13 year old Jonathan Marshall King has been missing since Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in Gresham, Oregon. According to reports, Marshall disappeared on his way to school on Tuesday morning. Marshall attends the Gordon Russell Middle School. Although the missing teen does not have a history of running away, the police believe he did so as Marshall had to his sister he had planned to. Also, Marshall had taken some items that led them to believe he ran away. The missing teens  parents have distributed flyers, spoken to friends and posted on social media, but so far have had no luck in finding their son.

Jonathan Marshall King, who goes by Marshall, lives east of Gresham. He disappeared on his way to school Tuesday morning, family members said.

Police believe he ran away because he told his sister he planned to do that. However, police said he does not have a history of that behavior so they are concerned about his safety and asking for the public’s help. Police said there is no indication something suspicious happened to King, but they say that doesn’t mean he isn’t in danger.

His family posted hundreds of fliers on Saturday in Portland and in Gresham along Powell Valley Road. King was supposed to walk about a mile on Powell Valley Road on his way to Gordon Russell Middle School.

Description:
