George Zimmerman Could Be Release from Jail This Weekend … Zimmerman not a flight risk and believed he posed no threat to his community

It is being reported that after George Zimmerman, the man who is accused of second degree murder in the death of 17 year old Trayvon Martin, could be released from jail as early as this weekend. Yesterday, George Zimmerman’s bail was set at $150,000 after Judge Kenneth Lester was persuaded he [Zimmerman] was not a flight risk and believed he posed no threat to his community.

George Zimmerman was granted bond of $150,000 Friday in the death of Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman is charged with second degree murder.

Zimmerman was granted bond at a hearing Friday because Seminole County Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Lester was persuaded he was not a flight risk and, despite Zimmerman’s killing of Martin, believed he posed no threat to his community.

Lawyers were working out the conditions and security restrictions of Zimmerman’s release Saturday, as well as the precautions for his safety. It’s possible he could stay outside Florida while awaiting trial. And it’s all but certain his location will be kept secret.

He’s expected to post bond and leave jail sometime this weekend.

Who finds it rather peculiar that the judge granted bail believing that Zimmerman was not a flight risk or posed a threat to his community even though he is being accused of second degree murder and the prosecution is claiming he did pose a threat as George Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin? Although, if Zimmerman is released on bail, protecting his safety more be more of a concern than Zimmerman being a flight risk or threat to the community with the NBBP having a bounty on his head. It would be hard to believe if released Zimmerman would would remain in Florida, as his attorneys fear for his safety there.

Once Zimmerman is released … Get him out of Florida, keep him from going out in public and never leave him alone.

ABC News Has Exclusive Pic of George Zimmerman’s Bloodied Head Post Trayvon Martin Shooting Death (Photo – VIDEO)

EXCLUSIVE PICS FROM ABC NEWS SHOW A BLOODIED GEORGE ZIMMERMAN …

There appears to be a new twist in the case of the death of Trayvon Martin, the 17 year old, unarmed black youth who was shot by George Zimmerman in Sanford, FL. Before the second degree murder case has even gone to trial and on the day that George Zimmerman bail was set at $150,000 and he apologized in court to the parents of Trayvon Martin, ABC News published a photo of Zimmerman’s bloodied head. The pic is reportedly to have been taken three minutes on the night of February 26, 2012 after the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. The picture certainly helps substantiate Zimmerman’s claims of self-defense.

VIDEO OF THE BLOODIED HEAD OF GEORGE ZIMMERMAN

His surprising testimony came the same day that ABC News exclusively obtained a photograph showing the bloodied back of Zimmerman’s head, which was apparently taken three minutes after he shot and killed Martin. The photo could give credence to Zimmerman’s claim that Martin had bashed his head against the concrete as Zimmerman fought for his life.

The bloodied photo of George Zimmerman paints quite a different picture than what was initially and emotionally spread by much of the liberal MSM in that Zimmerman stalked and murdered Trayvon Martin in cold blood. Zimmerman and his attorneys have stated from the outset that he [Zimmerman] fired in self-defense after Trayvon threw the first punch, knocked Zimmerman to the ground and then began pounding his head against a sidewalk.

A neighbor witness had stated that Zimmerman had bandages on his head and nose the day after the shooting; however, the media has tried to go out of their way with videos and pics taken at the police department that George Zimmerman had no signs of being in a scuffle. The MSM used this a a vehicle to question Zimmerman’s self-defense claims. It would appear that they might be back-tracking on those accusations.

Check Book Journalism: Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s Lawyer, Publicly Acknowledged that the Money He Received from ABC News Made it able to Mount a Successful Defense

Thanks to Disney owned ABC News and check book journalism … Jose Baez says he was able to mount a successful defense.

Joe Baez, the defense attorney for Casey Anthony, finally has stated publicly what we and Blink on Crime knew all along. Jose Baez appeared on PBS’s “Frontline,” and stated how they got $200,000 from ABC for photos of Casey and Caylee, and that money was used “so we could mount a proper defense.” How special that a Disney owned company helped through “checkbook journalism” to deny justice to two year old Caylee Anthony. As reported at the Orlando Sentinel, “ABC News changed its policy, saying it would no longer license pictures or video tied to a booking.” Sorry, a little late now. Maybe you would like to apologize to Caylee Anthony?

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s lawyer, has for the first time publicly acknowledged he was able to mount a successful defense thanks to the money he got from ABC news.

Baez, who appeared on PBS’s “Frontline,” explained how they got $200,000 from ABC for photos of Casey and Caylee, and that money was used “so we could mount a proper defense.”

ABC News & Disney put check book journalism above Justice for Caylee

Sick, I hope those at ABC News can live with themselves. Even Baez stated in the interview that the Casey Anthony case was an anomaly because the network paid $200K for licensing fees for the Anthony defense. So before anyone wants to use this case and the verdict as case law, it can obviously be stated if it were not for ABC News and their hideous checkbook journalism, the out come of the case might have been much, much different than a “not guilty as sin” verdict.

Trayvon Martin Murder Trial: George Zimmerman’s Defense Attorney Mark O’Mara Requests Seminole Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler Be Removed From Murder Trial

The defense attorney for George Zimmerman officially filed the necessary paper work today to have  Judge Jessica Recksiedler removed from the second degree murder case of his client because of a conflict of interest. This past Friday, Judge Recksiedler disclosed that she might have a conflict that might disqualify her from this murder case that she was assigned.  Recksiedler said that that the conflict dealt with the fact that her husband, who works with Orlando, Florida defense attorney Mark NeJame, originally considered representing George Zimmerman and was contacted by Zimmerman before Nejame decided to do analyst work for CNN. It is almost a certainty that Judge Recksiedler will grant the motion.

Mark O’Mara’s office filed paperwork Monday asking that Seminole Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler not preside over second-degree murder proceedings involving Zimmerman, according to Seminole County Court spokeswoman Michelle Kennedy.

The motion to “disqualify” the trial judge “will be ruled on in the appropriate manner,” Kennedy said Monday.
