FBI Says … Fort Lauderdale Airport Suspect Esteban Santiago ‘Came Here Specifically’ to Attack (VIDEO)

According to the FBI, the suspect in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport shootings that left 5 people dead and many more injured came to Florida specifically to attack. How do they know this, the suspect reportedly told them during the investigation. However, this is not the first time that the suspect and the FBI have crossed paths. The FBI still is not saying whether this was terror related. Hmm, even though they say the motive is unclear or whether this may or may not be terror related, doesn’t the FBI usually error on the side of it was not terror? Not in this case as the FBI has egg on their face and a lot of explaining to do.

Esteban Santiago went to baggage claim and picked up his one piece of checked luggage.

There were no other bags, just a case with a handgun inside.

Santiago allegedly took the 9 mm handgun out of its case and fired at other travelers Friday afternoon, killing five people at the Fort Lauderdale airport. On Saturday, authorities revised the number of wounded to six after earlier saying eight.

A few months earlier he reportedly had a mental evaluation after a bizarre visit to an FBI office in Alaska.

Friday’s shooting sent the airport terminal into chaos, with people running for cover. They started running again when rumors of more gunshots and a possible second shooter spread through the busy airport. Almost 40 others would get hurt in the rushed evacuation after the attack. Some suffered sprains and bruises; others had broken bones.

According to accounts, the suspect in the Fort Lauderdale, FL airport shooting that left 5 people dead and several more injured told investigators that he planned the attack. 26 year old Esteban Santiago has been charged with federal crimes and could face the death penalty. As per FBI Agent George Piro, Santiago spoke to investigators for several hours after the mass murder attack at the Fort Lauderdale airport where  he opened fire with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun that he appears to have legally checked on a flight from Alaska. WHAT!!! You will read below why such astonishment as to how on earth this individual was allowed to possess a gun, let alone legally check it on the plane. Not to mention, Esteban Santiago bought a one way ticket to Florida. Did this not sound off any bells or raise any red flags? Nope, the TSA was too busy checking  grandma’s walker and patting down little girls. It does not matter if this was an act of terror or not, how does someone who alerted the notice of the FBI because of insane actions, then be given his gun back, allowed to board a plane with a one way ticket and then allowed to check a gun. Have we completely lost all common sense?

The suspected gunman in an airport shooting rampage in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — Esteban Santiago, 26, an Iraq War veteran — has been charged with federal crimes and could face the death penalty, the Justice Department announced Saturday night.

Santiago showed signs of violence and what authorities called “erratic behavior” in the months before they said he traveled 4,000 miles from home, loaded a gun in a baggage area and killed five people in some 80 seconds.

“The area was crowded with newly-arrived passengers retrieving their luggage, according to a news release from the Department of Justice. “Santiago started shooting, aiming at his victims’ heads until he was out of ammunition

However, why does there only have to be a terror angle to something in order for a suspect to be considered a danger to the public? Esteban Santiago was a mental case who should have been committed to an insane asylum after being arrested twice for domestic violence and then showing up to an FBI office in Alaka telling agents his mind was being controlled, complaining that the government was forcing him to watch Islamic State videos. AND YOU GAVE THIS LUNATIC HIS GUN BACK, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Investigators said Saturday that Santiago drew frequent police attention for domestic violence in his Alaska home town and twice was arrested within the last year. Two months before the shooting, they said, he was admitted to a mental-health facility after showing up at an FBI field office and telling agents his mind was being controlled, complaining that the government was forcing him to watch Islamic State videos.

Police held his gun for a month, and then gave it back to him, authorities said.

Those sporadic run-ins now raise questions about how Santiago evaded detection as he boarded two flights — checking in a weapon — before he landed at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and allegedly fired at unsuspecting travelers.

Investigators said they were still trying to determine if there was a terrorism motive. A day after the shooting, agents had interviewed more than 100 people, including Santiago, who surrendered after firing all of his ammunition by dropping onto the floor, spread-eagle, near a baggage area when a sheriff’s deputy approached him, according to an FBI affidavit.

The New York Post is reporting that according to latest reports based on FBI notes that Hillary Clinton had her Filipino immigrant maid handle and print classified emails for her when she was secretary of state. Of course the maid, not surprisingly, did not have the security clearance to handle such materials. But of course that did not stop Clinton from having her top aides at the State Department forward the sensitive documents to her for printing, emails. UNREAL. The maid?!? At every step Hillary Clinton broke the law when dealing with classified information and put the United States at risk, and could have cared less. AMERICA, WAKE THE HELL UP!!! Do you care? Or have you become that lazy and apathetic? As Doug Powers opines at Michelle Malkin.com, “Americans have 2 days to decide who they trust to handle the nation’s secrets: Trump & Pence, or Hillary & her maid.”

As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.

In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.

Clinton entrusted far more than the care of her DC residence, known as Whitehaven, to Santos. She expected the Filipino immigrant to handle state secrets, further opening the Democratic presidential nominee to criticism that she played fast and loose with national security.

Clinton would first receive highly sensitive e-mails from top aides at the State Department and then request that they, in turn, forward the messages and any attached documents to Santos to print out for her at the home.

Among other things, Clinton requested Santos print out drafts of her speeches, confidential memos and “call sheets” — background information and talking points prepared for the secretary of state in advance of a phone call with a foreign head of state.

In a 2012 email titled “Revisions to the Iran points” that was marked classified, one of Clinton’s aides wrote, “We can ask Marina to print this.”

According to the FBI’s notes, Santos also had access to a SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility) room that was setup at Clinton’s D.C. residence known as Whitehaven, the Post reported.

FBI Finds Non-Duplicate Emails Related to Hillary Clinton’s Tenure at the State Department on the Laptop Belonging to Huma Abedin & Anthony Weiner

CBS News is reporting that the FBI has found emails related to Hillary Clinton during her tenure at the State Department on the laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner. Hmm. They also reported that the emails are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. Double hmm!!! As Powerline opines, the significance of this finding, no matter what the emails contain, “confirm, once again, that not all of Hillary’s work-related emails were preserved and turned over for production, as Hillary claimed.” HILLARY CLINTON IS A LIAR!!!  Hillary Clinton was supposed to turn over all work related emails. This was obviously not not. America, this is called obstruction of justice.

The FBI has found emails related to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner, according to a U.S. official.

These emails, CBS News’ Andres Triay reports, are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are.

In a letter to Congress last Friday, FBI Director James Comey indicated that the agency was taking steps to review newly discovered emails relating to Clinton’s private email server. Those emails came from the laptop of Weiner, a former New York congressman. Abedin reportedly said she had no knowledge of the existence of any of her emails on Weiner’s laptop. On Monday, CBS News reported that the FBI had obtained a warrant for the emails.

In a separate matter, CBS News confirmed that there were disagreements between FBI agents looking into the Clinton Foundation and their superiors in Washington and at the Department of Justice. The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the FBI was facing an “internal feud” over how to handle the Clinton Foundation case in the middle of election season. Officials say tension like this is common in many cases.

Town Hall – Huma Abedin and Hillary Clinton are in deep trouble.

Abedin has sworn on multiple occasions that she turned over all State Department-related documents and the devices she used to send those emails. In June, she swore that she turned over all devices to her lawyers that she thought might have State Department material on them. In February of 2013, she signed a routine form swearing that all documents, from classified to administrative, relating to the State Department were turned over. Penalties of perjury were applied to both cases. Granted, intent has to be proven, but one would think that some inquiry into this angle of the investigation would also begin, yes? New emails relating to Clinton’s tenure as our top diplomat, which is tied to her unauthorized and unsecure email server, have been found. That’s sort of torpedoes the big liberal hope that all of these were duplicates. I’m sure more emails of a similar nature will be found, given the sheer volume of what needs to be reviewed. Abedin even said that she didn’t delete old emails from her inbox.

Yes, the details about these emails, other than they’re new, is scarce. But the fact that Clinton has been caught in lie after lie about the nature, circumstances, and contents of her private email server only further fortify the already solid assumption that she’s dishonest and untrustworthy. The problem is that Donald Trump isn’t much better on these character issues either, but there is one huge difference between the two candidates. One is under federal investigation, while the other is not.
