SEAN HANNITY Defends Himself Against Allegations and Issues Warning to Liberals Fascists Who Slander Him – We’re Laying out Legal Action (VIDEO)
HANNITY FIRES WARNING SHOT TO THE LEFTIST FASCISTS …
Sean Hannity, conservative FOX News and radio host has had enough and is defending himself against false allegations and those liberal fascists who would attempt to stop conservative speech and views. GET ‘EM SEAN!!! It is time to defend free speech. Sexual harassment is terrible, but making false allegations of sexual harassment in an effort to destroy people is just as bad.
Hmm, it seems she got the message loud and clear because she just caved. Totally changed her story. Recanted.
You know it is a bunch of bunk when Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks defends Sean Hannity Accused Of Sexual Harassment by Debbie Schlussel. The Yong Turks are far from conservative and friends of Hannity.

Melania Trump Wins Defamation Case Against Daily Mail over model claims
A WARNING TO THE MSM, BE VERY CAREFUL OF YOUR FAKE NEWS YOU SPEW …
As reported at Sky News, First lady Melania Trump has accepted damages and an apology over allegations stemming from a Daily Mail article previously published in the newspaper that “included false and defamatory claims” about her work as a model. The amount of damages was not disclosed in court, although it is estimated that the total payment of damages and costs is believed to come to less than $3m (£2.4m).
Melania Trump has accepted damages and an apology over allegations about her work as a professional model.
The action was against Associated Newspapers, publishers of the Daily Mail, after it ran an article headlined “Racy photos and troubling questions about his wife’s past that could derail Trump”.
The amount of damages was not disclosed in court, although Sky News understands the total payment of damages and costs is believed to come to less than $3m (£2.4m).
The article published in the newspaper and on Mail Online last August “included false and defamatory claims” about the First Lady “which questioned the nature of her work as a professional model, and republished allegations that she provided services beyond simply modelling”, the court heard.
The piece referred to rumors that a modelling agency Mrs Trump worked for in Milan was “something of a gentleman’s club” and another in New York “operated as an escort agency for wealthy clients”.
Her lawyer John Kelly said the story included statements that Mrs Trump denied the allegations and that Paulo Zampolli, who ran the modelling agency, also denied the claims.
The article, he said, also said there was no evidence to support the allegations.

Disney To ‘Thoroughly Review’ Alligator Signage After Attack & Death of 2 Year Old Lane Graves
THE FACT THAT DISNEY IS ADDRESSING THE ALLIGATOR SIGN SITUATION IS ALL BUT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT THAT THEY WERE NEGLIGENT IN NOT WARNING INDIVIDUALS OF POSSIBLE DANGERS …
As reported at FOX News, Disney official said Wednesday the company plans to “thoroughly review” its alligator warning signage around a resort where a 2-year-old boy was killed by a reptile that snatched him out of shallow water of a man made lagoon at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This is all but an admission of guilt by Disney that they were negligent in not having signs up posted that to be aware of alligators. To retroactively try and fix the problem does not deflect them from a potential and probable law suit from the parents of 2 year old Lane Graves.
Watch the VIDEO below of the legal discussion with Fox News Sr. Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano and Disney’s liability in the death of 2 year old Lane Graves. Napolitano provides a thorough and reasoned legal explanation. Look for Disney to make a settlement out of court so not to make this a public event and ruin the Disney brand. However, make no mistake about it, there will be a law suit on behalf of the child and the parents. This was a horrendous act of unimaginable proportions and I cannot even imagine that a parent could ever rid themselves of the horror of seeing their child attacked by an alligator. How does anyone ever get that image out of their head?

A Disney official said Wednesday the company plans to “thoroughly review” its alligator warning signage around a resort where a 2-year-old boy was killed by a reptile that snatched him out of shallow water.
The company official spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because Disney has yet to prepare a formal statement on the matter.
Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings said his department and the state wildlife agency would look into the issues of warning signs around Seven Seas Lagoon at The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, where Disney had posted “no swimming” signs but no warnings about the presence of alligators.
Dive teams on Wednesday afternoon were able to recover the body of the toddler “completely intact.” Demings said that the body was in water roughly six feet deep, 10-15 yards from the edge of the lagoon where the child had been wading Tuesday night.

Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’ in Copyright Trial … Copied From the Song “Taurus” by the Band Spirit
Stairway to Heaven the Court Room …
Starting on Tuesday, a Los Angeles court will try to decide whether the members of the legendary rock band Led Zeppelin ripped off the riff from Stairway to Heaven. The copyright lawsuit was brought by the trustee of guitarist Randy Wolfe from the band Spirit. Attorneys for the trustee contend that 1971′s “Stairway to Heaven” stole the riff from the Spirit song “Taurus,” which Wolfe wrote in either 1966 or 1967. Wolfe died in 1997.
Generations of aspiring guitarists have tried to copy the riff from Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven.”
Starting on Tuesday, a Los Angeles court will try to decide whether the members of Led Zeppelin themselves ripped off the riff.
The band’s guitarist Jimmy Page and singer Robert Plant are named as defendants in the lawsuit brought by the trustee of guitarist Randy Wolfe from the band Spirit. Attorneys for the trustee contend that 1971′s “Stairway to Heaven” copies music from the Spirit song “Taurus,” which Wolfe wrote in either 1966 or 1967. Wolfe died in 1997, drowning while saving his son in Hawaii.
Page, Plant and their bandmate John Paul Jones are all expected to testify at the trial, though Jones has been dismissed as a defendant in the case.
Led Zeppelin and Spirit performed at some concerts and festivals around the same time, but not on the same stage.
U.S District Judge R. Gary Klausner ruled in April that evidence presented in hearings made a credible case that Led Zeppelin may have heard “Taurus” performed before their song was created.
We report, you make the call. Below are the videos of both songs ‘Taurus’ and ‘Stairway to Heaven.’ Hmm, the very beginning is rather similar, especially at the 44 second mark of Taurus. This is going to be a tough call to call and prove.
Spirit – Taurus
Led Zeppelin-Stairway to Heaven
UPDATE I: The copyright infringement lawsuit against Led Zeppelin of its classic “Stairway to Heaven” has now gone to the jury.
The copyright infringement lawsuit against Led Zeppelin over the songwriting credits and profits of its classic “Stairway to Heaven” has now gone to the jury, which began deliberations Wednesday morning.
In the sixth day of the case – “Michael Skidmore v. Led Zeppelin et al” (the “et al” referring to corporate defendants Atlantic Records, Rhino Records and Warner/Chappell Music) – both sides made final arguments in Court 850 of Los Angeles’ Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and United States Courthouse. The presiding judge, Gary Klausner, allotted counsel representing the plaintiffs (the trust of Randy “California” Wolfe, whose composition “Taurus” for the band Spirit they allege has been plagiarized) and Zeppelin’s defense team 45 minutes each to convince the eight-person jury of their arguments.

Private Investigator Dominic Casey Says Casey Anthony’s Lawyer Jose Baez Admitted She Killed Daughter Caylee (VIDEO)
SEX, FRAUD, LIES, AND COVER UP … AS NANCY GRACE WOULD SAY, BOMBSHELL TONIGHT!!!
Just when you thought some crime cases were over, they are back again. Dominic Casey, the private investigator hired by Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, claims that that tot-mom’s attorney admitted Casey killed her two year old daughter Caylee Anthony. The PI also went on to say that Casey Anthony paid her lawyer with sex. All of this has come out from court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. Casey Anthony was found “not guilty as sin “in 2011 of murdering her 2 year old child Caylee by a jury of fools when the entire thinking world knew she was guilty.
More than five years after a jury in Florida cleared Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a private investigator claimed the mom’s attorney admitted she killed the girl and hid her body.
Dominic Casey made the claim in court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. He also suggested that the mom paid her lawyer with sex.
The investigator claimed attorney Jose Baez hired him days after police arrested the mom in July 2008. He said, “Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.”
Meter reader Roy Kronk found the girl’s body in the woods near her grandparents’ home that December. Dominic Casey also said that before the remains were discovered, Casey Anthony allowed her legal team to try framing Kronk, “to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony.”
The investigator said he quit the legal team in October 2008.
UPDATE I: Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez fires back at former private investigator.
Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez, is firing back at court documents containing testimony from former private investigator Dominic Casey.
In a cease and desist letter to WFLA News Channel 8, Baez Law Firm said, “As you are aware, this information comes from an attention seeking, delusional individual, with a history of making false and outrageous claims, not only to court officials, but to the media.”
