3 DEAD IN COLORADO AFTER SHOOTING AT WALMART …

According to the Denver Post, three people are dead following a shooting at a Walmart in Thorton, Colorado. The gunman said nothing during the shooting and quiet walked out of the store.  Following the shooting, police said the gunman fled in a red Mitsubishi Mirage four-door hatchback. The shooter is still at large and the police do not have any leads on his identity; however, his picture is below. Surely some one knows who this man is and will contact the authorities.

Two men and a woman are dead after a shooting early Wednesday evening inside the Walmart Supercenter at 9901 Grant St. in Thornton, police said. Police said the gunman is at large.

Hundreds of emergency responders ringed the Thornton Town Center shopping complex for hours after the shooting was reported about 6:30 p.m.

Thornton police spokesman Victor Avila said a gunman wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a maroon shirt walked into the south entrance of the store and began shooting a handgun randomly. The three victims were all in the same area near the front of the store, Avila said.

The gunman said nothing during the shooting, Avila said, then left.

Paul Manafort and Former Business Associate Rick Gates Told To Surrender to FBI … Manafort Under Investigation of Federal Tax Law & Money Laundering

As reported at the New York Times, Paul Manafort has surrendered himself to the FBI. Manafort and his former business associate Rick Gates are the first to be charged by special counsel Mueller. The news was illegally leaked Friday that a federal grand jury had approved the first charges in the wide-ranging Russia investigation led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller by CNN.

Manafort had been under investigation for violations of federal tax law, money laundering and whether he appropriately disclosed his foreign lobbying. But what does this have to do with any form of collusion that may or may not have taken place during the presidential campaign? The Manafort charges does not come as a surprise after the FBI raided his home this past summer.  The indictment is expected to be unsealed later on Monday.

Paul Manafort surrendered to federal authorities Monday morning, after a person close to the case said the first charges were filed in a special counsel investigation.

The charges against Mr. Manafort, President Trump’s former campaign chairman, were not immediately clear but represent a significant escalation in a special counsel investigation that has cast a shadow over the president’s first year in office. Also charged was Mr. Manafort’s former business associate Rick Gates, who was also told to surrender on Monday, the person said.

Mr. Manafort walked into the F.B.I.’s field office in Washington at about 8:15 a.m. with his lawyer.

Mr. Gates is a longtime protégé and junior partner of Mr. Manafort. His name appears on documents linked to companies that Mr. Manafort’s firm set up in Cyprus to receive payments from politicians and businesspeople in Eastern Europe, records reviewed by The New York Times show.

Mr. Manafort had been under investigation for violations of federal tax law, money laundering and whether he appropriately disclosed his foreign lobbying.

Remember when the Democrat liberal lap dog media came to the defense of Obama and tried to discount the stories of the so called spying on Trump Towers? Well, it now appears that Barack Obama did spy on Donald Trump. After so many media outlets bashing Trump for his accusations of being wire tapped, now the MSM is reporting the FBI did indeed “wiretap” the former head of Trump’s campaign, Paul Manafort, both before and after Trump was elected. That would also mean, if Trump officials, or Donald Trump himself communicated with Manafort during the wiretaps, they would have been recorded, too. Imagine that? This is what happens when you have a MSM in bed with a political party who at all cost looks to conceal the truth and allows of regime to go rogue and flaunt the U.S. Constitution at ever turn, just because they like and agree with a liberal president’s agenda.

Hannity: Trump has been proven right about wiretapping

Many in the media are diving deeply into minutiae in order to discredit any notion that President Trump might have been onto something in March when he fired off a series of tweets claiming President Obama had “tapped” “wires” in Trump Tower just before the election.

According to media reports this week, the FBI did indeed “wiretap” the former head of Trump’s campaign, Paul Manafort, both before and after Trump was elected. If Trump officials — or Trump himself — communicated with Manafort during the wiretaps, they would have been recorded, too.

But we’re missing the bigger story.

If these reports are accurate, it means U.S. intelligence agencies secretly surveilled at least a half dozen Trump associates. And those are just the ones we know about.

Besides Manafort, the officials include former Trump advisers Carter Page and Michael Flynn. Last week, we discovered multiple Trump “transition officials” were “incidentally” captured during government surveillance of a foreign official. We know this because former Obama adviser Susan Rice reportedly admitted “unmasking,” or asking to know the identities of, the officials. Spying on U.S. citizens is considered so sensitive, their names are supposed to be hidden or “masked,” even inside the government, to protect their privacy.

In May, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates acknowledged they, too, reviewed communications of political figures, secretly collected under President Obama.

But just how much did Obama weaponize the Intel agencies against his enemies? Move over Richard Nixon, we have a true corrupt president and his name is Barrack Hussein “Millhous” Obama. Does anyone care that a president used Intel agencies to go after his enemies? The Soviet Union and East Germany would be so proud of your actions. Who sees the irony with the LEFT and their endless witch hunt of Trump and the connection with Russian hacking of the 2016 elections, when it was in fact the Obama administration who hacked and spied of U.S. citizens. Sorry, but after the Obama administration weaponized the IRS to attack Conservative Tea Party groups following the 2010 midterm elections, they get no pass or benefit of the doubt on this.

Patterns:

It’s difficult not to see patterns in the government’s behavior, unless you’re wearing blinders.

• The intelligence community secretly expanded its authority in 2011 so it can monitor innocent U.S. citizens like you and me for doing nothing more than mentioning a target’s name a single time.
• In January 2016, a top secret inspector general report found the NSA violated the very laws designed to prevent abuse.
• In 2016, Obama officials searched through intelligence on U.S. citizens a record 30,000 times, up from 9,500 in 2013.
• Two weeks before the election, at a secret hearing before the FISA court overseeing government surveillance, NSA officials confessed they’d violated privacy safeguards “with much greater frequency” than they’d admitted. The judge accused them of “institutional lack of candor” and said, “this is a very serious Fourth Amendment issue.”

President Donald Trump ‘Seriously Considering’ a Pardon for ex-Sheriff Joe Arpaio

If there is anyone who should get a pardon, it’s Sheriff Joe. President Donald Trump said he may soon pardon Joe Arpaio, the former sheriff in Maricopa County, AZ,  who was convicted two weeks ago of criminal contempt for defying a state judge’s order to stop traffic patrols targeting suspected undocumented immigrants. At the very least, Trump should do so to drive the LEFT into their unhinged state of being.

President Trump may soon issue a pardon for Joe Arpaio, the colorful former Arizona sheriff who was found guilty two weeks ago of criminal contempt for defying a state judge’s order to stop traffic patrols targeting suspected undocumented immigrants. In his final years as Maricopa County sheriff, Arpaio had emerged as a leading opponent of illegal immigration.

“I am seriously considering a pardon for Sheriff Arpaio,” the president said Sunday, during a conversation with Fox News at his club in Bedminster, N.J. “He has done a lot in the fight against illegal immigration. He’s a great American patriot and I hate to see what has happened to him.”

Arpaio, 85, was convicted by U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton of misdemeanor contempt of court for willfully disregarding an Arizona judge’s order in 2011 to stop the anti-immigrant traffic patrols. Arpaio had maintained the law enforcement patrols for 17 months thereafter.
