According to a report from CBS – Pittsburgh, 15 year old Allan Littlejohn was beaten, robbed and tossed over a hillside like a discarded bag of trash. To make matters worse, Littlejohn has a form of Muscular Dystrophy. The 15 year old teen wears braces on his legs, walks with a limp. Making matters even  worse the individual responsible for the attack was his supposed best friend. Allan Littlejohn was found 24 hours later after he had gone with his friend to the store. Littlejohn had been reported missing Wednesday afternoon. Kenny Murphy later turned him self in to police and said there was a disagreement that led to the fight in Grandview Park. Disagreement, then why did you rob the kid? Didn’t mean to hurt him? I would hate to see what would have happened if this punk did mean to.

We had a little disagreement and then we walked down to Grandview where we fought and after we fought I left,” said Murphy. “I wasn’t trying to hurt him bad like I did. I regret it but I can’t take it back now. I’m sorry Alan.”

Beaten, robbed and tossed over a hillside like a bag of trash, that’s how an angry father describes what happened to his 15-year-old son. And the attacker, he says, is the boy’s best friend.

The victim, Allan Littlejohn, 15, has a form of muscular dystrophy. His father, also named Allan, says his son wears braces on his legs, walks with a limp, and has poor balance.

The teen’s father told KDKA’s Brenda Waters his son’s friend, a 16-year-old, called him Tuesday night, asking him to go to the store. That was around 10:30 p.m. At some point, something went terribly wrong and the friend turned on him, his father said.

The victim’s father says his son’s best friend of three years is responsible for the beating, resulting in a concussion and bleeding of the ears and nose.

“He grabbed my son by the neck, choked him out, stepped on his face, robbed him, stabbed him in the neck, took his cellphone so he couldn’t call for help. He was in Grandview Park, took him and threw him over the hill,” he said. “He was 21 feet down.”

18 Year Old Caroline Karimi Missing Since 7/29/13 in West Los Angeles, CA (Update: Found Safe in Wyoming)

18 year old Caroline Karimi has been missing since Monday,  July 29, 2013 in West Los Angeles, California. Caroline Karimi was last seen at 7 am on Monday at her home in the 2900 block of Queensbury Street in the West Los Angeles area.  Karimi a volunteer at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. Prior to her going to the hospital reports say that she used her credit card to buy gas and then she  was spotted on surveillance video at a nearby Vons supermarket, where she used her credit card to buy a sandwich. The video then shows her getting back into her metallic light green Prius and leaving the parking lot alone. At 7:25 am she texted her mother that she was headed to the hospital; however, she never arrived. According to the girl’s father her credit cards have not been used since and her cell phone has been turned off.

She was then spotted on surveillance video at a nearby Vons supermarket, where she used her credit card to to buy a sandwich at the deli, Karimi said.

The video showed her leaving the parking lot alone.

A few minutes later, the teenager texted her mother to say she was on her way to the hospital, but she never arrived.

Karimi and her father were scheduled to board an American Airlines flight Wednesday morning from LAX to Boston to attend a family gathering.

The teenager has brown hair and green eyes.

She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds

She was driving a 1997 light green Toyota Prius with California license plate No. 5YVV475.

UPDATE I: Public’s Help Sought in Finding Missing SoCal Teen.

Caroline Karimi was last seen at her home in the 2900 block of Queensbury Street (map) in West Los Angeles, according to an LAPD statement. Her family told NBC4 she was last seen on Monday.

“We are looking for information — if somebody saw her, some kind of police report that her car was found,” said her father, Dr. Ardeshir Karimi. “It’s devastating.”

Karimi never arrived for work at the San Gabriel Valley Medical Center — which is highly unusual, her family told police.

UPDATE II:  Caroline Karimi found safe in Wyoming. She had taken a road trip with friend, UNREAL! Talk about a lapse in judgement.

An 18-year-old woman who was reported missing this week has been found in Wyoming with friends after taking an unannounced road trip, her father told NBC4.

Caroline Karimi of West Los Angeles sent her mother a text late Wednesday saying she was in Wyoming with friends, according to her father, Dr. Ardeshir Karimi.

“She told her mom she just wanted to spend some time with her friends before college started,” Ardeshir Karimi said.

11 Year Old Kiara Miller & 13 Year Old Santaria Norwood Missing Since July 27, 2013 in Milwaukee, WI (Update: Kiara L. Miller has been found safe)

11 year old Kiara Miller and 13 year old Santaria Norwood have been missing since Saturday afternoon, July 27, 2013 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The two girls were last seen at 6:00 pm heading to play at Washington Park Saturday afternoon. The girls showed up at Kiara’s home, in the 4400 block of W. North Ave., at 6 p.m. and asked to go back to the park. Before they were allowed to walk off again, her mom gave Kiara a curfew of 8 p.m. However, they never returned home following their 8:00 p.m. curfew. Kiara Miller’s mother searched the park with a car and checked at Norwood’s home but couldn’t find the girls. Kiara’s mom, Vanessa Moralez, reported them missing at 12:21 a.m. Sunday.

Description of missing girls:

Kiara is 5 feet 1 inch and 145 pounds, has curly shoulder-length black hair and lives in the 4400 block of W. North Ave. She was last seen wearing a pink Abercrombie & Fitch zip-up sweater, blue jeans and Nike tennis shoes in gray, white and pink.

Sanaria, who also goes by the nickname Ri-Ri, is 5 feet 1 inch, 90 pounds, has short curly black hair with blond highlighted tips. She lives in the 2500 block of N. 39th St. She was last seen wearing pink and white pajama pants, a purple tank top and a purple Gucci sweatshirt.

UPDATE I: One girl has been reportedly found … Kiara L. Miller has been found safe.

Milwaukee police reported late Sunday night that one of two missing middle-school girls had been found, and they were hoping to have information on the other soon. The girls had been missing since 6 p.m. Saturday.

Kiara L. Miller, 11, a sixth-grader at Waukesha Middle School, was reported found. She was safe and police were talking to her just before midnight. No information on where she was found was available.

Her friend, Sanaria R. Norwood, 13, an eighth-grader at Roosevelt Middle School, remained missing as of midnight.

Amber Alert Issued for 13 Year Old Kathryn Botelho Missing Since 7/24/13 in Portsmouth, RI (Update: Kathryn Botelho Found Alive) (Update: NJ Man Daniel Berger Arrested, Faces Sex Crime Charges)

An Amber Alert has been issued for 13 year old Kathryn Botelho who has been missing since Wednesday morning, July 24, 2013 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Botelho’s mother reported the girl missing Wednesday morning. According to the State police, Kathryn Botelho was last seen leaving her house at 59 Ferry Landing Circle with an unknown man driving a red Chrysler.  Police say a witness saw someone matching Botelho’s description leave the family home with a white male described as being 40-45 years old, unshaven, 5-foot 9-inches tall with a thin build. The car was described as a Chrysler Concord or Sebring, with faded paint and possible New Jersey license plates.

Kathryn Botelho – Missing

Kathryn Botelho, 13, of 59 Ferry Landing Circle, was described as four feet, eleven inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She wore a Alex and Ani bracelet. Her clothing was not described.

Interim police chief Jeffrey Furtado said, “These types of cases can be anything but routine when it’s a person of this age” who had been gone so long.

State troopers with K-9 dogs joined Portsmouth officers as they searched the area.

UPDATE I: An update to the description of missing Kathryn Botelho:

Police say the victim, Kathyrn Botelho is approximately 4’11” with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black skirt and a blue sapphire Alex and Ani bracelet.

UPDATE II:  Missing Teen Left With Mysterious Man, Without Cell Phone.

“According to the witness, the young female was seen leaving the area with the male in an older model red Chrysler Concord or Sebring with faded paint and possibly NJ registration,” said Interim Chief of Police Jeffrey Furtado.

“According to the witness, it appeared to be a voluntarily departure,” Furtado added during a press conference Wednesday at 4 p.m.

“She has not been seen or heard from since about 9 a.m. this morning.”

Kathryn also left without a cell phone, but with an iPod and some clothing, according to the interim police chief.

Portsmouth police issued a CodeRed and Amber Alert.

Police say they’ve found a 13-year-old girl reported missing from her home in Portsmouth.

A Portsmouth Police spokesman said early Thursday that the girl was found alive and that an Amber Alert issued for her has been canceled. He says authorities will issue a statement with additional details later in the day.

UPDATE II: 27 year old Daniel Berger from New Jersey arrested and faces sex crime charges in connection with the abduction of 13 year old Kathryn Botelho.

A Passaic County man has been arrested in the connection with a missing 13-year-old girl from Rhode Island.

Daniel Berger, 27, of the Haskell section of Wanaque, has been charged with one count of transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

The girl was found by FBI agents at 12:30 this morning after information led them to Berger’s apartment on Ringwood Avenue in Haskell, the Providence Journal reported.

She appeared disheveled and cried “Please help me,” according to the Journal.

Agents questioned the man in the apartment who told them Berger was his roommate and that he had brought the girl there.

5 Year Old Jocelyn Rojas Abducted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania Saved by 15 Year Old Temar Boggs and his Friend from a Sex Offender (Kidnapper ID’d as Registered Sex Offender Harold Herr)

As we are surrounded by so many who only want to cause trouble, promote vigilantism and divide us … along comes two heroes where race was irrelevant and all that mattered was the safety of a 5 year old little girl. God bless these two kids who stepped up, made a difference and saved a child from a certain peril at the hands of her abductor.

Five year old Jocelyn Rojas was kidnapped while playing in her front yard at the Lancaster Arms apartments  in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. According to police, Jocelyn Rojas was lured away from her home by a man who promised her ice cream.  The search began for the 5 year old girl as 15 year old Temar Boggs and his friend Chris Garcia took off on their bicycles trying to find her.  About two hours later and about a half mile away from her home, the two boys spotted Jocelyn in a sedan and chased after the car on their bikes. After being followed, eventually the kidnapper let the child out of the car. She ran to Temar and said that she needed her mom.

From The Raw Story, speaking to a reporter with Lancaster Online on Saturday, 15-year-old Temar Boggs said he was helping move an elderly woman’s couch at a nearby apartment complex Thursday evening when someone approached asking if he’d seen a little girl.

Two teenage boys are being hailed as heroes after they chased a car carrying a kidnapped girl — on their bicycles.

Five-year-old Jocelyn Rojas was playing in her front yard in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, when she vanished Thursday afternoon. Authorities believe she was abducted by a man who lured her by offering ice cream.

For two hours, neighbors and police scoured the area and asked if anyone had seen her.

Police are looking for the suspect, described as a white male between 50 and 70 years old. He was driving a reddish-purple or maroon car with round taillights.  The man was wearing green shoes, green pants and a red-and-white striped shirt. He walked with a limp.

As reported at US News, on Monday the Lancaster County district attorney identified a registered sex offender, Harold Herr, as a person of interest in a potential kidnapping case.
