The death of “Hope & Change” for Black America … Have Black finally turned on Barack Obama and figured out that they’ve been played? 

After six disastrous years of the Barack Obama Presidency, the only individuals that truly still back “the worst president” since WWII have been Blacks and liberals. Black Americans may finally be getting a clue and come to the understand that Obama cares little about their plight. Blacks voted for Obama 95% – 4% in 2008 and 93% – 6% in 2012;  however, conditions for blacks under the Obama administration have become worse, not better. In 2008, black unemployment was at 10.1%. In July 2014, the BLS had black unemployment at 10.7%. This is more than double that of Whites. So what happened to that “Hope and Change” that Obama promised? It is even worse for teenage blacks and college graduates. Then there are the “killing fields” of Chicago that Obama has simply ignored.

In the wake of the illegal immigration humanitarian crisis on the US-Mexican border and the so called help that Barack Obama wants to do by throwing billions of dollars at, it would appear that Black America is finally pissed at this president for all of his double speak and failed promises. Has black America figured out that Obama and Democrats care more about Hispanics that they do blacks? What did they expect when they vote as one for one candidate and one party? Their vote is expected, not valued. Legal Insurrection refers to it as, Clash of the Titan special interest groups. Are Hispanics the new black?

It is about time some one in the Black community ripped Obama a new one for his actions. As reported at the Western Journal, Bernadette Lancelin, a Houston resident, is furious that while her kids have gone without any help from anyone and have had nothing for years, illegals pouring into the country on a daily basis have their every need attended to. She does not mince words.

It’s not right,” Lancelin said. “Now billions of dollars want to be borrowed from the White House to help feed and house them. What about the [expletive deleted] kids here? In our neighborhood, in our country? Not just in this neighborhood but in our country!”

“All these kids: really? Why can’t they go back? I’m sorry that their parents are in poor living conditions or surroundings or whatever’s going on,” she continued. “I don’t care. I care about what’s going on right here, in my own back yard, my neighborhood.”

“Am I the only one in this community that’s out here that watches the news every [expletive deleted] morning? Oh my God! I feel alone right now in this, and I’m very saddened by it.”

Chicago Resident: Obama Will Go Down as Worst President Ever

Check out the Chicago – South-side residents ripping Barack Obama a new one in that he cares more about illegals coming into the United States than legal residents in the inner city of Chicago. From the Rebel Pundit, one resident states, “He will probably go down as the worst president ever!”

“With the president setting aside all these funds for immigrants and forsaken African-American community and African-American families, I think that’s a disgrace. And Barack is from the heart of 55th in the City of Chicago… He will probably go down as the worst president ever elected. Bill Clinton was the African-American president.”

Another compared the current state of Black-American life to that during slavery, saying, “Today, if you look at the time that we were brought here as slaves 400 years ago, we got the same results today.”

The disgrace of the Obama years. All those promises, all those votes and the black plight has been made worse.

Koch Brothers Donate $25M to the United Negro College Fund … Sen. Harry Reid (NV-D) Was Unavailable for Comment

Koch Industries Inc. and the Charles Koch Foundation, which are headed by Charles and David  Koch  have donated $25 million to the United Negro College Fund to create a new scholarship program that will help motivated and deserving students not just get to and through school, but to become our next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. Oh those evil Koch Brothers. What say you Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (NV-D), are you going to vilify the Koch brothers for this as well, like you do as a diversion to create a GOP bogeyman?

The billionaire industrialist Koch brothers, known best for shepherding big money to conservative causes and candidates, have given a $25 million grant to the United Negro College Fund, the organization announced Friday.

The money will come from Koch Industries Inc. and the Charles Koch Foundation, which are headed by the brothers. Most of the money ($18.5 million) will go toward a scholarship program. The other $6.5 million is provided for general support to historically black colleges and universities and the UNCF, $4 million of which will be set aside for loan assistance.

The UNCF is the nation’s largest minority education group.

Just how much heat will Michael Lomax, UNCF president and chief executive, receive for the praising of the Koch brothers? He said, “UNCF is proud to announce this new scholarship program that will help motivated and deserving students not just get to and through school, but to become our next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs We are enormously grateful to Koch Industries and the Charles Koch Foundation for their long-standing support of UNCF and for helping to create new opportunities for earned success and a better future for our students.”

Statement from The United Negro College Fund:

The overarching goal of the UNCF/Koch Scholars Program is aimed at broadening educational opportunities so that aspiring African American students can better understand how entrepreneurship, economics, and innovation contribute to well-being for individuals, communities, and society. A key component of the program is based on research from UNCF’s Frederick D. Patterson Research Institute, which found that an annual $5,000 scholarship dramatically increases UNCF’s recipients’ rate of retention and likelihood of completion. Those who graduate with a college degree are expected to earn $1 million more than their peers with a high school diploma over a lifetime. And 79 percent of college-educated African Americans actively participate in the labor force, 3 percentage points higher than Caucasians. Furthermore, multiple studies show that those who earn at least a bachelor’s degree have higher rates of employment, have greater lifetime earnings, are more civically-engaged, and are more likely to establish a college-going tradition in their families. The new program will dedicate $1 million to supporting research to help understand the drivers of success for students in college and beyond.

Charles Koch said, “Increasing well-being by helping people improve their lives has long been our focus.” He went on to say, “We have tremendous respect for UNCF and we are hopeful this investment will further its effectiveness in helping students pursue their dreams.” Just curious Harry Reid, Nanny Pelosi and Barack Obama, what have you really done for African-Americans in pursuing their dreams except keep them government dependent and under this administration more unemployed?

70% of Americans Support Voter ID Laws, Including 51% of Blacks … Why Are Democrats Lawmakers & Obama Against the Will of the American People and Preventing Voter Fraud?

So I guess Democrat law makers and co-called Black leaders would tell you that 70% of Americans are racist.

According to a recent Fox News Poll, 70% of Americans polled agree that there should be voter ID laws passed that required an valid state or federal photo identification in order to be allowed to vote. The survey found that a majority of every demographic supported such a law, including 91% of Republicans, 66% of Independents and even 55% of Democrats. However, many Democratic lawmakers, Black activists and organizations are opposed to strict voter identification laws, claiming they are largely unnecessary and discourage minority voting. They even claim those that would want such a law are hateful, racist and only looking to suppress the minority vote. Of course one needs a valid state or federal ID to cash a check, board an airplane, buy alcohol, obtain a driver’s license at the DMV, any banking transaction including opening an account, obtain SSI disability, buy a gun, donating blood, buy cigarettes, get a US passport, attain unemployment benefits, obtaining a carry gun permit, adopt a child and even buy Sudafed from your local pharmacy. But some how requiring one to do something as important as vote is a burden to minorities. Here is the money line to the poll, 51% of African Americans support voter ID laws, while 46% oppose the laws. Does this mean that the 51% of blacks are racist?

Seven in 10 registered voters are in favor of identification laws in order to root out fraud at the ballot box, according to a Fox News poll released this week.

The survey found majority support in every major demographic, including black voters and Democrats.

The 70 percent who support voter ID laws remains largely unchanged in the past few years. Another 27 percent believe the laws are unnecessary.

The issue has resurfaced recently as Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said Republicans should not go too crazy over the law because they are offending people, African-Americans in particular.

He later clarified he believes the laws should not be a defining issue for Republicans, and they should be left up to the states to decide. A total of 31 states have active voter identification laws, while a handful of others have recently been struck down in state courts.

The survey found majorities of every demographic support the law. Ninety-one percent of Republicans offer support, and 66 percent of independents feel the same.

Doesn’t make one wonder why when pretty much everything in this country requires a photo ID, including to buy, own and carry a gun (a right protected in the US Constitution) that making sure that there are fair elections with no fraud would be opposed by Democrats? So are they pro-voter fraud? But then again, this is coming from the party that is perfectly fine with letting illegals into the United States and then letting them out of jail after committing crimes. If individuals think that minorities cannot some how get a photo ID, maybe something needs to be looked into that as a problem, rather than calling voter ID laws racist.

As stated at TPPN, “All in all, the case against voter ID laws is not only flimsy, it’s downright laughable in its ridiculousness.”

Barack Obama Responds to LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling’s Comments as “Offensive Racist Statements”

You pretty much knew Barack Obama would weigh in on the racist comments from  LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, who was caught on tape telling his girlfriend not to bring black friends to his NBA games. Obama blasted “ignorant” Sterling for his “offensive racist comments.” But where is the LEFT claiming that Republicans are racists? Oh, that is because Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, is a Democrats.

President Obama called the owner of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers basketball team “ignorant” Sunday for reportedly making racist remarks about black people.

“The owner is reported to have said some incredibly offensive racist statements that were published,” Mr. Obama said at a news conference in Malaysia. “I don’t think I have to interpret those statements for you; they kind of speak for themselves. When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance you don’t really have to do anything, you just let them talk.

UGLY INCIDENT IN THE NBA AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GAMES ON THE COURT …

From TMZ, racist comments from the LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racist comments while talking to his girlfriend V. Stiviano. The comments made by Sterling are truly unfortunate and repugnant. It is absolutely astonishing to me that an owner of an NBA franchise whose coach in Doc Rivers is black, your best player Chris Paul is black and so is pretty much most of your team roster can make such a comment like don’t bring black people to the game. But I can guarantee you that J.J. Reddick is just as upset as a Chris Paul or Blake Griffin. Did some one forget to tell this idiot owner that his girlfriend was half Hispanic, half black?

Of course Donald Sterling should be afforded due process, but damn. I honestly can’t see how he could remain owner of this team as why would any black player, or any player with a conscience want to play for a team owned by this guy. However, the court of public opinion has already pretty much found him guilty. The NBA is investigating the situation.

“I will never go to a Clippers game again as long as Donald Sterling is the owner,” Magic Johnson said on Twitter. He also said the alleged comments were “a black eye for the NBA” and said he felt bad that friends such as Rivers and Clippers point guard Chris Paul had to work for Sterling.

The former Clippers guard Baron Davis wrote on Twitter that Sterling’s discrimination has been “going on for a long time

UPDATE II: ESPN has VIDEO of the NBA Commissioner Adam Silver addresses the media on the alleged racist comments by Clippers owner Donald Sterling.

UPDATE III: Comments from the NBA Commissioner from USA Today.

“All members of the NBA family should be awarded due process,” said Silver. “Which is why I’m not yet prepared to issue any potential sanctions against Donald Sterling. We will move extraordinarily quickly. We plan to have this wrapped up in the next few days.”

Silver said he spoke to Sterling, who will not attend Sunday’s playoff game between the Clippers and Golden State Warriors in midst of backlash.

The NBA, labeling the remarks “disturbing and offensive” in an earlier statement, is currently conducting a “full investigation” on the audio, which was obtained by TMZ, and features a man identified as Sterling telling his girlfriend not to bring black people to games. The recorded argument was based on an Instagram photo of Sterling’s girlfriend posing with Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson.

“The core of the investigation is understanding whether the tape is authentic and interviewing Donald Sterling,” Silver said.

UPDATE IV: Sterling’s wife describes alleged mistress as gold digger in lawsuit.

Wow really, she is a gold digger, and I thought it was love. However, that does not change the fact of what Donald Sterling said. Of course it is interesting that the telephone conversation was taped.

Donald Sterling’s wife of more than 50 years describes his alleged mistress as a gold digger who seduces older, wealthy men and persuades them to shower her with gifts, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 7.

The Clippers team owner and a woman identified as V. Stiviano allegedly began an affair after meeting at the 2010 Super Bowl game and were still in the relationship as of the filing date, according to the lawsuit filed by Rochelle H. Sterling, who is described in the suit as “a married woman seeking to protect and recover community property in her individual capacity.”

Rochelle Sterling alleges that her husband used community property to buy Stiviano a 2012 Ferrari, two Bentleys and a 2013 Range Rover, worth a total of more than $500,0000.
