RSS3 Dead After Record Breaking Storms in Texas & Oklahoma; 12 Missing in Hays County
TEXAS – OKLAHOMA FLOODS …
Total devastation in Texas and Oklahoma, some dead and many still missing as rising flood waters ravaged and destroyed buildings and homes.
Hays County, Texas suffered extensive damage following torrential rain that destroyed more than 350 homes and displaced 1,000 residents, leaving several missing, including the family of a former Nueces County commissioner. There are a reported 12 people missing in Hays County, Texas. The Blanco River, which flows through San Marcos, shot past its previous flood record of 33.3 feet to 40.21 feet late Saturday. Governor Greg Abbott declared a state of disaster in 24 counties, including Hays and Houston, where heavy winds damaged an apartment building and left two people injured Sunday.

Record-setting rains left officials in Texas and Oklahoma scrambling to assess the scope of the damage and destruction Monday as an emergency coordinator told reporters that a dozen people were missing in one county.
The 12 people missing in Hays County, Texas, come from families who had gathered for the long weekend, said Ken Bell, emergency coordinator for San Marcos, one of the cities hardest hit by the storms and flooding.
The group likely includes children, Bell said.
A day after severe weather left three people dead and washed away hundreds of homes in Texas and Oklahoma, the storms are easing up.
But it doesn’t mean the threat is gone.
The torrents that those storms dumped are still too much for river and creek banks to contain, and runoff was peaking early Monday, threatening continued flooding, the National Weather Service warned.

14 year old Frances Monclova has been missing since Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in Chandler, Arizona. Authorities are considering her a runaway.
Frances Monclova has been missing since Wednesday, according to Chandler police spokesman Seth Tyler.
Frances is 5 feet 4 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at Folley Memorial Park in Chandler.

15 Year Old Christa “Shay” Hermanet Missing Since 5/19/15 in Auburn, NY
15 year old Christa “Shay” Hermanet is missing since Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from her group home in Auburn, New York. Detective Bryant Bergenstock said in a news release, the missing teen could be headed to Ontario County, because she has no known contacts in the Auburn area. The authorities stated, they were unsure of the girl’s means of travel and what she was last seen wearing.
Christa “Shay” Hermanet, 15, has been missing from Cayuga Centers at 101 Hamilton Ave. since Tuesday. It is believed she may be headed to Ontario County. She has no known contacts in Auburn.
Hermanet is a white female, approximately 5’4″ and 137 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

16 Year Old Gabrielle Capodicasa Missing in Buffalo, NY
16 year old Gabrielle Capodicasa, a teen with a troubled past, is missing in Buffalo, NY. According to reports, she is known to frequent Lackawanna and west Buffalo. Gabrielle is described as approximately 5′ 7″ tall, 150 lbs., with brown, shoulder-length hair. Distinct black eyebrows. She was last seen wearing a green army jacket and black leggings, carrying a large saddle color purse. According to authorities, Gabrielle Capodicasa has an active Erie County Family Court PINS warrant.

Police say 16-year-old Gabrielle Capodicasa is missing, but frequents Lackawanna and west Buffalo. She was last seen wearing a green army jacket, black leggings and carrying a saddle colored purse.
Capodicasa has an active warrant as a person who is in need of assistance, and police say her family is concerned for her well-being.

15 year old Abigail “Abby” Huston has been missing since Thursday, May 21, 2015 from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. According to her family, Abby left a note behind Thursday morning. Also, Abby had left other notes that were found that indicated that she and a friend, 15 year old Veronica Manson, may have headed for Boystown on Chicago’s North Side. Abby is described as 5’7″, 135 lbs., with blue eyes. The missing teen may have been spotted at a Detroit Greyhound bus station.

Abigail “Abby” Huston went missing Thursday morning and left a note behind. Her parents say other notes they found indicated she and a friend, Veronica Manson, also 15, may have headed for Boystown on Chicago’s North Side.
Her parents say they believe she has been motivated by a need to connect with the gay and transgender community and that Abby and her friend may have been inspired by the story of Bruce Jenner and other news to pursue changes in their lifestyles.
