pulled her into a stolen car, took her to a home, raped her and then fatally stabbed Harrison as she pleaded for her life. Roderick Nunley has also been sentenced to death.
A Missouri inmate was executed early Wednesday for abducting, raping and killing a Kansas City teenager as she waited for her school bus in 1989, marking the state’s fourth lethal injection in as many months.
Michael Taylor, 47, was pronounced dead at 12: 10 a.m. at the state prison in Bonne Terre. Federal courts and the governor had refused last-minute appeals from his attorneys, who argued that the execution drug purchased from a compounding pharmacy could have caused Taylor inhuman pain and suffering.
Taylor offered no final statement, though he mouthed silent words to his parents, clergymen and other relatives who witnessed his death. As the process began, he took two deep breaths before closing his eyes for the last time. There were no obvious signs of distress.
Michael Taylor
Family still struggling with Ann Harrison’s murder.
“Ann was a very loving, caring, innocent young girl. She loved her sports, she loved her music, most of all she loved her family,” her uncle Paul Harrison said.
With the killers still making headlines, the hurt is still there for the family.
“It just brings back a lot of bad memories. It’s also justice being served,” Paul said.
Of course Michael Taylor’s defense attorneys questioned the execution drug purchased from a compounding pharmacy that could have caused Taylor inhuman pain and suffering and looked for a stay. Thankfully, U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied several petitions on Tuesday night for a last minute stay or further judicial review and fustice was finally served after 25 years. However, the best rebuttal to that ridiculous comment came from Pete Edlund, the retired Kansas City police detective who led the investigation into the teenager’s death who said, “Cruel and unusual punishment would be if we killed them the same way they killed Annie Harrison. Get a damn rope, string them up, put them in the gas chamber. Whatever it takes.”
UPDATE I: Almost 25 years later, murder victim Ann Harrison is a lasting memory.
The rest of the city may remember her as the girl kidnapped from in front of her house while waiting for the school bus.
But to her friends, who have grown into women with careers and children of their own, she is forever in their thoughts as that smiling, pretty, brown-haired girl who loved softball and music.
“Ann deserves to be remembered for the wonderful spirit that she was, and continues to be, for her family, friends and community,” said Tina Thomasee.
Next month, on the anniversary of her death, friends are planning a ceremony to commemorate her life.
Barrett and Ann shared classes. They played on the same softball team, coached by Ann’s father, and they were bandmates. Ann played the flute, and Barrett wonders if Ann would have pursued a career in music.
“She loved playing the flute,” Barrett said. “She was really good.”
Ann’s death was a life-altering event for Barrett and other children who knew her.
“It just wasn’t in my realm of possibility at that age,” she said.
Previously, they rode their bikes around the neighborhood and walked everywhere without worry.
“After that, no more,” she said. “It changed the way I think of the world.”
