51 year old Robin Pope has been missing since Saturday morning, March 2, 2013 in Stevensville, MD. Robin L. Pope is a white woman with brown hair, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. Robin Pope was reported missing Saturday by her husband Wayne Pope. The two have been separated since December 2012. Robin Pope had been staying with a friend. Wayne Pope told police that his wife had come to his home to pick up some belongings. Pope stated that he left the home when she arrived and returned around 2 AM Saturday morning. Wayne Pope told police that he found his wife’s car parked in the driveway, but she was not in the house. Also, his dog, a Great Dane was also missing. The dog was later found dead near the home. The State police said, that the dog had “obvious trauma to the upper body.” Also, investigators found Robin Pope’s keys, purse, credit cards, and cash in her car.
Investigators say that Robin Pope, 51, of Stevensville, has been missing since early Saturday morning, when her disappearance was reported by her husband, Wayne Pope Jr. Wayne Pope told authorities that the couple had been separated since December and Robin Pope had been staying at a house owned by a female friend on Kent Island. He said that Robin had come to his home in the 100 block of Beach Road in Stevensville to pick up some belongings. After his wife arrived, Wayne Pope left the home. When he returned at around 2 a.m. Saturday morning, Wayne Pope found his wife’s car parked in the driveway, but did not find her in the house. In addition, Pope said that his dog, a Great Dane was also missing. The dog was later found dead near a pier by the home, with what authorities described as “obvious trauma to the upper torso.” Investigators also found Robin Pope’s keys, purse, credit cards, and cash in her car.
