ASSANGE CLAIMS RUSSIANS NOT THE SOURCE OF WIKILEAKS PODESTA HACKED EMAILS …

In an exclusive interview with FOX News Channel’s Sean Hannity, the founder of WikiLeaks Julian Assange said that Russia was not the source for the DNC and John Podesta hacked emails. Barack Obama and Democrats have blamed Russia for interfering in US elections with the hacks. Or is it that Democrats are looking to shift blame from themselves and Hillary Clinton’s embarrassing 2016 presidential election loss to Donald Trump? The WikiLeaks founder said that the Obama administration trying to ‘delegitimize’ Trump and his electoral landslide victory.

“They’re trying to delegitimize the Trump administration as it goes into the White House,” Assange said during an interview with Fox News’s Sean Hannity airing Tuesday night, according to a transcript of excerpts from the network.

“They are trying to say that President-elect Trump is not a legitimate president,” Assange said during the interview, which was conducted at the Ecuadorian embassy in London where he has been staying.

HANNITY: Can you say to the American people, unequivocally, that you did not get this information about the DNC, John Podesta’s emails, can you tell the American people 1,000 percent that you did not get it from Russia or anybody associated with Russia?

JULIAN ASSANGE: Yes. We can say, we have said, repeatedly that over the last two months that our source is not the Russian government and it is not a state party.

ASSANGE: Our publications had wide uptake by the American people, they’re all true. But that’s not the allegation that’s being presented by the Obama White House. So, why such a dramatic response? Well, the reason is obvious. They’re trying to delegitimize the Trump administration as it goes into the White House. They are trying to say that President-elect Trump is not a legitimate President…

ASSANGE: Our source is not a state party, so the answer for our interactions is no. But if we look at our most recent statement from the US government, which is on the 29th of December, OK, we had five different branches of government, Treasury, DHS, FBI, White House presenting their accusations to underpin Obama’s throwing out 29 Russian diplomats. What was missing from all of those statements? The word WikiLeaks. It’s very strange.

Obama Expels 35 Russian Diplomats & Closes Two Compounds in Response for Russian Hacking

Reuters is reporting that the United States expelled 35 Russian diplomats and closed two Russian compounds in New York and Maryland. Hmm, so this is how Obama strikes back at Russia for election hacking, eh? So just curious, would Obama had done this if Hillary Clinton was elected president? Of course no is the answer. It is yet just one more vindictive, 11th hour, out the door temper tantrum by a failed president. Barack Obama knew about this hacking for months and did nothing. But the coward and chief manages to muster up the CO-JONES on his way out the door. Honestly, Obama can’t leave soon enough.

The United States expelled 35 Russian diplomats and closed two Russian compounds in New York and Maryland in response to a campaign of harassment against American diplomats in Moscow, a senior U.S. official said on Thursday.

The move against the diplomats from the Russian embassy in Washington and consulate in San Francisco is part of a series of actions announced on Thursday to punish Russia for a campaign of intimidation of American diplomats in Moscow and interference in the U.S. election.

The Obama administration was also announcing on Thursday a series of retaliatory measures against Russia for hacking into U.S. political institutions and individuals and leaking information to help President-elect Donald Trump and other Republican candidates, two U.S. officials said.

Trump, who takes office on Jan. 20, has called for better relations with Russia. It was not clear if he will be able to immediately overturn the measures announced on Thursday.

The Russian diplomats would have 72 hours to leave the United States, the official said. Access to the two compounds, which are used by Russian officials for intelligence gathering, will be denied to all Russian officials as of noon on Friday, the senior U.S. official added.

“These actions were taken to respond to Russian harassment of American diplomats and actions by the diplomats that we have assessed to be not consistent with diplomatic practice,” the official said.

New York Times:

The Obama administration struck back at Russia on Thursday for its efforts to influence the 2016 election, ejecting 35 Russian intelligence operatives from the United States and imposing sanctions on Russia’s two leading intelligence services, including four top officers of the military intelligence unit the White House believes ordered the attacks on the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations.

In a sweeping set of announcements, the United States was also expected to release evidence linking the cyberattacks to computer systems used by Russian intelligence. Taken together, the actions would amount to the strongest American response ever taken to a state-sponsored cyberattack aimed at the United States.

John Bolton Says Russian Hacks Could Actually Have Been by Obama Administration

OBAMA HAS POLITICIZED THE IRS AND FBI … WHY NOT THIS?

In an interview Sunday on FOX News, Ambassador John Bolton said that the hacks during the election season could have been “a false flag” operation, possibly committed by the Obama administration itself. Bolton went on to say, “But I believe that intelligence has been politicized in the Obama administration to a very significant degree.” The said reality is that it is even a question that its a possibility. That is just how politicized Obama made things.

Ambassador John Bolton claimed Sunday that hacks during the election season could have been “a false flag” operation — possibly committed by the Obama administration itself.

In an interview with Fox News’ Eric Shawn, Bolton questioned why FBI Director James Comey said during the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private server, there was no direct evidence found of foreign intelligence service penetration, but cyber fingerprints were found in regards to the presidential election.

“It is not at all clear to me just viewing this from the outside, that this hacking into the DNC and the RNC computers was not a false flag,” Bolton said. “So the question has to be asked, why did the Russians run their smart intelligence service against Hillary’s server, but their dumb intelligence service against the election?”

Shawn then asked Bolton — who has been mentioned as a possible Trump appointment — if he was accusing someone in “the administration or in the intelligence community of” the alleged false flag.

“We just don’t know,” Bolton said. “But I believe that the intelligence community has been politicized in the Obama administration to a very significant degree.”

BRET BAIER: Here’s the deal: We talked to two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations. One: The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far… Several offices separately have been doing their own investigations.

Two: The immunity deal that Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, two top aides to Hillary Clinton, got from the Justice Department in which it was believed that the laptops they had, after a narrow review for classified materials, were going to be destroyed. We have been told that those have not been destroyed — they are at the FBI field office here on Washington and are being exploited. 

Three: The Clinton Foundation investigation is so expansive, they have interviewed and re-interviewed many people. They described the evidence they have as ‘a lot of it’ and said there is an ‘avalanche coming in every day.’ WikiLeaks and the new emails.

They are “actively and aggressively pursuing this case.” Remember the Foundation case is about accusations of pay-for-play… They are taking the new information and some of them are going back to interview people for the third time. As opposed to what has been written about the Clinton Foundation investigation, it is expansive.

The classified e-mail investigation is being run by the National Security division of the FBI. They are currently combing through Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They are having some success — finding what they believe to be new emails, not duplicates, that have been transported through Hillary Clinton’s server.

Finally, we learned there is a confidence from these sources that her server had been hacked. And that it was a 99% accuracy that it had been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that things had been taken from that…

There has been some angst about Attorney General Loretta Lynch — what she has done or not done. She obviously did not impanel, or go to a grand jury at the beginning. They also have a problem, these sources do, with what President Obama said today and back in October of 2015…

I pressed again and again on this very issue… The investigations will continue, there is a lot of evidence. And barring some obstruction in some way, they believe they will continue to likely an indictment.

WikiLeaks Emails Show that Obama DOJ Had a Cozy and Coordinated Relationship with Hillary Clinton Campaign on Email/Server case

Emails published by WikiLeaks on Tuesday suggest the Justice Department inappropriately communicated with Hillary Clinton’s campaign as the Obama administration scrambled to deal with the fallout from her use of a private server. The emails show that Brian Fallon, Clinton’s campaign spokesman and a former employee of the Justice Department, was continually tipped off and alerted by individuals at the DOJ regarding Hillary Clinton’s email and private server crimes. The corruption and collusion between the DOJ and Hillary Clinton is just incredible. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump responded to the emails and said that the connection was “unbelievable.” That it is Donald, that it is. And if we had a media that wasn’t in the tank for Hillary Clinton, the news pressure would be so great, she would have had to have stepped down from running for president.

The Corruption, Collusion and Cover Ups of this Administration are sickening

An official within Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign appeared to have discussions with sources inside the Department of Justice (DOJ) about ongoing open records lawsuits regarding the former secretary of State’s emails, according to an email released on Tuesday.

In an email from May 2015, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said that “DOJ folks” had “inform[ed]” him about an upcoming status conference in one of the lawsuits regarding Clinton’s private email setup.

The information about an upcoming court event would have been public knowledge and open for all to attend. And it’s unclear whether the people Fallon spoke to at the Justice Department were officials who regularly communicate with the public.

However, the fact that Fallon — a former spokesman with the Justice Department — remained in contact with anyone from the department is likely to renew allegations that the Obama administration maintained an especially cozy relationship with Clinton’s presidential campaign.

On Tuesday, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said the connection was “unbelievable.”

The email “shows a level of collusion which calls into question the entire investigation into her private server,” Trump spokesman Jason Miller said in a statement on Tuesday.

“The Department of Justice must release all communications with the Clinton campaign and her allies as soon as possible in order to definitively prove their investigation was completely above board.”

The email from Fallon was contained in a collection of more than 1,000 messages allegedly stolen from campaign chairman John Podesta and posted to WikiLeaks on Tuesday.

From Legal Insurrection … Remember the Bill Clinton, Loretta Lynch “tarmac summit” and its gross appearance of impropriety?  That gross appearance of impropriety cloud hangs heavy over Hillary and her emails yet again.

It’s hard to understand why Hillary’s campaign manager would be in direct contact with DOJ — that’s what Hillary had lawyers for. So something smells rotten.
