18 year old Dalton Hayes and 13-year old Cheyenne Phillips have finally been arrested by police. The teen couple dubbed the teen Bonnie and Clyde were arrested Sunday morning in Panama City Beach, Florida. Where else would you find two teens in Florida, but Panama City. Police found them asleep in a 2011 Toyota Tundra that was stolen in Henry County, Georgia. They were arrested without incident. Hayes and Phillips went missing on January 3, 2015 from their small hometown in Grayson County, KY. The two find themselves in a world of trouble after their crime spree across the South, stealing multiple vehicles and the use of stolen checks.
Two teenagers who have blazed a trail of crime in the South were arrested Sunday morning in Panama City Beach, Florida, authorities said in a statement.
US Marshal’s Service and local police discovered 18-year-old Dalton Hayes and 13-year-old Cheyenne Phillips asleep in a 2011 Toyota Tundra that was stolen in Henry County, Georgia, Grayson County Sheriff officials said.
Law enforcement surrounded the truck and apprehended the two individuals without incident.
Police said the process has begun to get both teenagers back to Kentucky to answer for multiple felony charges.

The US Marshals service say they have caught two Grayson County teenagers accused of a string of crimes spanning multiple states.
The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and Dalton Hayes, 18, since Jan. 3, when Cheyenne’s father first reported her missing.
The two have managed to evade police since then, traveling 597 miles to Manning, South Carolina, and another 256 miles to Henry County, Georgia.
The couple is suspected of stealing multiple vehicles and using forged checks along the way.

16 Year Old Karla Galarza Missing Since 1/13/15 in in the Bronx, NY (Update: Found Safe)
16 year old Karla Galarza has been missing since Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in the Bronx, New York. The New York State Police said, the special needs 16 year old girl was last seen about 5 p.m. Tuesday leaving the New York City Workforce Career Center, located at 358 East 149th St. in the Bronx. Karla Galarza has low cognitive function, bi-polar disorder and other psychiatric conditions. According to the police, Karla Galarza got into an argument and stormed out of the therapist’s office in the middle of the session.

Karla is described as white, hispanic, 5-foot-8, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder length hair last seen in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing eye glasses, faded gray jeans, calf-high black boots and a pink polar fleece with a pink down vest.
Karla has been diagnosed with significant develop mental disabilities, low cognitive function, bi-polar disorder and other psychiatric conditions, police said. She is in need of multiple prescription medications. She has family and friends in various areas of the Bronx.
UPDATE I: Missing 16-year-old girl with special needs spotted in Times Square.
A frantic search is on for a 16-year-old girl with special needs who has been missing for nearly two days and was last spotted in Times Square asking for directions to a toy store.
Galarza was spotted about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on a Manhattan-bound No. 2 train. Police believe she exited at the 42nd St-Times Square station and asked someone for directions to Toys R Us.

A 16-year-old girl with special needs has been found safe, nearly two days after she disappeared from the Bronx, state police said.
Karla Galarza was found Thursday evening, though the details of her discovery were not released to the public.

Cheyenne Phillips, 13, was reported missing on Jan. 3. Officials say they think she might be with Dalton Hayes, 18. Deputies say he is wanted for custodial interference and other charges.
Deputies say the behavior of the teens continues to become increasingly “brazen and dangerous.” They have both fled police on two occasions. They are possibly in a red 2006 Toyota Tacoma extended cab 4WD, but may have ditched it and stolen another vehicle.
Grayson County sheriff: Missing girl, boyfriend involved in car thefts.
Sheriff Norman Chaffins said the two have been evading deputies and they’re now accused of stealing two cars. He said the couple stole one car, crashed it, ran from authorities, then stole another car.
They may still be in a red 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Authorities say a gun was inside the stolen car, without ammunition.
“The situation has become increasingly dangerous, not just for those two, but for citizens and for law enforcement,” Chaffins said.
Deputies said the two likely have no money and the sheriff is worried what they’ll do to get some cash.

The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a missing 13-year-old and her 18-year-old boyfriend were in South Carolina this week.
Cheyenne Phillips and Dalton Hayes were spotted Monday at a Walmart in the town of Manning.

Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and her 18-year old boyfriend Dalton Hayes went missing two weeks ago. No one knows exactly where they are now, but police — guided by a trail of criminal activity and surveillance video that stretches through at least three states – know exactly where they’ve been.
“It is imperative that these two be located and apprehended as their behavior is becoming increasingly brazen and dangerous,” the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office in Kentucky said in a statement according to NBC News.

Two missing Kentucky teenagers suspected of a crime spree across the South have been spotted in Florida, where they were seen panhandling, police told NBC News on Friday.
Grayson County, Georgia, Sheriff Norman Chaffins said 18-year-old Dalton Hayes and his 13-year-old girlfriend Cheyenne Phillips, may be staying in camps or homeless shelters and could have the weapons that were in one of the vehicles they allegedly stole.

The Kentucky man who, with his underage lover drew comparisons to Bonnie and Clyde before their multi-state crime spree ended in their arrest early Sunday, will “face the consequences” in a Florida courtroom this morning.
Tammy Martin, the mother of 18-year-old Dalton Hayes, who took off from his Kentucky home with a 13-year-old girl earlier this month, said she had urged the pair to surrender and “face the consequences.” They were arrested without incident as they slept in a stolen pickup truck in Panama City, Fla. Hayes was scheduled to make an 8:30 a.m. court appearance via video hookup, according to the Bay County jail records in the Panama City area.

16 year old Christine Ji Woo Kang has been missing since Friday, January 2, 2015 from Scarsdale, New York. The teen disappeared from her home at 12 Robin Hill Road in Scarsdale around 8:30 p.m. after getting into an argument with her parents. She has a history of leaving her residence under similar circumstances but has always returned home. According to authorities, the Edgemont High School junior was last seen wearing a mint green flannel shirt, white pajama pants with a pink and green snowflake design and UGG boots; however, left home without a cell phone, money or jacket.
Christine Ji Woo Kang, 16, disappeared from her home at 12 Robin Hill Road in Scarsdale around 8:30 p.m. Friday after getting into an argument with her parents, police said.
Kang is 5’6? tall and weighs around 120 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Christine Ji Woo Kang was seen standing on a Scarsdale train platform and then boarding a train bound for Grand Central Terminal around 10:18 p.m., police said. They are working with Metropolitan Transportation Authority police on where she disembarked from the train, Greenburgh police Capt. Brian Ryan said Monday night.
UPDATE II: Missing teen Christine Ji Woo Kang last seen in Manhattan.
Police have confirmed missing Edgemont 16-year-old Christine Ji Woo Kang made it to Manhattan after boarding a Metro-North train in Scarsdale on Friday night.
Kang can be seen on surveillance video leaving Grand Central Terminal via the Lexington Avenue exit at about 11 p.m., Greenburgh police Lt. Michael D’Alessio said.
However, there have been no confirmed sightings of the high school junior since then – and she has yet to contact her family, he said Tuesday afternoon.
UPDATE III: Searchers comb NYC for Christine Ji Woo Kang.
More than 200 people spread out over a 10-block radius around Grand Central Terminal on Saturday, searching for missing Edgemont teen Christine Ji Woo Kang.
The search was the biggest coordinated effort since Kang left her Robin Hill Road home Jan. 2 following an argument with her parents.

A missing teenager who left her Westchester home more than a week ago wearing only pajamas was found Sunday in Manhattan, police said.
The teenager, 16-year-old Ji Woo “Christine” Kang, was located at about 7:45 p.m. at St. Agnes Church on East 43rd Street.
She was safe and in the custody of MTA police, Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney said.

19 year old Erika VonDwingelo has been missing since New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in Naugatuck, Connecticut. Erika VonDwingelo was last seen heading out on a date with a man named ‘Chris’ around 8 p.m. Wednesday. This was her first date with “Chris” who she had met on-line. Police stated it is unknown what the individuals last name is or where they were going. When Erika went out that night, she was picked up outside by he her date do no one knows the description of her date or the vehicle he was driving.

A first date with a total stranger is feared to be behind the disappearance of a Connecticut teen.
Erika VonDwingelo was last seen by her family heading out on a date with a man she had only met online when she vanished around 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Naugatuck police said.
The 19-year-old revealed her plans only as involving an adult male named “Chris.”
When the teen went out that night, she left her mother’s home and was picked up outside by her date who apparently wasn’t seen by anyone inside, her father said.
