Even Newsweek Calls Barack Obama for What He Is, an Epic Failure … Hit the Road Barack: “It is whether the winner has delivered on his promises. And the sad truth is that he has not.”
Hmm, even the liberal media seems to have had enough and is cutting their losses to save their credibility.
Newsweek’s latest cover … ‘Hit the Road Barack, Why We Need a New President’. Ouch, that is going to leave a mark.First it was the Boston Globe the other name demanding a Biden apology and now this. Is the media actually going to hold Obama’s feet to the fire when it comes to Obama’s promises? I doubt that will occur; however, it is amazing that any liberal publication would allow something like this on the cover of their magazine. As stated at the PJ Tatler, could this be the tip of the iceberg, “His analysis of the Obama presidency is so thorough and devastating it cannot be completely ignored by the mainstream media, no matter how much they may wish to”.
Despite having been—full disclosure—an adviser to John McCain, I acknowledged his opponent’s remarkable qualities: his soaring oratory, his cool, hard-to-ruffle temperament, and his near faultless campaign organization.
Yet the question confronting the country nearly four years later is not who was the better candidate four years ago. It is whether the winner has delivered on his promises. And the sad truth is that he has not.
In his inaugural address, Obama promised “not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth.” He promised to “build the roads and bridges, the electric grids, and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together.” He promised to “restore science to its rightful place and wield technology’s wonders to raise health care’s quality and lower its cost.” And he promised to “transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age.” Unfortunately the president’s scorecard on every single one of those bold pledges is pitiful.
Any honest individual who does not have an Obama drink of Kool-Aid in fron of them knows that Obama and his polices have been a failure and America and Americans have suffered from them. Unemployment has been over 8% for 42 consecutive months, a record number of people are on Food Stamps, government spending is through the roof and we have record debt. The Middle East is a tinder box ready to explode at any second as gas prices are heading over $4 a gallon, Medicare and Social Security are on their way to insolvency and what is Barack Obama concerned about … Romney’s taxes.
NewsBusters asks the important question, why does a liberal mag like Newsweek headed by Tina Brown & the Daily Beast?
So why with less than three months to go before Election Day would they publish a 3,200-word cover story severely criticizing Obama whilst basically endorsing his opponent?
Could it be the Daily Beast/Newsweek combination has not been attracting the kind of readership they expected, and they believe a little objectivity was in order?
Or is this just a tiny dose of conservatism before a deluge of the most biased Obama-loving/Romney-bashing imaginable?
So will other liberal outlets jump on board and reports Obama’s first term as the failure that it truly is? We shall see. It is a tipping point for the old media and liberal outlets, are they willing to continue to shill for Obama or report in a credible manner and save their industry?

August Unemployment Numbers Not Looking Good for Barack Obama … However, Obama More Interested in Romney’s Taxes
Hey America, How’s that “Hopey-Changey” thing working out for ya?
Not only was unemployment up in 44 states in July 2012, according to Gallup, the August numbers do not look good either. Gallup’s unemployment survey shows the Obama economy is getting even worse and there was an uptick in joblessness in their latest survey of 30,000 households. The unemployment numbers are due out on September 7, the day after the Democrat National Convention end. Any perceived bounce that Obama would have received from the convention will be squashed by a bad jobs report.
As stated at the PJ Tatler, unless there is a dramatic turnaround in the next two weeks, unemployment for the month will either stay the same, or rise to as much as 8.7%.
New Gallup unemployment data suggest an increase in the government’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for August when it is reported on Friday, Sept. 7. During recent months, Gallup’s measurements have been more optimistic than those of the BLS. Barring a sharp reversal in this relationship, the government’s unadjusted unemployment rate might be expected to stay the same or increase in August.
Gallup’s Daily tracking of the unemployment situation is based on interviews with more than 30,000 adults over the 30 days ending Aug. 15, and shows essentially no change in the unadjusted unemployment rate at 8.3% compared to 8.2% in July. In turn, this suggests that the government’s unadjusted unemployment rate could increase to 8.7% in July from 8.6% in June. The government’s measurement of the unadjusted unemployment rate has been known to differ with Gallup’s findings, but a drop of 0.3% in July is necessary to bring the government’s unadjusted rate down to Gallup levels.
More interestingly, there were no BLS seasonal adjustments in August 2011. If this remains the same in 2012, the Gallup seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for August would be 8.3% while that of the BLS would be 8.7%, assuming a similar increase to that shown in the Gallup data. Further, Gallup’s data show the labor force participation rate to be increasing in August. In turn, that could have an additional negative impact on the unemployment rate for August if the government’s data show a similar pattern.
Any increase in the unemployment rate is going to be devastating to Obama’s reelection chances. Is it any wonder why Obama keeps trying to make Romney’s tax returns an issue or Biden is doing a gaffe a day? These are intentional distractions meant to trick Americans. It is Obama’s slight of hand magic trick; however, the only thing disappearing are jobs.
Remember when Barack Obama said, that if he can’t turn the economy around after three years “then there is going to be a one term proposition”? It is time to hold Obama to his word in the 2012 Presidential election.

Obamanomics & Job Recovery … Unemployment rates rose in 44 U.S. states in July Including 9 Battleground States
Just more evidence that the Obama jobs recovery and Obamanomics has been an epic failure.
Not only did the national US unemployment rise from 8.2% to 8.3% in July, but also the unemployment rates rose in 44 US states. That includes the increase in the unemployment rates in 9 battleground states like Nevada, that saw the rate rise to 12% in July from 11.6% and in Michigan, where the rate increased to 9% from 8.5%. Other battleground states that saw increases in the unemployment rates were Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Wisconsin and New Hampshire.
Unemployment rates rose in 44 U.S. states in July, the most states to show a monthly increase in more than three years and a reflection of weak hiring nationwide.
The Labor Department said Friday that unemployment rates fell in only two states and were unchanged in four.
Unemployment rates rose in nine states that are considered battlegrounds in the presidential election. That trend, if it continued, could pose a threat to President Barack Obama’s re-election bid in less than three months.
Nationwide, hiring improved in July after three months of tepid job gains. But the national unemployment rate ticked up to 8.3 percent from 8.2 percent. Monthly job gains have averaged 150,000 this year. That’s barely enough to accommodate population growth. As a result, the unemployment rate is the same as when the year began.
What is Obama’s answer, more stimulus money for infrastructure projects. Obama code for giving jobs to union workers. Even though Obama said in the past when his previous stimulus plan was a failure, there were no shovel ready jobs then or now. At best these are temporary jobs, not permanent.
More bad news for Obama and Democrats, Americans prefer the GOP to Democrats in trusting them to fix the economy.

Obamacrat Russell Simmons Playing the Race Card … Tweets Mitt Romney & Paul Ryan ‘Will Destroy Our People’
RACE CARD 101 …
What a shameful joke, mega-millionaire Russell Simmons plays the race card and tweets that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan “will destroy our people”. Who are your people, the millionaire black folks? Of course when you cannot defend your candidate, use the race card. Simmons could point to nothing from Obama’s first term in office to praise so of course like any bankrupt Obamaite, smear the Republicans.
Just to show how disingenuous black America is when it comes to defending President Barack Obama one needs to look no further than Simmons making such accusations like Romney and Ryan will destroy black people. Has Simmons taken a look at what Obama has done to destroy blacks? In June 2012 the black unemployment rate in the United States under Obama surged to 14.4%. In July 2012, ity still remained above 14%. The 96% vote by Blacks for Obama in 2008 have yielded little for the blacks community. In fact, things have become worse. There is more at the American Thinker as to how Barack Obama has failed the black community.
The unemployment rate for blacks rose to 14.4% from 13.6% in May, the Labor Department reported Friday. That’s a sharp contrast to the white unemployment rate, which stayed put at 7.4%, and the Hispanic rate, which held at 11%.
The Gateway Pundit shows that some are using the Hispanic card as well. How pathetic.

Jimmy Carter to Speak Via VIDEO at Democrat National Convention, Oh Boy, Didn’t He Lose a Landslide Reelection during Bad Economy?
Jimmy Carter to remind Democrats that Obama is just an extension of his first failed term in office …
Wow, this will certain fire up the Democrat troops, former President Jimmy Carter will speak via video at the Democrat National Convention. Because Carter has been just so relevant. But then again why not have Carter speak at the event, isn’t Barack Obama really just Carter’s second failed term as President? This should be truly inspiring as Carter reminds us of the days of the misery he inflicted upon the American people and the subsequent landslide loss he had to Ronald Reagan when Carter ran for reelection. Independents watching the Democrat National Convention might be deciding among themselves who had the worst economic vision, Carter or Obama? Jimmy carter had the misery index, Obama has just provided misery for millions of out of work Americans.
Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama, Perfect Together
Former president Jimmy Carter won’t be attending the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, but he’ll address the gathering by videotape.
“Rosalynn and I regret that we will be unable to be at the Democratic Convention this year in Charlotte. However, we remain steadfast in our support for President Obama and the progress he will make in the next four years,” Carter said in a statement released by the Democratic convention.
Exit Question: Does Obama really want a president who is considered the biggest failure so that people watching can make comparisons between the two and the dude who lost in a landslide for reelection during a bad economy?
