As if President Barack Obama has not done enough damage to the economy and the country, Obama is now doubling down and going try and finish the job of destroying America. Obama claims that 2014 is going to be a year of action and during his Weekly Address that he will move forward and act alone without Congress on certain issues if he can’t gain the legislative body’s cooperation. His exact words were, “I want to work with Congress on proven ways to create jobs.” Work with Congress, since when? Proven ways, like what … increasing the minimum wage, Obamacare, extending unemployment, amnesty for illegals and raising taxes? All are proven ways to reduce jobs and create a further government dependent class. This rhetoric is coming off his earlier comments this week, that he has a pen. This is not leadership, it’s authoritarianism and Unconstitutional.

This lying clown has been promising jobs for 5+ years and all his policies have provided us is extended long term unemployment, record number of Americans on food stamps and record low job participation rates.

So the Sith Lord says he is going to act alone and act without Congress. Take a good look at what Obama considers his signature piece of legislation. Obamacare was passed with no GOP support and he had to beg and make sweetheart deals like the Corn Husker kickback and the Louisiana Purchase to bribe Democrats into supporting it for passage. Just curious, how is Obamacare working out for America? Do you honestly want this man f’ing up immigration and the rest of the economy?

However, it is not the GOP that Obama needs to worry about in 2014, it is his own Democrat party. With Barack Obama’s job approval ratings barely in the 40′s and with Obamacare a continuing nightmare for Americans, Obama is not a wounded lame duck president, he is a toxic one. What Democrat is going to want to sign on to any unpopular Obama idea and if Obama plays the “executive order” card to bypass Congress, he will further destroy the Democrats in the 2014 midterms.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Says that Conservatives Who are Right to Life & for 1st and 2nd Amendmends ‘Have No Place in the State of New York’

More liberal tolerance … What has taken over the Democrat party … So much of a government in NY state of, by and for the people, all people.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said during a WCNY radio interview with Susan Arbetter that that if “extreme conservatives” are “right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay,” then “they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.” Seriously? Isn’t the governor of a state supposed to represent all the people? Could you imagine if a governor from a “red” state said that no one who was pro-choice, pro-gay or pro-gun control has no place in their state? The MSM would be in a complete and total uproar. Cuomo  went on to say that “moderate Republicans have a place in this state” and noted that he can work with moderate Republicans, as they’ve consistently passed his agenda. So only those that agree with Cuomo have a place in New York state. UNREAL! Imagine if Chris Christie made such a comment? Once again we are witness to another double standard. Let’s hope this socialist clown never runs for president.

“Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and if they are the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.”

This intolerance is coming from a state governor, this is why the framers and Founding Fathers wrote a Bill of Rights to the US Constitution to protect the people from a tyrannical government.

So let’s get this correct, an individual who expresses their First and Second Amendment rights of the US Constitution have no place in New York state? I thought it was the Democrats who claim to have a big tent and are oh so tolerant. The sad reality of Andrew Cuomo’s comments is that he is being seriously and this is what the liberal, socialists who have taken over the Democrat party believe. So for all you folks outside of New York City and who live in upstate New York, you best not be for the rights of new born babies, you best not support the right to bear Arms and you best not be for religious freedom and the right to follow your religious beliefs.

Let me first preface this post with two things, I am no Chris Christie fan for presidential nominee for the GOP, and this is all predicated on the fact that he is telling the truth and he had no knowledge of this sophomoric and pathetic attempt at political retribution against the Mayor of Ft. Lee.

Yesterday in a press conference that went on for 1 hour and 7 minutes,  Republican Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey apologized for members of his staff’s conduct in their part of the closing of lanes of the George Washington Bridge that caused massive traffic delays in Fort Lee, NJ. This was done as the media would find out as a pathetic and ridiculous way to get back at the Mayor of Ft. Lee for not backing Christie in the recent New Jersey governors race in 2013. Christie apologized for the incident, took complete responsibility for his staff members actions and then fired Bridget Anne Kelly, the deputy chief of staff who sent an email approving the lane closings, whom he called “stupid” and “deceitful.” Christy also asked two-time campaign manager, Bill Stepien, to step down as a consultant to the Republican Governors Association and to withdraw his name from consideration to lead the state’s Republican Party.

In a remarkable day of swirling political drama, Gov. Chris Christie tried on Thursday to control the damage from revelations that his administration ordered the revenge-closings of traffic lanes at the George Washington Bridge by firing a top aide, cutting ties with a longtime political adviser and repeatedly apologizing in a nearly two-hour news conference.

Sounding somber and appearing contrite, the normally garrulous Mr. Christie said he had no advance knowledge of the lane closings and had been “humiliated” by the entire episode.

“I am a very sad person today,” he said. “I am heartbroken that someone I permitted to be in that circle of trust for the past five years betrayed that trust.”

Christie’s tone and message represented a valiant attempt to disconnect himself from the embarrassing events that have attracted the attention of federal prosecutors, simultaneously pleading ignorance and accepting responsibility.

He said the buck stops with him but emphatically intoned that he had no knowledge of any aspect of the bridge controversy.

“I am stunned by the abject stupidity that was shown here regardless of what the facts ultimately uncover. This was handled in a callous and indifferent way,” he said.

As previously stated, I am not a Christie fan for president because of his stance on policy and the GOP does not need another moderate running. One would think they would have learned with the two failed campaigns of John McCain and Mitt Romney. That being said, how refreshing that a political leader come out and take responsibility for a scandal, then fire those individuals responsible. Hey Barack Obama, maybe you could learn some thing about what actual leadership looks like.

Gallup Poll: Barack Obama’s Greatest Failure … OBAMACARE, His Greatest Achievement … NOTHING!!!

President Barack Obama’s presidency in a nutshell … his greatest failure is his signature piece of legislation, Obamacare.

According to a recent Gallup poll, Barack Obama greatest failure of his presidency to date by an overwhelming number of 36% has been Obamacare, followed by not getting along with Congress and working with Republicans (9%), lack of communication (5%), lack of leadership (4%) and so on. When it comes to Obama’s failures, there is so many to chose from. You could have answered the questions of Obama’s failures, the jobless job recovery, the economy, real unemployment, record number of Americans on food stamps, record $17 trillion debt, wasteful spending, investments in green energy,  the scandals (IRS-gate, Fast & Furious, Benghazi-gate, AP-gate,  Fox/Rosen-gate, NSA spy-gate), Middle East Arab Spring, Libya, Egypt, etc.

On the other hand, Republicans (50%) and Democrats (25%) alike are most likely to mention Obamacare as the president’s biggest failure, although Republicans are twice as likely to do so. This suggests that even Democrats recognize the negative issues associated with the new healthcare law and its implementation. Republicans also cite Obama’s lack of communication and lack of leadership as a failure, while Democrats mention his inability to get along with Congress and Republicans, his lack of communication, lack of immigration reform, lack of leadership, and his inability to bring all troops home.

Hey America, did I tell you that you can keep your healthcare if you like it?

I am not quite sure what some of these media outlets like CNN and  … are reporting that Obamacare in Barack Obama’s greatest achievement and failure. Take a look at the poll below, “Nothing/None” at 23% is #1 as Obama’s greatest achievement to date, the ACA/Obamacare is second. Honestly, one would have to be hard pressed to name anything that this president has accomplished that would be considered an achievement and benfit for the United States of America.

New York Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak Accused of Sexually Harassment by 3 Former Staffers … Alleged to Have Told One Female Staffer He Had a Tattoo on His Penis … And Sent Staff Video of ‘Oral Sex’

Another politician forgets that his job is to work for the people, not sexually harass them …

New York state Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak (D-Cheektowaga) has been accused of sexual harassment by three former female staffers according to court papers (see document here) filed in the State Court of Claims. According to the story, , “a minimum of two additional former employees’’ of the lawmaker “will be coming forward in the near future and will be bringing allegations similar to those’’ of the three women who just filed their harassment complaint. Dennis Gabryszak  is 62 years old, was first elected to the Assembly in 2006 and has been married to his wife for 37 years. Well for now as both of those things on his bio might be going bye-bye.

Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak is being accused of sexually harassing three now-former legislative staffers, according to court papers filed Thursday.

Gabryszak, D-Cheektowaga, is the subject of three separate complaints by former aides, all in their 20s, who accuse him of making repeated sexually charged comments and suggestions to female staffers and, in the case of one, bringing her to a massage parlor in her first two weeks on the job.

The allegations include claims that Gabryszak told one female staffer he has a tattoo on his penis and that he showered one woman with gifts and offered her a well-paying job in Buffalo after learning that she had become engaged – a revelation that allegedly upset the assemblyman.

Within hours of the allegations surfacing, Gabryszak was already losing key Democratic Party support. “If these allegations are even close to being true, the Assembly member should resign immediately and spare the community from further embarrassment,’’ said Jeremy Zellner, the chairman of the Erie County Democratic Party

UPDATE I: Reportedly sent  video of himself supposedly receiving oral sex.

Married-with-children Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak, 62, tormented three workers with lewd antics such as sending a video of himself supposedly receiving oral sex, suggesting they shack up with him in hotels and talking about a tattoo on his penis, new court documents charge.

“I got a boner when I walked into the office today when I saw you,” the seven-year assemblyman allegedly drooled to his then-director of communications, Anna­lise C. Freling, 28, last year at a governor’s event, according to court papers filed Thursday.

“You’re so hot, you know what I want to do with you,” he allegedly said.
