Police Believe Body Found May Be Missing 24 Year Old Detroit Woman Kajavia Globe

The body was found Monday night Fielding Street, in the area of 7 Mile Road and Evergreen appears to be that of missing 24 year old Kajavia Globe. However, positive identification needs to be confirmed by the medical examiner. Family members filed a missing persons report Saturday, December 12.

The police are stating that there was evidence of foul play in the disappearance of Kajavia Globe. Her vehicle  was found abandoned on Chatham Street, near Telegraph Road and Fenkel, early Monday morning, 3 days after she went missing and surveillance video showed a masked man using Globe’s bank card to withdraw cash at an ATM at 7 Mile Road and Telegraph, late Friday afternoon.

Detroit police are working to confirm whether a body found Monday on the city’s west side is that of a missing 24-year-old woman.

The body was found early Monday evening on Fielding Street, in the area of 7 Mile Road and Evergreen. Police and family members were at the scene.

Assistant police chief Steve Dolunt told reporters that though authorities believe the body belongs to Globe, confirmation by the medical examiner is required.

“We’ve got the body of a black female, appears to be in her 20s, in the backyard of this location,” Dolunt said. “At this time, it appears to be our missing [person], we can’t confirm it until the medical examiner gets here. At this time, we cannot confirm the cause of death.”

Earlier Monday, police said there was evidence of foul play in the disappearance of Kajavia Globe.

Globe’s car was found abandoned on Chatham Street, near Telegraph Road and Fenkel, early Monday morning — three days after she went missing.

About two miles from that location, police say surveillance video shows a masked man using Globe’s bank card to withdraw cash at an ATM at 7 Mile Road and Telegraph, late Friday afternoon.

Newly released emails show that a senior Defense Department official offered the State Department “forces that could move to Benghazi” immediately during the deadly 2012 attack there on the American consulate.

Jeremy Bash, the former Pentagon chief of staff, offered to provide forces at 7:19 p.m. on the evening of the attack, “only hours after they had begun,” according to Judicial Watch, which disclosed the email on Tuesday.

“We have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak,” Bash wrote.

Portions of the email remain redacted by the Obama administration.

“The Obama administration redacted the details of the military forces available, oddly citing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption that allows the withholding of ‘deliberative process’ information,” according to Judicial Watch.

The newly disclosed email contradicts testimony to Congress by Obama administration officials who cited the inability to immediately provide forces in response to the attack.

Defending the Obama administration’s lack of military response to the nearly six-hour-long attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Panetta claimed that “time, distance, the lack of an adequate warning, events that moved very quickly on the ground prevented a more immediate response.”

The first assault occurred at the main compound at about 9:40 pm local time – 3:40 p.m. ET in Washington, DC.  The second attack on a CIA annex 1.2 miles away began three hours later, at about 12 am local time the following morning – 6 p.m. ET.

All last week the NYDN ran editorial covers on their front page following the San Bernardino radical-Islamist terrorist slaughter that saw 14 innocent lives lost, first they did the prayer shaming cover, then the one calling the NRA chief a “terrorist” who is just as bad as mass killer and now they have outdone themselves. Linda Stasi, a Daily News columnist, has penned a piece stating that a right-wing Christian who was murdered and one of the 14 innocent people killed by Islamic terrorists, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik,  in San Bernardino was just as evil as they were.

They were two hate-filled, bigoted municipal employees interacting in one department. Now 13 innocent people are dead in unspeakable carnage.

The other man quietly stewed and brewed his bigotry, collecting the kind of arsenal that the Facebook poster would have envied.

What they didn’t realize is that except for their different religions they were in many ways similar men who even had the same job.

What kind of newspaper publishes it?” How in the hell does one equate an individual who was savagely murdered at the hands of a terrorist to an innocent victim who was just expressing their God given First Amendment rights of free speech? Nicholas Thalasinos, a victim of terrorism, never once killed another person because of his views or opinions. It is vile, utterly vile, that Linda Stasi and the Daily News would speak of a murdered man that way. So, what, does the Daily News now reserve the right to look into the opinions of all murder victims, and if they don’t like what they see, publish columns saying that they are no better than the man who slaughtered them?
