Military Times/Institute for Veterans and Military Families Poll: Most Troops Have an Unfavorable View of Obama
The Not-so Commander in Chief …
The Military Times reports that a recent Military Times/Institute for Veterans and Military Families poll shows that the military has a 51.5% unfavorable rating of Barack Obama, while only 16.4% have a favorable one after eight years. Who had the most unfavorable opinion of Obama of all of the branches of the military, the Marines at 60.3%. The biggest criticism of Obama’s time in office was that he decreased the size of the military while in office, as 71% of those polled said the military needs more personnel. Red State opines that back in 2014, 65% of post-9/11 veterans had a favorable opinion of former President George W. Bush, calling him a good Commander-in-Chief, as opposed to about 42% at that time for President Obama.
President Barack Obama will step down after eight years as commander in chief with one of the most influential tenures leading the U.S. military, but not necessarily the political support of service members.
His moves to slim down the armed forces, move away from traditional military might and overhaul social policies prohibiting the service of minority groups have proven divisive in the ranks. His critics have accused him of trading a strong security posture for political points, and for allowing the rise of terrorists like the Islamic State group whom the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were supposed to silence.
More than half of troops surveyed in the latest Military Times/Institute for Veterans and Military Families poll said they have an unfavorable opinion of Obama and his two-terms leading the military. About 36 percent said they approve of his job as commander in chief.
Their complaints include the president’s decision to decrease military personnel (71 percent think it should be higher), his moves to withdraw combat troops from Iraq (59 percent say it made America less safe) and his lack of focus on the biggest dangers facing America (64 percent say China represents a significant threat to the U.S.)

President-elect Donald Trump Cheered at Army-Navy Game (VIDEO)
GO ARMY, BEAT NAVY … GO TRUMP, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!
President-elect Donald Trump was cheered at today’s Army-Navy game.
Donald Trump is partaking in one of the nation’s most storied football rivalries, saluting U.S. troops at the annual Army-Navy game on Saturday as he prepares to enter the White House.
The future commander in chief attended the 117th game between the military academies at West Point and Annapolis, which is being held on relatively neutral ground in Baltimore. The M&T Bank scoreboard showed the president-elect late in the first quarter; he waived and drew cheers from the crowd, though not at the level of the noise generated by Army’s first-quarter touchdown.
The Black Knights are hoping to end a 14-year Navy win streak and took a 7-0 lead into the second quarter.
Trump tweeted on Saturday morning that he was going to the game “as a show of support for our Armed Forces.” He planned to spend the first half of the game in the box of David Urban, a West Point graduate and Republican adviser and the second half in the box of retired Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North, a graduate of Annapolis.

Pearl Harbor Day 2016 … December 7th, 1941, 75 Years Later, A Date That Will Forever Live in Infamy
75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ATTACK ON PEARL HARBOR … GOD BLESS THOSE THAT WERE LOST
We ask all to always remember and never forget … Today marks the 75th anniversary of the day the United States was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the Empire of Japan and America would never be the same. So many brave lives lost at the hands of such a cowardly act. It was a time of innocence lost; however, Americans would strike back against their foreign aggressors and save the world from tyranny. Today, as always, we remember those brave men and women that died that fateful day. So many lives affected by that single heinous act; however, as history would record, Japan awoke a sleeping giant. That reprehensible, treacherous act unified a country and in fact awoke a sleeping giant that provided the resolve to win a war against the evil Axis. We remember those still living, sadly there are so few today.
God Bless the heroism of Our Greatest Generation!
Franklin D. Roosevelt Pearl Harbor Speech: (VIDEO) -
Yesterday, Dec. 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy – the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
The United States was at peace with that nation and, at the solicitation of Japan, was still in conversation with the government and its emperor looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Pacific.
Indeed, one hour after Japanese air squadrons had commenced bombing in Oahu, the Japanese ambassador to the United States and his colleagues delivered to the Secretary of State a formal reply to a recent American message. While this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing diplomatic negotiations, it contained no threat or hint of war or armed attack.
It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago. During the intervening time, the Japanese government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.
The attack yesterday on the Hawaiian islands has caused severe damage to American naval and military forces. Very many American lives have been lost. In addition, American ships have been reported torpedoed on the high seas between San Francisco and Honolulu.

Bowe Bergdahl Asks Barack Obama for Presidential Pardon
WILL OBAMA GO THRU WITH A TREASONOUS ACT LIKE GIVING BEGDAHL A PARDON?
Sgt. Bowe Bergdah has asked President Obama to pardon him before leaving the White House. Will Obama provide such a pardon to a traitor? As reported at the NY Times, the request is a pre-emptive pardon that would avert Sergeant Bergdahl’s court-martial trial on charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy that endangered fellow soldiers. The trial is scheduled to begin on April 18. If found guilty, Bergdahl would probably face life in prison. As opined at the Gateway Pundit, “many of the men who served with Bowe Bergdahl have described him as a deserter but that didn’t stop Obama from trading multiple foreign Taliban terrorists for him a few years ago.” But who would really be surprised if Obama, the divider in chief did such a thing? One person who would not is President-elect Donald Trump. He was highly critical of Bergdahl on the campaign trail, calling him a “dirty, rotten traitor”.
A source told Fox News that Bergdahl wrote a letter to Obama thanking him for rescuing him in 2014 and trading him for the Guantanamo Bay detainees.
White House and Justice Department officials also told the New York Times that Bergdahl submitted several copies of a clemency application that were sent to the Pentagon, the Justice Department and the White House immediately after the election.
The pardon would avert Bergdahl’s court-martial trial, which is slated to begin in April. He faces charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, endangering fellow soldiers.
Barack Obama actually brought this deserter to the White House and made it a WH photo-op
Remember when Sergeant Bergdahl was released in May 2014 and Obama appeared alongside his parents in the Rose Garden. The national security adviser, Susan E. Rice, said he had served with “honor and distinction.” Yet another thing Obama and his minions got 100% incorrect and on the wrong side of the American people. It will be a breath of fresh air to rid ourselves of the Obama administration once and for all.
This is yet another reason why America voted from Trump in an electoral landslide, for actions like the current administration did with the likes of Bowe Bergdahl. America agreed with Donald Trump as to what should happen to the likes of this traitor. Take a look and listen below.

UPDATE I: President Obama’s Veterans Day speech from Arlington National Cemetery.
Secretary McDonald, Mr. Hallinan, distinguished guests and, most of all, our extraordinary veterans and your families: The last time I stood on these hallowed grounds, on Memorial Day, our country came together to honor those who have fought and died for our flag. A few days before, our nation observed Armed Forces Day, honoring all who are serving under that flag at this moment.
And today, on Veterans Day, we honor those who honored our country with its highest form of service: You who once wore the uniform of our Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard. We owe you our thanks. We owe you our respect. And we owe you our freedom.
We come together to express our profound gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions you and your family made on the battlefield, at home, and at outposts around the world. But America’s gratitude to our veterans is something always grounded in something greater than what you did on duty. It’s also an appreciation of the example that you continue to set after your service has ended — your example as citizens.
Veterans Day often follows a hard-fought political campaign — an exercise in the free speech and self-government that you fought for. It often lays bare disagreements across our nation. But the American instinct has never been to find isolation in opposite corners. It is to find strength in our common creed, to forge unity from our great diversity, to sustain that strength and unity even when it is hard. And when the election is over, as we search for ways to come together — to reconnect with one another and with the principles that are more enduring than transitory politics — some of our best examples are the men and women we salute on Veterans Day.
