Peter Lanza, the father of the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooter Adam Lanza, gave his first interview since the horrendous mass murder in Newton, CT. Peter Lanza was interviewed by the New Yorker and stated, “With hindsight, I know Adam would have killed me in a heartbeat, if he’d had the chance.” Peter also had a motive behind the reason why his son shot his mother multiple times; “The reason he shot Nancy four times was one for each of us: one for Nancy; one for him; one for (his brother) Ryan; one for me.” He would later say with regards to the mass killing of children and teachers at the school,”You can’t get any more evil.”

The father of the Sandy Hook Elementary School gunman Adam Lanza says he carries guilt about his son’s violent rampage and then says something that probably comes as one of the worst thing they can ever say as a parent, Peter Lanza “wishes his son had never been born”.  I bet there are families of 26 victims from Sandy Hook that would say the same.

The father of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter Adam Lanza said his son would have killed him if he’d had the opportunity.

“With hindsight, I know Adam would have killed me in a heartbeat, if he’d had the chance,” Peter Lanza told New Yorker magazine in an interview that appears in the March 17 issue.

It’s the first time Peter Lanza has spoken publicly about his son.

“The reason he shot Nancy four times was one for each of us: one for Nancy; one for him; one for (his brother) Ryan; one for me,” he said.

Peter hadn’t seen his son for two years at the time of the Sandy Hook killings, and, even with hindsight, he doesn’t think that the catastrophe could have been predicted. But he constantly thinks about what he could have done differently and wishes he had pushed harder to see Adam. “Any variation on what I did and how my relationship was had to be good, because no outcome could be worse,” he said. Another time, he said, “You can’t get any more evil,” and added, “How much do I beat up on myself about the fact that he’s my son? A lot.”

Depending on whom you ask, there were twenty-six, twenty-seven, or twenty-eight victims in Newtown. It’s twenty-six if you count only those who were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School; twenty-seven if you include Nancy Lanza; twenty-eight if you judge Adam’s suicide a loss. There are twenty-six stars on the local firehouse roof. On the anniversary of the shootings, President Obama referred to “six dedicated school workers and twenty beautiful children” who had been killed, and the governor of Connecticut asked churches to ring their bells twenty-six times. Some churches in Newtown had previously commemorated the victims by ringing twenty-eight times, but a popular narrative had taken hold in which Nancy—a gun enthusiast who had taught Adam to shoot—was an accessory to the crime, rather than its victim. Emily Miller, an editor at the Washington Times, wrote, “We can’t blame lax gun-control laws, access to mental health treatment, prescription drugs or video games for Lanza’s terrible killing spree. We can point to a mother who should have been more aware of how sick her son had become and forced treatment.” (read the full story HERE)

Bi-Partisan Senate Vote Rejects Obama Nominee, Cop-Killer Atty. Debo Adegbile, to Lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division

A stinging bi-partisan vote defeat for Barack Obama … Sorry, but actions have consequences.

In a 47 to 52 vote in the US Senate, Republicans were joined by seven Democrats voting to continue a filibuster of Debo Adegbile’s nomination for the influential post, to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.Yes, the same Debo Adegbile, who represented cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, who was found guilty in 1981 of killing police officer Daniel Faulkner and turned the case into a racially-charged political cause-celeb, and, in doing so, went far beyond his duties as a lawyer to zealously represent his client.

As Sen Ted Cruz (R-TX) stated, Those Who Advocate For Cop Killers Aren’t Suited For Leadership at DOJ.

But not too much for Barack Obama to nominate …

Just what we did not need in the Civil Rights department enforcing the nation’s anti-discrimination laws, a lawyer as Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Pat Toomey led the charge against Adegbile’s nomination,“Under Mr. Adegbile’s oversight, LDF lawyers promoted the pernicious myth that Abu-Jamal was an innocent man, that he was framed because of his race.” Unproven allegations of racism reversed a cop-killers sentence.  So I guess Barack Obama will call the following Democratic Senators racists and playing Washington politics, Heidi Heitkamp (ND), Joe Manchin (WV), Mark Pryor (AR), Joe Donnelly (IN), John Walsh (MT), Chris Coons (DE) and Bob Casey Jr. (PA), who voted with Republicans to block the nomination of Adegbile.

The Senate rejected President Obama’s nominee to lead the Justice Department’s civil rights division on Wednesday in a stunning 47-52 vote in which seven Democrats abandoned their leadership.

The vote was all the more remarkable for the five Democrats in tough reelection races this year who voted in vain to move Debo Adegbile’s nomination forward.

Their votes now become ammunition for Senate Republicans, who argued Adegbile was unfit to serve because of his legal work in support of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who was convicted of killing Philadelphia

police officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981.

The vote was a stinging defeat for the White House that showed President Obama is politically out of step with some centrist Democrats heading into the midterm elections.

“He represents the best of the legal profession,” and if you like your cop-killing lawyer, you can keep him …

Obama labeled the vote a “travesty” based on “wildly unfair” character attacks.

“Mr. Adegbile’s qualifications are impeccable. He represents the best of the legal profession, with wide-ranging experience, and the deep respect of those with whom he has worked,” Obama said. “As a lawyer, Mr. Adegbile has played by the rules. And now, Washington politics have used the rules against him.”

THE KIDNAPPING CHILDREN EXPERIMENT … Fousey Tube Social Experiment Tests How People will People Would React to a Possible Child Kidnapping (VIDEO)

STOP THE APATHY AMERICA, GET INVOLVED AND HELP IF THE OPPORTUNITY PRESENTS ITSELF …

Fousey Tube does a rather interesting and important video social experiment on how people would react to a possible child kidnapping an abduction. Needless to say, some of the results were troubling. While some people stepped in and protected the child, one woman even pepper-sprayed the would be child predator, sadly many others were just apathetic and literally did nothing. FOLKS, if we do not step in and help a child in trouble, who will you help? It does not take much to just question what is happening. Any parent who you might question would respect the fact that you were concerned.

I have to say though that as much as a I respect what they are doing at Fousey Tube, some of it is a bit dangerous. Depending on where you were or who you came in contact with, one never knows if during this experiment the individual that is approached could be legally carrying a gun and would draw it thinking that there was a possible child kidnapping taking place … present company included.

Could There Finally Be a Break in the 1975 Case if Missing 12 Year Old Sheila Lyon & 10 Year Old Sister Kate Lyon … Looking at Convicted Sex Offender Lloyd Lee Welch Jr

Could there finally be a break in the 40 year old missing persons case of sisters Sheila and Katherine Lyon?

Twelve year old Sheila Lyon and her 10 year old sister Katherine went missing March 25, 1975 while walking home from Wheaton Plaza in Kensington, Maryland.  40 years ago, several witnesses, including the girls’ older brother, saw the two girls inside the shopping mall before their disappearance. An extensive search and investigation ensued, but the two girls were never found nor heard from and no one had ever been charged in the case. Now after all this time, the police belive they may finally have a break in the case. Authorities have identified a “person of interest in the 40 year old Lyon’s missing person’s case … he is  57 year old Lloyd Lee Welch, an already convicted sex offender.

Welch traveled extensively throughout the United States from the 1970s through the mid-90s, authorities said. He worked as a ride operator for a carnival company, which often set up at malls. He has a criminal history that includes arrests in several different states for sexual offenses against young girls, according to the station.

The two little girls vanished nearly 40 years ago, their disappearance long faded from the public consciousness, their names etched in a stone marker their hope-sapped parents placed in a local cemetery.

But Maryland police have been tenacious about solving this cold case. And on Tuesday they breathed new life into it, when they announced a possible breakthrough.

Convicted sex offender Lloyd Lee Welch Jr., 57, who’s been serving a prison sentence in Delaware since 1997, was near Sheila and Katherine Lyon on that March day in 1975 when they went missing, Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger told reporters Tuesday.

Welch was at a plaza that was among the last places that the two girls were seen alive, and he was observed paying attention to the sisters, Manger said. He declined to state how police obtained this lead.

Old case file documents show that a young girl who was with the Lyon sisters that afternoon had described a man who followed the three of them that day. Police developed a sketch partly based on that description, they said. It resembles a mug shot taken of Welch a few years later — in 1977 — when he was arrested in a burglary case in Montgomery.

Welch went on to assault girls in South Carolina and Delaware, where he is in prison, police said. The details of the Delaware case are not clear, but court papers show that he pleaded guilty in 1998 to several sex offenses. Officials said he is due to be set free in 2027 but has asked for early release. The Board of Pardons has scheduled a hearing for July.

Welch’s niece, Debbie Roe, 38, of Dover, Del., said she is the only member of the family who is in regular contact with him. She said she has written letters on and off to him for the past 13 years during his incarceration. She described him as “sweet” and said he is excited when she visits him in prison.

She said that Welch has denied involvement in the disappearance of the Lyon girls but told her that he was at Wheaton Plaza that day.

With Terror Threats Ahead of Sochi Winter Olympic Games, American Athletes and Americans Urged Not to Wear Anything that ID’s them as Americans in Public

Sorry, but if this is what the Olympics has come to, then the terrorists have won …

The Olympic represent the pinnacle of National pride for the host country and for the athletes who represent their own countries competing in the games. But as reported by CBS News, Americans might be hard pressed to find the stars and stripes and team USA logos in Sochi. The Olympic committee told the US athletes not to wear anything that identifies them as American in public. Sadly, the gutless Barack Obama/John Kerry State Department agrees. So athletes and fans are not supposed to show pride and patriotism in the US, they are supposed to cower in fear. Why even go if that is the case? This speaks volumes of our current federal government an namely Barack Obama, doesn’t it!!!

It would appear that the motto of the Olympics of Citius, Altius, Fortius  (faster, higher, stronger) has been changed to take part in your sport under the cloak of anonymity and hide from those who would kill you.

So let’s understand this, the US is succumbing to the threats of terrorists?  Really? We are allowing terrorists to dictate what we do and how we act? What a gutless government we have.  Sorry, but if the Olympic committee was really serious about any of this they would have never granted the Winter Olympic games to be held in the middle of a terrorist hot bed. How bad is it that athletes who have trained their entire lives for this one moment in time have to ask their families to stay how for safety reasons? What the hell was the IOC thinking in granting these games in the first place? Hey, I say the Summer games should be held in Egypt, Syria or Iran next. It makes about as much sense.

Has anyone ever told the IOC, Barack Obama and the State Department that you do not appease bullies, you stand up to them? Terrorists pride themselves upon fear and sadly Obama is showing that he is just that weak.
