4 People Threatened With Jail Time for Cheering Too Loudly at Highschool Graduation in Senatobia, Mississippi

DOES ANYONE THINK THAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS WOULD APPROVE OF THIS INSANITY?

Four people have been charged with disturbing the peace for cheering to loudly at a high school graduation ceremony in Senatobia, Mississippi. UNREAL. What has this country come to when you have to sit on your hands and be quiet as your child, sister, brother, etc. graduates at long last from high school? Are you telling me that a school system cannot extend the length of a graduation ceremony so that loved ones can clap, cheer and shout out to the graduates? But what would you expect from the public school education system of today that tries to control heart, mind and thought. Schools have become buildings of indoctrination. The parents have had no issue with the liberal agendas forced on their children, what is one more over-reaching rule? Henry Walker, one of the individuals cited with disturbing the peace said, “It’s crazy. The fact that I might have to bond out of jail, pay court costs, or a $500 fine for expressing my love, it’s ridiculous man. It’s ridiculous.” YES IT IS.  The four individuals charged are expected to appear in court on June 9.

It would be hard to believe that a judge would not throw this case out or the charges are dropped prior to going to court due to bad PR. But then again, many current rules, regulations and laws make it hard to believe that we still live in the United States of America.

Four people were charged with disturbing the peace after cheering too loudly at a high school graduation ceremony in Senatobia, Miss., Memphis television station WREG reported on Tuesday.

Police at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where the ceremony was held, told WREG that Senatobia Municipal School District Superintendent Jay Foster, told attendees at the ceremony to refrain from cheering and applause until the end of the ceremony.

Four people, including Ursula Miller and Henry Walker (pictured above), both of whom are black, were asked to leave the ceremony after cheering on the graduates.

When Lanarcia Walker graduated, Miller yelled out her niece’s name.

“When she went across the stage I just called her name out. ‘Lakaydra’. Just like that,” Miller told WREG.

Gee, why didn’t they just handcuff these criminals for cheering or taser them? (sarcasm intended)

A note to the the folks at TMP, stop making this a racial thing. This has nothing to do with race, it has to do with typical liberal stupidity in our educational system. The libs have no problem with the liberal indoctrination of students from K thru high school. Suddenly they find fault with the system when it goes against their freedom of speech.

17 Year Old Serenity Leann Hooker Missing Since 5/15/15 in Corbett, OR

17 year old Serenity Leann Hooker has been missing since May 5, 2015 in . She was last seen around 3:30 PM on Friday, May 5th at Corbett High School when she told a witness that she was waiting for a friend to pick her up. According to reports, she also lft a note for her parents that she was going on a walk and would be back soon. She has not been seen or heard from since. The missing 17 year old girl is considered developmentally delayed and acts at a 13-15 year old capacity. The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Corbett teen.

Missing – Serenity Leann Hooker

Serenity Leann Hooker was last seen 3:30 p.m. Friday at Corbett High School when she told a witness that she was waiting for a friend to pick her up. She also left a note for her parents that she was going on a walk and would be back soon. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Hooker is developmentally delayed, operating at a 13-to 15-year-old’s capacity. She is 5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs 95 pounds.

Hooker was wearing a black sweatshirt and blue pants, and possibly black boots.

15 Year Old Jaylee Roof Missing Since 4/28/15 in Normal, IL

15 year old Jaylee Roof has been missing since Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in Normal, Illinois. Jaylee Roof is described as white, 15 years of age, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. The McLean County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the missing teen after she was reported missing after she left school in Normal on Tuesday morning.

Jaylee Roof is described as white, 15 years of age, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, according to the department.

She has brown eyes and brown hair. The teen was reported missing to the department at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday after she left her school in Normal.

The SCOTUS Reject Free Speech Appeal over Cinco de Mayo School Dispute Filed by 3 Students at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA

The Supreme Court of Mexico rejected Cinco de Mayo school dispute appeal … T0o bad it was the Supreme Court of the United States … What happened to the Country I grew up in?

Reuters reports that the SCOTUS rejected the on Monday appeal and left in tact a lower courts ruling that school officials in California did not violate the free speech rights of students by demanding they remove T-shirts bearing images of the United States flag at an event celebrating the Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo. REALLY? So a school can tell American students in America to remove their American flag shirts because it would cause an incident at an American school.  Honestly, what the “F” happened to this once great nation? Justice isn’t just blind at the SCOTUS, it also appears to be stupid.

Just curious, who thinks that the SCOTUS would have decided 180 degrees different if the school officials had asked the Mexican students to take off their shirts with the Mexican flag on it so not to insight a riot? Or if it were black students who were made to take off shirts that might cause an incident? Or if Gay-Lesbian students were forced to take off their rainbow shirts for fear of causing an incident? I think we all know the answer.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday left intact an appeals court ruling that school officials in California did not violate the free speech rights of students by demanding they remove T-shirts bearing images of the U.S. flag at an event celebrating the Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo.

The court declined to hear an appeal filed by three students at Live Oak High School in the town of Morgan Hill, south of San Francisco. School staff at the May 5, 2010, event told several students their clothing could cause an incident. Two chose to leave for home after refusing to turn their shirts inside out.

The school had been experiencing gang-related tensions and racially charged altercations between white and Hispanic students at the time. School officials said they feared the imposition of American patriotic imagery by some students at an event where other students were celebrating their pride in their Mexican heritage would incite fights between the two groups.

What part that this is America doesn’t the Supreme Court quite not get? Only in America is it considered a bad thing to wear something patriotic. This is just pathetic. Unlike in Mexico, citizens are supposed to have rights in the United States. Supreme Court, that means all citizens, including white Americans.

Just so everyone understands, Cinca de Mayo is not  Mexico’s Independence Day, it  celebrates the defeat of the French army during the Battle of Puebla in Mexico on May 5, 1862. Mexico’s Independence Day is on Dieciséis de Septiembre, but that doesn’t quite have the same ring does it? However let’s get real, today Cinco de Mayo has become more of an American holiday than a Mexican one giving folks the excuse to suck down some Margaritas and some cervezas like Negra Modelo, Dos Equis,  Tecate or Corona.

14 Teens Sexually Assaulted 2 Underage Venice High School Girls … 10 Arrested for Sex Crimes

10 Venice High School males arrested for alleged sexual assault of two underage teen female classmates.

LAPD have arrested 10 male Venice High students in connection with a series of sex crimes that began more than a year ago and involved at least two underage female classmates. Los Angeles Police Cmdr. Andrew Smith stated that the crimes include sexual assault and lewd acts with a minor. The alleged assaults dated back to December 2013, although most of the incidents occurred in the past two months. Cmdr. Andrew Smith said that were expected to be charged with unlawful sex with minors and forced oral copulation. Smith went on t say, “Some of these were forced sexual acts, sexual assaults. Others were consensual with individuals who are too young to give consent.”

KTLA – 14 Teens Allegedly Sexually Assaulted 2 Venice High School Students; 10 Arrested.

Ten students at Venice High School were arrested Friday, and four other minors were being sought for a series of alleged sexual assaults involving two female victims, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A possible sexual assault was reported on Tuesday by school officials to the LAPD’s Special Assault Section, LAPD Cmdr. Andrew Smith said at a news conference.

Investigators found 14 male students, between 14 and 17 years old, were believed to have sexually assaulted two female Venice High School students on and off campus several times, Smith said.

They were expected to be charged with unlawful sex with minors and forced oral copulation.

“Some of these were forced sexual acts, sexual assaults. Others were consensual with individuals who are too young to give consent,” Smith said.

Eight people were arrested at the campus, located at 13000 Venice Blvd. (map), and a ninth person was arrested off campus on Friday morning, he said. All were transported to the Pacific-area police station.

A 10th student turned himself in to police later in the day, the LAPD said in a tweet.
