As reported at The Politico, Secretary of State John Kerry suggested on Tuesday that there was a “rationale” for the assault on satirical French weekly Charlie Hebdo, unlike the more recent attacks in Paris. WHAT!!! There was a rationale behind an Islamic terror attack of a media outlet that killed 12 innocent people? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of an ass-hat makes such a comment? The sad reality is we get to see a true glimpse into what the Obama administration really thinks about terrorism and why they have done little to nothing to stop ISIS. They actually think in some cases there is a “rationale” to terrorists killing people. UNREAL.

Secretary of State John Kerry suggested on Tuesday that there was a “rationale” for the assault on satirical French weekly Charlie Hebdo, unlike the more recent attacks in Paris.

“There’s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that,” Kerry said in Paris, according to a transcript of his remarks. “There was a sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy in terms of — not a legitimacy, but a rationale that you could attach yourself to somehow and say, OK, they’re really angry because of this and that.”

“This Friday was absolutely indiscriminate. It wasn’t to aggrieve one particular sense of wrong. It was to terrorize people,” he continued.

The attack on Charlie Hebdo, which took place in January, killed 12 people and was perpetrated by radical Islamic militants with ties to al Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen. An al Qaeda statement claiming responsibility for the murders said they were retribution for the magazine’s decision to run cartoons mocking the Prophet Mohammed, and to avenge the drone strike that killed Yemeni-American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.

The war on Christmas has started early this year, just as early as stores rid themselves of Halloween displays. The Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY has ditched its traditional holiday village and put Ol’ Saint Nick inside a winter-themed “glacier” instead. And why did they do this? To avoid offending people, of course. Do these morons realize they are offending people by sanitizing Christmas? The mall charges anywhere from $24.99 to $59.99 for pictures with Santa who is sitting in front of an all-white background. Wait, isn’t that racist? Why is it black or inclusive of all colors? (sarcasm intended) There is no Christmas tree, no presents, no elves, no nothing!!! So now the secular commercialization of Christmas with Santa Claus is offensive. When will the absurdity end? Frankly, people should just do their Christmas shopping elsewhere is this mall is so offended by Christmas. Why is Santa even dressed in a red coat and hat? Just have the children take a picture next to some dude names Stan wearing khaki’s and a sweater.

Honestly, people need to boycott and not shop at places like this to show them the stupidity of their ways. In is simply ridiculous that less than 1% of people complaining that something is offensive would ruin in for so many children.

A Long Island mall swapped Santa’s sleigh for something resembling a spaceship and nixed the Christmas tree because it didn’t want to “offend” anyone, irate shoppers told The Post.

The Roosevelt Field Mall ditched its traditional holiday village and put Ol’ Saint Nick inside a winter-themed “glacier” instead. But some say the white and blue display looks more like something out of “Star Trek” than “Twas the Night Before Christmas.”

“Santa comes along with a decorated tree; he doesn’t come with a spaceship,” Maria Lovdahl fumed.

The Williston Park mother of two was shopping Thursday night when she spotted the apparently futuristic Santa photo kiosk.

“Me and my husband looked at each other and said, ‘What is that?’?” Lovdahl recalled. “They said it was because people were offended by the traditional Christmas display, that they had gotten comments in prior years.”

After a lifetime of shopping at Roosevelt Field and bringing her kids there, Lovdahl said, “I won’t be shopping there this year.”

Betty Borrero, 32, heard so much about the new display she came to see it for herself.

“I bring my child, I want to see the big tree in the background. This is blank,” she said, noting she’ll take her kid to Macy’s for this year’s holiday pictures.

In an update from Legal Insurrection, it appears that the Mall has somewhat relented on their stupid premise and they have put back the Christmas trees. Although, I can pretty much guarantee they call them festival trees.

WTF, a terrible precedent has been set that states the government is above the law and can do anything against We the People …  The officials in Washington constantly talk about how our immigration system in America is broken. WRONG, WASHINGTON, DC AND OUR GOVERNMENT IS BROKEN. In news that many may not have heard about as the liberal MSM, with Fox News in tow decided to over report on Hurricane Patricia and how it was supposed to be the hurricanes to end all hurricanes and destroy the world. The Barack Obama Justice Department has declined to file charges against IRS enforcer Lois Lerner, who purposely and willfully targeted Conservative and Tea Party groups for political purposes in an attempt to silence them. ARE YOU KIDDING? Lois Lerner should be in leg irons and in federal prison for what she did in an abuse of power and her IRS office. How can this be that an individual can break the law, get caught red-handed, stonewall and cover-up an investigation, but because you did it for the political party that is in power, you are not prosecuted for your crimes? UNREAL. This is an example of a US federal government gone rouge under the decisive and deceitful presidency of Barack Obama. America should have zero confidence any more that the federal government can be held accountable to We the People. Thanks to Barack Obama and his non-transparent presidency and this terrible precedent, we no longer have a government of, by and for the people but a government that is above the law.

The Law: The Justice Department declined to file charges against IRS enforcer Lois Lerner, who singled out Tea Party groups for scrutiny on political grounds. With no accountability, it’s now open season on dissidents.

Is there anyone out there subject to an Internal Revenue Service audit or a multiyear delay in approval for tax-exempt status who won’t be concerned that the process is politically rigged against them?

That’s the message the Justice Department sent when, in a classic Friday night news dump, it decided to not file charges against IRS tax-exempt groups chief Lois Lerner. In a letter to the House Judiciary Committee, Justice said that while it found “mismanagement, poor judgment and inertia,” there was no case for a criminal prosecution.

This is absurd. Lerner was caught red-handed targeting Tea Party and other conservative groups, wrote partisan emails to prove it, then engaged in a massive cover-up effort — with a suspiciously crashed server, an oddly missing BlackBerry and plenty of excuses.

She evaded even more accountability by shielding herself with the Fifth Amendment in Congress. The consequences to her have been . .. retirement on a full pension with all her bonuses to a multimillion-dollar mansion in the deep D.C. suburbs.

As for her victims — and they were many — there is no justice. Now everyone, no matter what their political leanings, will wonder if they too are a political target by an out-of-control agency protected by the Justice Department.

Because that’s the real consequence of this failure to hold Lerner accountable: A precedent has been set.

IRS officials now know they can go after any political opponent they want, ruin them any way they wish, swing an election — as occurred with Lerner’s actions — and get away with it.

No wonder confidence in government has plunged. Last June, Gallup conducted a survey on confidence in public institutions and found it “below historic norms” and with confidence in justice dropping to its lowest point since Barack Obama took office. Just 23% of the public had high or some confidence in a justice system that could play fairly; 34% had little or no confidence

To liberals who think this is a laughing matter and are giggling in some childish manner that they got away with something. I have two words, YOU’RE NEXT. No one should have any issues if there is a Republican president in office and they use the IRS to attack the LEFT. In fact, I insist that they do. Let’s see you guys twist in the wind and see what it feels like. And I do not want to hear the MSM condemn any future GOP administration for using the IRS has a goon squad to attack liberals.  You certainly can’t call foul, you had your chance and failed to do so.

Two Edina elementary schools have hired a recess consultant to police the politics of the playground. Of course they are going to do it in a PC manner. What has this country and more importantly our schools become? So this is the role of the recess consultant to make recess more inclusive and beneficial to children and more structured and if phrases like, “Hey, you’re out!” are replaced with “good job” or “nice try.” GOOD GRIEF!!! All these fools are doing is creating generations of kids who have no ability to cope or adapt to tough situations. Sheltering children is not the answer folks. Because its all about making everyone feel good. No wonder kids cannot deal with difficult situations anymore. Although I must admit, I was shocked that recess even exists anymore.

“The philosophy of Playworks does not fit Concord,” said Kathy Sandven, a parent of twin boys who attend the school. “It is a structured philosophy — an intervention philosophy — not allowing kids for free play.”

The two schools have joined a growing number of districts that have hired consultants to remake the playground experience into more structured and inclusive play time. The games and activities, like four square and jumping rope, are overseen by adults and designed to reduce disciplinary problems while ensuring that no children are left out.

Let’s face it, the only reason why she is coming out and doing this is because her political campaign to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2016 is in serious trouble. Her flip and arrogant responses to her email scandal has caused socialist Bernie Sanders to be a viable candidate and VP Joe Biden possibly entering the race.

But as Powerline opines, sorry is sometimes the tardiest word for Hillary, especially after she has continually denied she had done anything wrong and up until this past weekend refused to apologize for her actions.  We are sorry Hillary Clinton, you don’t just get to do a 180 and now say you are sorry after deceiving America and putting us at risk with your non-transparent and dangerous behavior. The sole reason for any of this is her drop in the polls, nothing more. Let’s face it, you don’t get a second, third and fourth chance to show that you are an honest person and not a bold faced liar. That is unless you are a Democrat and Hillary Clinton with the MSM.
