Maverick Crashes & Burns as Katie Holmes Has Lost that Loving Feeling … Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Divorcing

Tom Cruise no longer Katie Holme’s ‘Top Gun’.

Say it isn’t so … Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are headed to splitsville. 33 year old Katie Holmes has filed for divorce  in New York on citing “irreconcilable differences.”  According to TMZ, Tom Cruise was blindsided by the news. How could Cruise have been surprised by the news, didn’t he star in the movie ‘Minority Report’ where they prevented crimes from happening before they actually occurred? Hmm, this is interesting, looks like it may be a “War of the Worlds’, as Holmes has asked for sole legal custody of their 6 year old daughter, Suri. Something must be amiss and not amicable split.

We know Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing “irreconcilable differences.”  She is asking for sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of the couple’s 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

We also know Katie is asking for a “suitable amount” of child support .. this according to the divorce docs.

Katie also asks for a division of property in her divorce docs, although we know there was a significant prenup that is based on California law.  Katie makes no mention of the prenup in her filing.

We’re told Tom is “very sad” and “did not see this coming.” He was spotted wearing his wedding ring just this week while filming in Iceland. Interestingly, Katie also wore her ring this week.

There is no truth to the rumor that Cruise is looking for a defense attorney at ‘The Firm’. Looks like yet another Hollywood marriage has turned out to be a ‘Mission Impossible’.

CNN GOP DEBATE: Newt Gingrich Slams CNN & Anchor John King for Opening Debate With “Ex Wife Open Marriage Question” … To the Roar of the Crowd & Standing Ovation!

In what is just another example of despicable liberal media bias, CNN and moderator John King began last night’s South Carolina debate with a question to Newt Gingrich regarding the story that his ex-wife accused him of wanting an open marriage. UNREAL. Newt Gingrich responded, “I am frankly astounded that CNN would take trash like that and use it to open a presidential debate.” Gingrich went on to say, “I am tired of the elite media protecting Barack Obama by attacking Republicans,” to the roar of the crowd and a standing ovation.

“I think the destructive, vicious, negative nature of much of the news media makes it harder to govern this country, harder to attract decent people to run for public office. And I am appalled that you would begin a presidential debate on a topic like that,” Gingrich said, prompting a standing ovation from the crowd.

“I am frankly astounded that CNN would take trash like that and use it to open a presidential debate,” Gingrich added.

The MSM is obviously more concerned with gotcha ratings moments and ambush journalism against any one running for President not named Barack Obama. Remember when the MSM used to say that Clinton-Lewinsky was a personal matter? Later in the debate Newt challenged Obama to a  3 hour Lincoln Douglas debate stating, that he would allow Obama to use his teleprompter, “I’ll rely on knowledge.” NICE!

If Newt Gingrich winds up winning the SC primary, he can thank his two strong recent debates and the MSM bias overplaying their hand. With one day to go before the primary, Newt is in the lead.

$750 Million Divorce Settlement between Tiger Woods & Elin Nordegren for Her Silence on Affairs

WOW, talk about a hole in one … or is it a hole in 750,000.

The divorce settlement between golfer, cheat, slut puppy Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren is being reported at $750 million.  Tiger Woods promises not to bring his trampy girl friends around the children and Elin will keep silent regarding Woods, one, two, five, ten, seventeen affairs. What is interesting is the clause in the settlement regarding not having Tiger bring woman around their children unless he is married or engaged. Does it sound like Elin thinks that Tiger’s “tom-catting” ways are behind him? She obviously never accepted his apology. Does not seem so.

Was it worth it Tiger?

He can bring a new flame into their lives only if he has MARRIED her.

In return, former wife ELIN NORDEGREN, 30, gets the biggest payout ever seen in a celebrity divorce.

But she can NEVER publicly speak out over his flings with socialite RACHEL UCHITEL, reality star JAIMEE GRUBBS, porn queen JOSLYN JAMES and up to 17 others, who will work out costing him £25million each.

It would seem that Tiger Woods main concern is keeping Elin Nordegren silent and preventing her from doing interviews and tell all books regarding Woods’ sexual exploits and affairs after he attempts to rebuild his reputation.

“Tiger’s main fear is her telling her story after he’s rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter.”

“The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life – even if Tiger dies first – or she’ll lose the lot.”

Rebuild his reputation? REALLY? Does anyone really think after all this that Woods is going to be ever able to completely recover? Hell, I like golf like the next person and am amazed at Tiger’s talent; however, I can never look at him in the same light.
