James Comey Testifies that Obama AG Loretta Lynch Ordered Him to Downplay Hillary Clinton’s ‘Criminal Investigation’ and Call it a “MATTER” (VIDEO)
HOW IS THIS NOT OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE? BECAUSE IT WAS ASKED FOR BY AN OBAMA OFFICIAL FOR HILLARY CLINTON … CALL IT A MATTER.
UNREAL!!! We learned during yesterday’s testimony from former FBI Director James Comey that, not only were the news media stories regarding Russia and President Donald Trump false, but also that former Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch ordered him to downplay the Hillary Clinton FBI criminal investigation, and “call it a matter.” Lynch did not hope he would do this, she ordered him to do so.
James Comey appeared to work for the Federal Bureau of Matters. However, when Comey was given this directive, that was completely inappropriate, a conflict of interest and yes, a form of obstruction of justice, he only felt queasy. REALLY? In essence, he was running cover for Hillary’s campaign so that she could say, she was not under criminal investigation. But of course Comey is not partisan.
LANKFORD: OK. OK. You had mentioned before about some news stories and news accounts, but, without having to go into all the names and the specific times and to be able dip into all that, have there been news accounts about the Russia investigation, about collusion, about this whole event or accusations that, as you read the story, you were stunned about how wrong they got the facts
COMEY: Yes. There have been many, many stories purportedly based on classified information about — well, about lots of stuff, but especially about Russia, that are just dead wrong.
LANKFORD: I was interested in your comment that you made, as well, that the president said to you, if there were some satellite associates of his that did something wrong, it would be good to find that out.
That — the president seemed to talk to you specifically on March the 30th and say, I’m frustrated that the word is not getting out that I’m not under investigation, but if there are people that are in my circle that are, let’s finish the investigation. Is that how you took it, as well?
COMEY: Yes, sir. Yes.
LANKFORD: And then you made a comment earlier about the attorney general — previous attorney general — asking you about the investigation on the Clinton e-mails, saying that you’d been asked not to call it an “investigation” anymore, but to call it a “matter.”
And you had said that confused you. Can you give us additional details on that?
COMEY: Well, it concerned me, because we were at the point where we had refused to confirm the existence, as we typically do, of an investigation, for months, and it was getting to a place where that looked silly, because the campaigns were talking about interacting with the FBI in the course of our work.
The — the Clinton campaign, at the time, was using all kind of euphemisms — security review, matters, things like that, for what was going on. We were getting to a place where the attorney general and I were both going to have to testify and talk publicly about. And I wanted to know, was she going to authorize us to confirm we had an investigation?
And she said, yes, but don’t call it that, call it a matter. And I said, why would I do that? And she said, just call it a matter.
And, again, you look back in hindsight, you think should I have resisted harder? I just said, all right, it isn’t worth — this isn’t a hill worth dying on and so I just said, OK, the press is going to completely ignore it. And that’s what happened.
When I said, we have opened a matter, they all reported the FBI has an investigation open. And so that concerned me because that language tracked the way the campaign was talking about FBI’s work and that’s concerning.
LANKFORD: It gave the impression that the campaign was somehow using the same language as the FBI, because you were handed the campaign language and told to be able (ph) to use the campaign language…
(CROSSTALK)
COMEY: Yeah — and — and again, I don’t know whether it was intentional or not, but it gave the impression that the attorney general was looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way a political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate.
We had a criminal investigation open with — as I said before, the Federal Bureau of Investigation. We had an investigation open at the time, and so that gave me a queasy feeling.
LANKFORD: Thank you.

Hillary Clinton Continues to Blame Everyone for her Loss … Now its the ‘Bankrupt’ DNC’s Fault (VIDEO)
THE BUCK DOES NOT STOP WITH HILLARY … SHE IS ALWAYS THE VICTIM!!!
At a Recode conference on Wednesday, an extremely bitter Hillary Clinton slammed the DNC and blamed them for her crushing 2016 presidential election loss. Of course we know that Hillary the candidate had nothing to do with the loss as she has gone on to blame the Russians, former FBI Director Comey and now it’s the bankrupt DNC’s fault that she lost an unlosable election! Hell, she even slammed the NY Times. But maybe the most incredible line from Hillary Clinton was, I was the ‘victim’ of an assumption that I would win.
Hillary Clinton on Wednesday broadly spread around the blame for her loss in last year’s presidential election, pointing to suspected Russian cyberattacks, the Democratic National Committee’s data operation and a “very broad assumption that I was going to win.”
Full video below of the interview. Wow, after painfully making my way through this entire video, I can now say more than ever how estacctic I am that Hillary Clinton did not win the presidency in 2016. To all that voted against her, thank you!
Full transcript: Hillary Clinton at Code 2017.
Mossberg: How do you do it? How do we do it going forward?
Let me just do a comparison for you. I set up my campaign and we have our own data operation. I get the nomination. So I’m now the nominee of the Democratic Party. I inherit nothing from the Democratic Party.
Mossberg: What do you mean nothing?
I mean it was bankrupt, it was on the verge of insolvency, its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong. I had to inject money into it …
Mossberg: This is the DNC you’re talking about.
The DNC, to keep it going. Okay. Donald Trump, who did nothing about really setting up any kind of data operation, inherits an RNC data foundation that, after the Republicans lost in 2012, and they thought they had a very good operation with the setup that Romney did called ORCA, they thought that was really state of the art, they lose.
So they raised — best estimates are close to a hundred million dollars, they brought in their main vendors, they basically said, “We will never be behind the Democrats again,” and they invested between 2012 and 2016 this hundred million dollars to build this data foundation. They beta tested it. They ran it … somebody was able to determine about 227,000 surveys to double check, triple check, quadruple check, the information.

Hillary Clinton Takes Responsibility for Presidential Election Loss Then Blames FBI Director Comey, Russians & Wikileaks … If the election had been on October 27, I would be your president’
HILLARY, JUST GO AWAY … SHE BLAMES EVERYONE BUT HERSELF AND CONTINUES TO WHINE ABOUT LOSING …
Just when you think or hoped you had seen the last of her, Hilary Clinton comes back. At a Women for Women International event in New York, Clinton stated that she took full responsibility for losing the 2016 presidential election to Donald J. Trump, then went on to blame everyone else but herself for the loss. Clinton blamed FBI Director James Comey, Wikileaks, Russian interference and misogyny. Hillary continues with the right wing and now the Comey, Russian and Wikileaks conspiracy. After supposedly taking responsibility for the loss Hillary Clinton said, “If the election had been on October 27, I would be your president.” I shudder to think if that ever did happen.
What I find comical is that the most well funded campaign in history, one where the MSM was in the tank for Democrats that Hillary is still whining that how dare the people found out the truth about her and decided to not vote for her. The truth of the matter is that this was a “change” election and Hillary Clinton represents the establishment more than any candidate in modern times. She was a flawed candidate who could not tell the truth. Hillary’s scandals with private email servers and the Clinton Foundation were far too much for most Americans to stomach. And mostly, Hillary lost because she had no message and could not connect with the American people. There is a reason why the “Blue” wall of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin crumbled. Hillary Clinton and Democrats have become a party of NYC and LA, of the Northeast and the West Coast. They have forgot about that vast space of states and people in-between long ago and paid for it dearly in 2016.
Hillary Clinton delivered her most forceful critique of President Donald Trump’s 2016 victory on Tuesday, taking personal responsibility for her failed campaign but also pointed to the timing of a letter from FBI Director James Comey and Russian interference as factors.
“If the election had been on October 27, I would be your president,” she told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour at a Women for Women International event in New York.
“I take absolute personal responsibility. I was the candidate, I was the person who was on the ballot. I am very aware of the challenges, the problems, the shortfalls that we had,” Clinton said, before adding that she was “on the way to winning until a combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28 and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me and got scared off.”
Clinton, as she has done in the past, also hung part of her 2016 loss on misogyny.
“Yes, I do think it played a role. I think other things did as well,” Clinton said.
But repeatedly, Clinton came back to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s role in the 2016 election and how he was able to tilt the scale in favor of Trump and against her.
Clinton, aides say, sees her role during the Trump years as a political activist who speaks out when issue she cares about are threatened. And on Tuesday, it was clear Clinton was ready to settle into that role.
“I am now back to being an activist citizen and part of the resistance,” Clinton said, drawing cheers from the crowd that included former aides, donors and celebrities like actress Meryl Streep.
Every time I hear this woman speak, I thank my lucky stars that the 2016 election went the way it did and remind myself just how important it is that President Trump won. Interesting enough, so now Hillary is an activist citizen and part of the resistance, yet during her concession speech to then President-elect Donald Trump she said, “I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country.” LIAR!!!
DNC Asks All Staffers For Resignation Letters
HMM, IS THIS AN ADMISSION THAT THE DNC DID COLLUDE AND FAVOR HILLARY OVER BERNIE?
As reported at NBC News, the “embattled” DNC has requested resignation letters from all current staffers dated by at least April 15, 2017. There usually is mass turnover following a presidential election, but nothing like this. This extreme house cleaning is a result of the DNC’s failures in losing to Trump, failing to gain back the House and Senate and the hacked emails that came to light showing that the DNC favored Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary. Is this a bone thrown to the far LEFT Sanders’ voters and a sign that the Dems are going to go even farther left?
Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez has launched a major overhaul of the party’s organization, which has been stung by recent crises — and the DNC has requested resignation letters from all current staffers.
Party staff routinely see major turnover with a new boss and they had been alerted to expect such a move. However, the mass resignation letters will give Perez a chance to completely remake the DNC’s headquarters from scratch. Staffing had already reached unusual lows following a round of post-election layoffs in December.
Immediately after Perez’s selection as party chairman in late February, an adviser to outgoing DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile, Leah Daughtry, asked every employee to submit a letter of resignation dated April 15, according to multiple sources familiar with the party’s internal workings.
A committee advising Perez on his transition is now interviewing staff and others as part of a top-to-bottom review process to decide not only who will stay and who will go, but how the party should be structured in the future. [...]
It began with accusations that the DNC favored Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary, continued with the wrenching exposure of hacked emails and the abrupt resignation of former chair, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and concluded with the shocking defeat of its presidential nominee and a divisive race for the new party chairman.
The grueling experience, which followed years in which many Democrats felt the Obama White House ignored the party organization, has left the DNC with a crisis of confidence and competence.
Powerline asks why NBS News, a perennial shill for the Democrat party would use the word “embattled?”
That is the great unspoken fact of American politics. Conservatives are hard on the Republican Party–we often denounce our party’s leaders as inept, or worse. But in fact, the Republican Party is riding a wave of historic success. It is the Democrats who are sliding downhill toward oblivion, if present trends continue. Has any major political party in any country ever had such an unsympathetic set of leaders as Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton? Not that I know of.
Hence the “embattled” status of the Democratic National Committee. It will take a lot more than a few staff changes to alter the fortunes of the Democratic Party, but NBC offers no evidence that any major rethinking is in progress. On the contrary.
The view that the Democrats’ problem is that they haven’t moved far enough to the Left is not widely held among objective observers, but it apparently seems plausible to NBC. Watch for the Democrats’ downhill slide to continue.

Could Hillary Clinton May Run for President Again In 2020?
THAT’S THE TICKET, HAVE THE WORST PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN MODERN TIMES RUN AGAIN IN 2020 …
Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager Robby Mook appeared on MSNBC’s “For The Record With Greta” and stated that he would not rule out that Clinton would run for president in 2020. SERIOUSLY? That’s the ticket Democrats, run the worst presidential candidate in modern times again because you have nothing else. Currently, the Democrats have no leaders and it is a rudderless ship. Who else is going to run for the Dems in 2020? But as for Hillary Clinton running again, I find that hard to believe. Hillary lost in the primaries to an unknown named Barack Obama in 2008 and lost an unlosable presidential race to Donald Trump in an electoral landslide in 2016. Sorry Hillary, your time is over, in fact it was over when you lost to Obama in 2008. Find something else to do, there are plenty of woods to hike.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could be running for president again in 2020.
Clinton’s former campaign manager Robby Mook appeared on MSNBC’s “For The Record With Greta” Monday night to discuss the possibility of Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
Clinton was spotted in Pennsylvania over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, according to host Greta Van Sustern, who suggested that the visit could be related to a 2020 presidential bid.
Mook would not rule out if Clinton was planning to run against President Donald Trump in 2020, but he did say the Clinton camp’s focus is on figuring out the degree to which Russia was involved in the last election cycle.
“I’m going to let her answer for that,” Mook said. “I think what happens right now, we’ve got to get to the bottom of what happened in 2016 then we can start worrying about the next cycle. But we’ve got to make sure that this cannot happen again in two years or four years to anybody else.”
