Obamanomics EPIC FAIL … August 2012 Jobs Numbers: New Jobs at 96,000, Missing Expectations; Rate Hits 8.1% Because 368,000 People Left the Work Force
OBAMA ECONOMIC FAIL!!! SO AMERICA, ARE YOU BETTER OFF TODAY THAN YOU WERE FOUR YEARS AGO?
The August 2012 jobs numbers are out and they are disastrous for Barack Obama, but most importantly, they are even more disastrous for America. Only an anemic 96,000 jobs were created in August and missing the expectations of 125K jobs. However, the unemployment rate shrunk to 8.1%. One might think that is a good thing and a partisan Barack Obama and his minions might just spin it as so. However, the real reason why the unemployment rate went from 8.3% to 8.1% was because 368,000 left the work force and just gave up.
The job numbers get worse:
- The June employment numbers fell from 64,000 to 45,000
- July’s number came in at 141,000 from an originally reported 163,000
Obama reads the bad economic numbers for August and another nail in his political Presidential reelection bid
Employment growth remained weak in August, with just 96,000 new positions created but the unemployment rate dropping to 8.1 percent, according to a report that raises the possibility of more Federal Reserve easing.
Despite hopes that job creation would be better than expected, the monthly report fell short of economist expectations that 125,000 jobs were added for the month.
A more encompassing measure of unemployment, which counts those not looking for jobs, fell to 14.7 percent from 15.0 percent in July.
But job reports for June and July were revised lower. The June count fell from 64,000 to 45,000, while July’s number came in at 141,000 from an originally reported 163,000.
As reported at Hot Air … this is a 30 year low in the work force under this President. How sad, pathetic and tell of the Obama administration. Americans are just giving up. What a commentary of Obama.
Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rates for adult men (7.6 percent),
adult women (7.3 percent), teenagers (24.6 percent), whites (7.2 percent), blacks
(14.1 percent), and Hispanics (10.2 percent) showed little or no change in August.
The jobless rate for Asians was 5.9 percent (not seasonally adjusted), little
changed from a year earlier.
No wonder Barack Obama’s speech was so flat last night and a major disappointment. No wonder Obama did not mention anything to do with his stimulus plan, Obmacare and details of how he was going to fix the economy. Remember, Barack Obama was well aware of these economic numbers before he made his speech last night. If he had painted a rosy picture and then these numbers came out, Americans would have said a collective, WTF. More so than they are this morning.
Following this economic disaster, there will be no Obama convention ounce, if anything the bounce may be a negative and go to Romney.
Remember when Obama said he will be held accountable, if he does not have this fixed in three years, it is going to be a one term proposition? Hold him to it America.
UPDATE I: The Lonely Conservative linked, thanks!

Majority of Voters Believe US is Worse Off Today than 4 Years Ago … President Obama Does Not Deserve Reelection
Majority of Americans think Obama does not deserve reelection and We are not better off today than we were four years ago.
Heading into the Democrat National Convention in Charlotte, NC, according to a Hill poll, 52% if voters believe that the United States is not better off today than it was four years ago. Only 31% of voters believe the nation is in “better condition. No wonder Obama’s minions and mouth pieces cannot answer the question when asked by the media. The simple question like whether are we better off today than we were four years ago, asked of all incumbent President is like asking the Obamaites the mysteries of the universe. As Hot Air stated, instead of answering the Reagan metric, chief Obama advisers David Plouffe, David Axelrod and Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley tried dodging the inevitable question in every presidential election
Also, 54% say that Barack Obama does not deserve reelection based on his job performance. Only 40% believe Obama deserves a second term. This is hardly a glowing endorsement by the voters of Obama.
A majority of voters believe the country is worse off today than it was four years ago and that President Obama does not deserve reelection, according to a new poll for The Hill.
Fifty-two percent of likely voters say the nation is in “worse condition” now than in September 2008, while 54 percent say Obama does not deserve reelection based solely on his job performance.
Only 31 percent of voters believe the nation is in “better condition,” while 15 percent say it is “about the same,” the poll found. Just 40 percent of voters said Obama deserves reelection.

So Bill Clinton is to Praise Obama at the 2012 DNC Convention … Wasn’t it Just a “A Few Years Ago Clinton Said, This Guy Would Have Been Carrying Our Bags” … Clinton Praises Romney
Barack Obama … Don’t ask for things it might come true …
There is an old saying when it comes to TV shows that have hung on too long, be careful when they add a baby or a pet to the series. In Democrat politics its, be very careful when you need Bill Clinton in order to sell your presidency.
How desperate and really far behind is President Barack Obama in the 2012 Presidential campaign against GOP challenger Mitt Romney? So much that he had to ask political foe, former President Bill Clinton to come to his aid. Sorry, but these two do not like each other. Bill Clinton has a short memory as to how Team Obama savaged Hillary during the 2008 Democrat primary. It was Bill Clinton who accused Team Obama of playing the race card against him.
It was not too long ago that Clinton stated that “a few years ago, This Guy [Obama] would have been carrying our bags” So why is Bill Clinton not being branded a racist for such a comment? Even though we know Clinton is not, hoe has that stopped Obama from using the race card in the past? Instead, Obama is in such desperate straights that he needs Clinton to win back Democrats scratching their heads as to why they voted for Obama and Independents. However, the two Presidents could not be farther apart in leadership or politics.
Former President Bill Clinton tried to get former senator Ted Kennedy to endorse Hillary Clinton for president in the 2008 election by describing Barack Obama this way: “A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.”
This anecdote is revealed in a New Yorker article on the relationship between Bill Clinton and Obama:
Much to the Surprise of the liberal MSM, Bill Clinton praised Mitt Romney and said “Bain Is Good Work…”
Clinton praising Romney’s Sterling Business career
Bill Clinton accuses Obama and his minions of playing the race card against him
Bill Clinton will be giving the Keynote speech this week at the Democrat National Convention in Charlotte, DC. Really, does Obama want a Democrat that is more popular, more of a leader and more of a success as President speaking at this event? Most Democrats are just going to long for the days of Clinton and ask why they can’t have a third Clinton term as opposed to another failed four years of Obama.
Make no mistake about it, I am no fan of Bill Clinton. However, Clinton knew enough after getting his butt handed to him in the 1994 midterm election, better know as the Republican Revolution, Clinton then moved to the center to govern and with bipartisan support with the GOP. Barack Obama did just the opposite. After receiving a shellacking in 2010 at the hands of the GOP, Obama doubled down and moved even farther to the LEFT. No one is going to buy Clinton praising Obama’s policies and the economy is moving forward.

Democrat Maryland Gov. O’Malley Says Americans Not Better Off Than They Were 4 Years Ago, Then Says But That’s Not the Question … Still Blaming Bush, Obama without Responsibility
Finally we have a Democrat that says America is not better off today than they were 4 years ago.
I guess Gov. Martin O’Malley (MD-D) did not get the complete talking point memo from David Axelrod that all Obama operatives are to dodge the question of whether you are better off today than you were 4 years ago. On CBS’s ‘Face the Nation’ Gov. O’Malley said that Americans are not better off than they were four years ago. Oops. But then he and Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter went on to bash GWB and blame it all on Bush. Really, is that what you are going to go with and tell the American people after four years of false promises and failed policies?
Democratic Gov. Martin O’Malley (Md.) said Sunday that voters were not better off now than four years ago, but said the economic mess left by the former Bush administration was to blame, not President Obama.
O’Malley was asked by CBS host Bob Schieffer on “Face the Nation” if he could “honestly say that people are better off today than they were four years ago?”
“No,” replied O’Malley, a prominent Obama surrogate, adding “but that’s not the question of this election.”
This is just sad and pathetic. Inherited a unique situation, eh? So to tell me that what Obama inherited was worse than what Ronald Reagan inherited from Jimmy Carter in 1980? I do not think so. The stagflation and “Misery Index” under Carter was unprecedented with double digit unemployment, inflation and mortgage rates. Granted under Obama, inflation and mortgage rates have been replaced with foreclosures and bankruptcy. Once in office did Regan blame Carter? No, instead Reagan was responsible for unprecedented jobs growth with Reaganomics as “many economists have stated that Reagan’s policies were an important part of bringing about the second longest peacetime economic expansion in U.S. history, and followed by an even longer 1990s expansion that began under George H.W. Bush in 1991.” What does Obama and his minions do, whine about what they inherited and claim that a meager and anemic job growth is a success.
Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter, appearing on the show alongside O’Malley defended the president’s record, saying the economic recovery was well under way.
The Obama campaign acknowledges voters are concerned about the economy, but says the administration inherited unique and challenging conditions from former President Bush.
America is tired of excuses and echoes the sentiments of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush when he stated at last weeks Republican National Convention its time to stop blaming other “… So Mr. President it is time to stop blaming your predecessor for your failed economic policies. You were dealt a tough hand, but your policies have not worked. In the 4th year of your presidency, a real leader would accept responsibility for his actions and you have not done that.”
Sorry, every President inherits some thing for a previous administration. Obama knew what he was getting into. To hear them whine, maybe Barack Obama should never have run in the first place in 2008? It would appear the Community Organizer only wants perfect situations. You may have inherited it Barack, but your policies and liberal agenda have made matters worse and prolonged the recession.
Patches O’ Hoolihan Would be Proud, Obama’s Senior Adviser David Axelrod Dodges Whether Americans Better Off Than Years Ago … Axelrod Masters the 5 D’s of Dodgeball, Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive & Dodge (So Does Plouffe)
We have finally found the theme of the Barack Obama reelection campaign. It’s not “Forward” … ITS DODGE!!!
This morning on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, President Barack Obama’s chief adviser David Axelrod refused to answer the question that all incumbent reelection campaigns have to, is America better off than they were four years ago? Instead, Axelrod did his best dodge that only Patches O’ Hoolihan of the movie ‘Dodgeball’ could have been proud of. For Axelrod and Team Obama, “if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a political question about the failed Obama economic policies”. Axelrod actually said, “that we are in a better position today than we were four years ago.” This is what they are going to tell the American people? Seriously, how does an incumbent President not going to answer questions on his record? Axelrod and Obama actually think they are going to run the campaign based on the 5 D’s of Dodgeball … “dodge, dip, duck, dive and, um dodge”.
As stated at Hot Air, how pathetic and telling is it that the head of Obama’s reelection team suddenly goes mute and tries to run away from the question by talking about the tough environment Barack Obama inherited. Wallace used the following stats, Unemployment: 7.8% then, 8.3% now – Median income: $54,983 then, $50,964 now – Gas prices: $1.85 per gallon then, $3.78 now – National debt: $10.6 trillion then, $15.9 trillion now and expected to go over $16 trillion during the Democrat National Convention.
Also on ABC’s ‘This Week’ George Stephanopoulosasked Obama’s senior White House adviser David Plouffe whether Americans are better off today than they were four years ago. Plouffe also dodged the question as he was taught as opined by the Lonely Conservative, if you can’t answer the question, just avoid it. In other words … “if you can dodge a car, you can dodge an economic question of the failed Obama presidency.
Asked the same question repeatedly host George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week,” President Barack Obama’s senior White House adviser, David Plouffe, reverted to talking points about job creation and the failings of the Bush administration.
“We were this close to a Great Depression,” Plouffe said at one point, pinching his thumb to his index finger.
Stephanopoulos cut him short.
“You still can’t say yes,” he told Plouffe.
As Doug Ross stated, look for the Obama minions to only appear on the complicit, corrupt media complex and away from Fox News where they might actually be asked and expected to answer a question. Now the question is will the liberal, in the tank media and the moderators ask the question to Obama during the debates?
Mandatory Viewing for All Obama reelection mouthpieces … The 5 D’s of political dodgeball” Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge!
