Gas Prices Expected to Surge Again Soon Due to Unrest in Egypt and Drop in Supply

Just what we needed for the rest of the summer as individuals try and take vacations the rest of the Summer or have to commute to work. Gas prices are expected to rise due to the unrest in the Middle East in Egypt and a drop in oil supplies.

Gas prices are heading up again.

Rising crude oil prices and a fall in U.S. supplies are driving wholesale gas prices up sharply. That has yet to be fully reflected at the retail level.

Prices at the pump — up 4 cents the past week to a national average of $3.52 a gallon — could climb another 15 cents or higher over the next two weeks. A year ago, the national average was $3.38.

“It’s getting ugly,” says Patrick DeHaan, senior analyst for GasBuddy.com. “First and foremost, the political problems in Egypt are driving crude oil prices, but there has also been a sharp drop in oil supplies the past two weeks. This is coming at a time when demand is at its annual July peak.”

Sarah Palin has been making a lot of news lately and opened the doors to many opportunities. The former Alaska governor told Sean Hannity during an appearance on his radio show that the door is open to her running for the US Senate in Alaska in 2014.  Currently, Democratic freshman Sen. Mark Begich holds the office which borders on the absurd for Alaska, a state so rich in oil and resources, while they have a Senator who is beholden to the radical LEFT, anti-fossil fuel Democrats in the Senate and President Barack Obama. At present, two Republicans have already announced challenges to Democratic Sen. Mark Begich, Lt. Gov. Mead Treadwell and 2010 GOP nominee Joe Miller. Anything is possible, but Palin would have to battle the LEFT as she would have a political target on her and the establishment GOP as well. However, one thing is for certain, in a state like Alaska where Romney beat Obama in 2012 Presidential election,  55% – 41%, there is no way that Alaska should have a Democrat representing their best interests. Sarah Palin recently also commented that she would be open to start a third party if Republicans continue to not act like Republicans. Well, who wouldn’t?

Sarah Palin opened the door Tuesday to running for Senate next year in Alaska.

“I’ve considered it because people have requested me considering it, but I’m still waiting to see what the lineup will be and hoping that … there will be some new blood, some new energy,” the former governor told Sean Hannity during an appearance on his radio show.

Two Republicans have already announced challenges to Democratic freshman Sen. Mark Begich: Lt. Gov. Mead Treadwell and 2010 GOP nominee Joe Miller.

“We’d meet with any Alaskan interested in challenging Mark Begich,” National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesman Brad Dayspring told POLITICO, “and Governor Palin is right in that Begich abandoned his campaign promises — most notably by being the deciding vote on ObamaCare — and must be repealed and replaced.”

A poll conducted by Harper Polling in May 2013 found Sarah Palin leading other Republican primary contenders to face Begich in 2014. Don’t let the liberal MSM BS you, Palin would win the Senate election for Alaska.

President Barack Obama: ‘Planet Will Boil Over’ If Young Africans Are Allowed Cars, Air-Conditioning, Big Houses

The Lion Lying King – Africa Edition:  While on his $100 million trip to Africa, President Barack Obama told individuals at a town hall that if all young Africans are allowed cars, air conditioners and big houses, that the plant would boil over. WHAT!!! No, this was not an SNL skit of Obama, it was actually Barack Obama further embarrassing himself. Obama lectures the young Africans in the audience that they had to have skin in the game and everyone has to do something. Obama also went on to say that   global warming constitutes “the biggest challenge we have environmentally,” one greater than all other environmental calamities like “dirty water, dirty air.” Even though that is a lie. So now Obama spreads his politics of fear and lies outside the US?

Just curious, how would such a statement been received by the MSM had Mitt Romney made the same one?

According to Obama, global warming constitutes “the biggest challenge we have environmentally,” one greater than all other environmental calamities like “dirty water, dirty air.”

However, the President’s statements do not reflect statistics released by the United Nations:  Based on a data released in October, 2012, the World Health Organization estimated that “Global warming” is responsible for approximately 140,000 excess deaths each year.

By comparison, as many as three million people died from indoor and outdoor air pollution – in other words, over 20 times the number of alleged victims of global warming, according to the Word Health Organization.

The list of victims of unclean drinking water is even more staggering.

According to UNESCO, unsanitized water causes billions of preventable diseases annually, from diarrhea (4 billion), cholera (120,000), malaria (300-500 million), intestinal parasites (25% of world’s population), typhoid (12 million), trachoma (6 million), and schistosomiesis (200 million). list from highest to least affected.

When Green Energy Kills … Rare White-Throated Needletail Bird Last Seen in Britain 22 Years Ago Reappears Only to be Killed by Wind Turbine

War against oil and coal, eh? Looks like green energy wind turbines may be more deadly. As reported at the Daily Mail, as bird enthusiasts flocked to the Hebrides to catch a glimpse of the brown, black and blue rare white-throated Needletail bird last seen in Great Britain 22 years ago. Then suddenly, the rare bird became even more rare as it flew into the “green” energy wind turbines and was killed.  Below is the VIDEO of the onlookers gushing over the sight of the rare bird before its most unfortunate demise. Listening to them before, I can only imagine what they sounded like when the bird was killed by the evil, big “green” wind turbine.

There had been only eight recorded sightings of the white-throated needletail in the UK since 1846. So when one popped up again on British shores this week, twitchers were understandably excited.

A group of 40 enthusiasts dashed to the Hebrides to catch a glimpse of the brown, black and blue bird, which breeds in Asia and winters in Australasia.

But instead of being treated to a wildlife spectacle they were left with a horror show when it flew into a wind turbine and was killed.

John Marchant, 62, who had made the trip all the way from Norfolk, said: ‘We were absolutely over the moon to see the bird. We watched it for nearly two hours.

‘But while we were watching it suddenly got a bit close to the turbine and then the blades hit it.

This morning on FOX News ‘Fox & Friends’ US Senator Joe Manchin lost his mind and blew his cool in reaction to President Obama’s speech yesterday regarding “climate change” and his war on coal. Manchin’s state of West Virginia would lose countless jobs due to Obama’s war on coal. In essence Obama has declared a war on coal, a war on jobs and a war on West Virginia. Joe Manchin described wgat Obama was doing as a ‘War on America’. WOW, Manchin is a DEM. This is a must see video below as a Democrat openly attacks Obama for his misguided liberal energy policy. After all, it was Obama who basically called Manchin, a member of his own political party, a flat earther.  Manchin angrily went on to say, “It’s just ridiculous that I, as a U.S. senator, am battling my own president and my own government. … I’m willing to reach out but I don’t need adversaries here. I need a partner!” Of course I am not sure what politicians from coal states like West Virginia and Ohio thought Obama was going to do? He promised to kill coal during the campaign. And just a heads up to the foolish Sen. Sherrod Brown, liberal Democrat from coal-rich Ohio, you can’t do what Obama is talking about, kill coal and create jobs. What planet do you live on?

President Obama has angered lawmakers on both sides of the aisle by calling for new regulations on coal-fired power plants. One of them is Democratic Senator Joe Manchin from coal-industry driven West Virginia. Manchin argues that Obama’s proposed regulations will kill jobs and when asked by Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy today how angry he was by the president’s proposal, he replied, “I don’t think you have a scale . … It’s just ridiculous.
