18 Year Old Austrian Girl Sues Parents for Sharing Embarrassing Childhood Photos on Facebook

In an age of social media narcissism where teens do nothing but post embarrassing pics of themselves, an 18 year old Austrian teen is suing her parents for posting photos of her without her consent. The teen claims that since 2009 they have made her life a misery by constantly posting photos of her, including embarrassing and intimate images from her childhood. It is the first of it’s kind case in Austria. No kidding? Why  does this sound more like the whining nature of today’s immature millennials who can’t seem to cope with anything and think they can sue for being uncomfortable? Believe it or not, if it can be proven that the images have violated the teen’s rights to a personal life, her parents could lose the case and they could have to pay some financial compensation for her pain and suffering, and will also be liable for her legal costs. UNREAL. According to accounts, when the teen girl asked her parents to take them down, they refused. She stated, “I’m tired of not being taken seriously by my parents.” BINGO!!! There lies the issue. A frivolous lawsuit because a teen feels slighted by her parents.

A 18-year-old woman from Carinthia is suing her parents for posting photos of her on Facebook without her consent.

She claims that since 2009 they have made her life a misery by constantly posting photos of her, including embarrassing and intimate images from her childhood.

Her lawyer Michael Rami says that to date, her parents have posted 500 images of her on the social media site without her consent, and he believes she has a good chance of winning in court.

The shared images include baby pictures of her having her nappy changed and later potty training pictures.

“They knew no shame and no limit – and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot – every stage was photographed and then made public,” the 18-year-old said. The photos were shared on Facebook with her parents’ 700 friend.

Despite her requests, they have refused to delete the photos – prompting her to sue them. “I’m tired of not being taken seriously by my parents”, she said. Her father believes that since he took the photos he has the right to publish the images.

NH Teacher Bruce Lanctot Arrested After Sending Nude Photos to Students

40 year old Bruce Lanctot, a teacher at Nashua High School in New Hampshire, was arrested Wednesday after sending nude photos to students. The high school teacher sent the pics via the social media app called “Grindr.” Lanctot was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and indecent exposure. He was also charged with computer services prohibited, which is a felony charge related to the inappropriate use of computers. PERV!!!

New Hampshire teacher was arrested Wednesday after police say he sent nude photos of himself to multiple students.

The students told police that Bruce Lanctot, a 40-year-old teacher at Nashua High School, sent them the photos through a social media app called “Grindr.”

Police say that, while talking to the students through the app, Lanctot identified himself as a teacher at the school and was aware that he was sending pictures to students. Police say Lanctot also engaged in sexually explicit conversations with the victims and solicited at least one student to send him a nude photo.

As reported at the LA Times, What’s old is new: MTV plots a major return to music. Wow, imagine that, MTV finally realizes after a terrible past 25 years of programming that the “M” in MTV actually stands for music. I have to admit and I am about to date myself, I remember the very first day and song that MTV hit TV. How can you forget the music video, Video Killed the Radio Star by the Buggles.  In 1981 it was a ground breaking event when a 24 hour music television was born. And yes, I had such a crush on Martha Quinn

Then MTV decided to go the way of the dodo and do everything and anything except music. They had an opportunity to ride the wave and they went the wrong direction. However, for MTV is probably too late and too much innovation has taken place since 1981, because just as Video killed the Radio star, the Internet and social media may have killed MTV.

For much of the modern era, the word music in the MTV acronym has been an afterthought, a vestige of an earlier time and identity.

That’s all about to change.

Under the guidance of new President Sean Atkins, the youth network is embarking on a redo that will put music at its center.

With ratings flat or down in a number of time periods, MTV is turning to songs as its savior. The network is prepping a new version of its classic “Unplugged”; a music competition show in the world of hip-hop produced by Mark Burnett; and an L.A.-set live-music series titled “Wonderland.” The last one is MTV’s first such program in about two decades.

Though much of the network’s success this century has come via nonscripted series with little connection to bands (“Jersey Shore,” “The Hills”)–and though original scripted programming remains the rage across much of the cable dial — MTV believes it will fare better by returning to its roots.

“The thing that kept coming back when I first started this job was, ‘Why doesn’t MTV do more music?” Atkins said in an interview. “Music is our muse, our spirit animal. And it’s a great muse to have. So we’re leaning into it.”

Teresa Halbach, a freelance photographer for Auto Trader Magazine, had been to the Avery salvage yard five times prior to Oct 31, 2005.   Avery Salvage Yard is a 40 acre+ field of crushed cars, parts and trailers housing several members of the Avery family, gravel pits and a quarry.  Not going to lie,  I would not choose to live next to the Avery brood for reasons I will discuss later, but then again, I am the person who drives past properties with the various appliance or dead vehicle cemeteries scattered about and ponder- I wonder where the dead body is?

Black Man Steven Hildreth Jr. Praises Officers After He was Pulled Over Without Incident … “Police officers are people, too.”

IMAGINE THAT … THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MESSAGE REALLY ISN’T TRUE FROM THE MOUTH OF A BLACK MAN …

A black Arizona man, Steven Hildreth Jr. posted on Facebook an incident he has with police officers and praised then for their professionalism. The Tucson police pulled over the black man because he was driving with a headlight out. It also turned out that Hildreth  was wearing a hoodie and was packing a Glock in his car. According to race baiters and the Black Lives Matter agenda folks, this black man should be dead, killed at the hands of racist cops. The story could not be more different. The police asked him if he had any weapons and Hildreth replied, “yes sir. I’m a concealed carry permit holder and my weapon is located on my right hip. My wallet is in my back-right pocket.” Read the entire story and his Facebook account. of what happens when you simply act with respect. The Facebook post has gone viral, for all the right reasons!

Here is the message from Steven Hildreth, “I’m a black man wearing a hoodie and strapped. According to certain social movements, I shouldn’t be alive right now because the police are allegedly out to kill minorities. Maybe … just maybe … that notion is bunk. Maybe if you treat police officers with respect, they will do the same to you.”

However, what is truly pathetic and sad are all the comments that proclaim Steven Hildreth Jr. to be an “uncle Tom” and “house ni**er” for simply behaving and acting with class and respect. This speaks volumes to those who posted the comments.

“The officer asks me how I’m doing, and then asks if I have any weapons. ‘Yes, sir. I’m a concealed carry permit holder and my weapon is located on my right hip. My wallet is in my back-right pocket,” Mr. Hildreth recalled in the post, which amassed more than 176,000 shares since Tuesday.

“The officer explains for his safety and mine, he needs to disarm me for the stop. I understand, and I unlock the vehicle,” he alleged. “I explain that I’m running a 7TS ALS holster but from the angle, the second officer can’t unholster it. Lead officer asks me to step out, and I do so slowly. Officer relieves me of my Glock and compliments the X300U I’m running on it. He also sees my military ID and I tell him I’m with the National Guard.”

“Lead officer points out my registration card is out of date but he knows my registration is up to date,” Mr. Hildreth wrote. “Officers return with my Glock in an evidence back, locked and cleared. ‘Because you were cool with us and didn’t give us grief, I’m just going to leave it at a verbal warning. Get that headlight fixed as soon as possible.’ I smile. ‘Thank you, sir.’”
